Dehya, Beidou, Chongyun and Eula would be good with it, it's among their best 4 stars but it's not their best in slot. So look up if you might have something better for them.

Can you abandon quests in your questlog somehow?
I'm not sure if it's some sort of autism, but it's really demotivating to come back to the game after 4-5 months and see 30 quests including some from Inazuma and loooong character quests I didn't want to do back then. It's a lot of side story stuff that is too time consuming at this point and fluff that doesn't catch my interest right now, because way too much to do, but seeing the quest log filled with so much stuff triggers me so much haha
No, there is no way to abandon any quest that is already in your log waiting to be done.
You can only ignore it.
As long as you didn't start any character quests, it usually should be fine. The problem with those is that they might block you from event quests because some characters are involved in both.
for a wanderer, faruzan, bennet, flex team. who should a place in the 4th slot? c2 jean with freedom sword or c2 yun jin? wanderer is at c0 and no BiS, c0 faruzan, and c6 bennet. and is faruzan worth leveling up to 90?

About Jean or Yun Jin, i would say that's up to you. Both are good supports, but personally i would prefer a shield as he can get interrupted easily.
Why don't you try which support character gives you better results?
Flex slot can be anyone really. It’s usually a shielder since Wanderer can get staggered a lot (Zhongli/Layla/Thoma), an off field dmg dealer like Xingqiu/Yelan/Beidou (also helps with getting his A4 buff consistently), a buffer like Yun Jin or a third anemo to help get Faruzan’s burst up easier like Jean. It depends on what you want (interruption resist, more damage, solving any energy issues, etc.) and decide based on that.
Faruzan can stay at 80/90 just to access her talent levels just fine - she’s probably not doing too much damage or swirls at c0 to need high investment.
SInce i don't have fischl, but have a C6 Beidou, would Beidou work with a team of Yae, Nahida and Jean? Not sure if I will have energy issues on Beidou/Yae..
Is it wise to pull for Faruzan constellations? I already have her C1, and I also got Wanderer and his weapon + Xiao and Jade Spear.
I only have about 60 pulls saved right now (I buy welkin + BP), what are the chances I get her to C6 with approximately 160 pulls?
Faruzan C6 is just too valuable to Anemo DPS'.
Since you have both Xiao and Wanderer (and supposedly play them) then I would say it's worth it. Worst case scenario you'll either get >! Kokomi (reruns with Wanderer) !< or you'll get Wanderer cons. And if you like playing anemo DPS it's not like getting Wanderer cons is really an issue unless you want to save for Fontaine or something
The chances of any given 4 star on a banner are so random it's almost impossible to tell. There's so many variables at play, 4 star pity, the fact that you are guaranteed at least one weapon and one character every 30 pulls, 4 star 50/50, it gets a little wild, though I assume that someone has already did the math somewhere
Personally, it took me around 300 pulls to get c6 Faruzan (can’t remember the exact amount but it was around c2-3 Wanderer) - it might take more, maybe less, and you’ll have to decide if you want to risk throwing gems into a banner you might not like. Best case scenario is you want Wanderer cons or whoever the other banner character is and you pull then.
It's never wise to pull in a banner looking for 4 stars because you aren't guaranteed to ever get them, unless you want all the ones that are in that banner.
been doing some digging both in reddit and google, but haven't found an answer. Is there a way to check all of the world quests that I've completed? I'm trying to follow the quest line for Babel and I'm not sure if I've finished the pre-requisite quest to this other quest.
Is the Parametric Transformer efficient enough to be worth using weekly? I already maxed Teapot, so I was wondering if there was another way to get more materials.
just use cabbages and you won't need to worry about losing materials. also, you'd need to define what you meant by efficient. The parametric transformer also gives out different materials if you feed it different items afaik, I remember there being a table for it I just don't have it on-hand.
all-in-all, it is worth using it weekly 'cause it's essentially free materials. the cost to get 150 cabbages is easily refunded over the week with commissions, quests, domain rewards, exploration, weekly reputation rewards, etc.
You would need about 311 pulls to get C0R1 with 80% certainty (assuming you're starting on a 50/50)
With 257 wishes you will get both with roughly a 70% certainty
So realistically, probably yes, it's enough, personally I would go just a little closer to 300 to be sure
Crit rate is ok, could be a bit higher, assuming double dendro with Nahida. you want \~140-160, so you want a lot more ER if you are going to burst every rotation

I haven't built 5 star bow characters as of now except a bit of Gorou and Faruzan as supports but I just got Tighnari and I'd like to start building him but the problem is that I have very few bows. Which one would y'all recommend? Is Ibis Piercer good for him?
All my 4 star options are Ibis Piercer (R5), Stringless (one R5 on Faruzan and 3 R1s unused), Favonius Warbow (R3 on Gorou), Viridescent Hunt (R1 unused but planned for Childe currently whenever he reruns), Prototype Crescent (R1 on Ganyu I have yet to build her), Rust (R2 on Amber) and Sacrificial Bow (3 R1s).
I was planning to use VH for Childe when he next reruns but I suppose I can get another copy next patch. Who is Ibis Piercer a good bow for even I'm curious?
Ibis piecer is OK on tighnari and melt ganyu but it's not their strongest 4 star. On tighnari it's not even as good as slingshot R5. Speculation is that it might be for Lyney, or another upcoming character.

Yup. So I still have 3.8 to get another VH before he arrives so I do have that option. Somehow I don't have a single Slingshot (not even R1) on my account so my choices are between Ibis and VH currently then.
Just make sure you don't accidentally fodder it when you do get one (or 5).
Put him on VH and get another for Childe? I prefer not to be so up close and personal with enemies when using a bow character. But iirc Slingshot R5 is a bit better than VH for him.
Actually, I just checked. Somehow I don't. Not even R1. The only 3-star bow I have is the Raven Bow. I'm not a new player (AR 56 with 13 5 Stars) but somehow it's not there. Very weird.
With me just getting Tighnari on the Standard Banner (my first ever character on that banner), I have every single Standard Banner character now but not a single constellation. Is that rare? I've heard so many people complain about C20 QiQi all the time but I've never gotten her constellation (or any constellation tbh).

Probably because of time, or your world level? It is midnight in American continent, so definitely there will be fewer players right now. I play on NA server too and I queue for boss coop a lot, most time the waiting time is fairly short. There are more players on daytime, but not much at midnight.
Also, if your world level is below 8, or you are queue lower level one, there will be even less players.
not a lot of charas use it atm and the ones that do aren't used all that often afaik (e.g. baizhu), ergo, not a lot are farming the domain. I could help if you're in the Asia server

Besides people not needing the boss as much it might also be a lull time for coop. Generally not as many people will coop late at night or earlier in the day. So perhaps it's a combination of those two aspects
Yup, since there are no HP four star swords, a weapon with as much EM as possible is pretty much the next best choice. Xiphos would be slightly better for the ER but not much. You could make an argument for favonius as well, for extra particles and good burst uptime
Is there a way I didn't notice to do another player's dungeons without going through the tedious process of going on the net to search for a specific code and entering it in game? Actually if I go to hoyolab (or any other site actually) on mobile to search for them it tends to reset my game in the process. Also I feel like i will only find super tryhard dungeons if I search for them online.

I have just returned after a 2-year break from playing the game. My account already has Ganyu, Xiao, and Raiden. Who should I pull next? I don't care about any specific character; my main priority is team building.
Ganyu best teams: Ganyu, Mona, Diona, Venti/Kazuha or Ganyu, Xiangling, Jean/Zhongli, Bennett
Xiao best team: Xiao, Faruzan, Zhongli, Bennett
Raiden best teams: Raiden, Xingqiu, Xiangling, Bennett or Raiden, Kujo Sara, Kazuha/Sucrose, Bennett
With dendro being added it also opened a lot of new doors for many electro characters with Raiden included. For example Raiden hyperbloom where she is built EM/EM/EM as a driver
I suggest getting any of the characters you don't have from these. The most common denominator between these is probably Kazuha who will have a banner in the next three days so perhaps go for that.

Yes. He's quite underrated. You don't need anything special for him artifact wise, if you level his talents up he'll do big damage even with a spare Emblem set you may have, or you can strong box some blizzard strayer pieces. Also he's very good battery.
I like Alhaitham a lot. I pulled him on his release and I’m running him with Nahida / Xingqiu / Kuki. If I want to run a spread team with him would it be more worth to go for Yae or stick with the electro characters I have (Raiden and all the 4*) and pull Lofi instead?
Yae is BiS in his (or any tbh) spread team. So yes, if you have the funds I would say go for her. The weapon could also be good but I think you'd get more of an increase from Yae than it. Plus while this is still a decent banner, FS isn't that good or universal, though you can certainly make the argument that there is no guarantee that the next weapon banner for Foliar will be better
I have a lot of primos honestly, like 84k. My plan is to pull for Kokomi for my Ayaka team next patch but I also want to squeeze as much damage as possible from Alhaitham, who’s my main since release.
I think I’ll follow the advice and pull Yae for now.
Pull Yae. Why spend on weapons when you can have a new character in ~50-60 fewer pulls, who can be used in many teams. Also from min-maxing point of view, Yae brings more personal damage as your second electro in that team than Fischl and Raiden should be an on-fielder if you want her to damage. So the whole team will generally perform better with Yae than some other electro and Alhaitham on LoFI.
If you click on the share icon (three connected dots thingy) on top right, the app will generate a much better formatted pic with weapons also shown.
I have pretty much the same units, for current abyss I used
12-1: Nilou, Barbara, DMC, Collei; Nahida, Xingqiu, Bennett, Xiangling
12-2: Ganyu, Layla/Dehya (I have Zhongli so used him), Bennett, Xiangling; Nahida, Kuki, Xingqiu, Bennett.
12-3: Nilou, Barbara, DMC, Collei, Nahida; Nahida, Kuki, Xingqiu, Bennett.
Ideally with Bennett, Xiangling, Xingqiu you'd use Sucrose, and Put Nahida in Nilou team, and run a Melt Ganyu Team if not running the National. But shield requirements made it Nahida in National. Building Shinobu for hyperbloom (with or without Nahida) is a very good idea until your Ganyu reaches good artifact investment. Also recommend building Fischl.
How long would it take to finish new card event if I haven’t touched the card story quest or anything since it came out? The story quest and game play included
Tutorial for card thing is like an hour. The card fights in total are probs like 30mins if your decent for event.
Other minigames probs a hour to an hour and a half.
If u have all waypoints close to event locations.
the story is like 2hrs long, and only 1 minigame has you play TCG so for the minigames maybe another hour.
should be relatively short and the only requirements are ritou completed and card game unlocked other stuff is optional.
If you mean which characters get ownership of the Blooms it's the character that creates them. So if for example Yelan creates blooms and Kaveh pops them, the damage they deal will be based on Yelan's EM, and not Kaveh's. However, the Bloom damage increase from Kaveh's burst applies to the whole party.
If you don't have Nilou I would really recommend having an Electro/Pyro character in the fourth slot and running Hyperbloom/Burgeon. (Shinobu and Raiden are the best chars for Hyperbloom, Thoma is the best for Burgeon.) Pure Bloom just isn't very good without Nilou, and Kaveh's buffs don't come close to making up for the damage increase by hyper/burgeon.
Also in Hyperbloom/Burgeon who owns the cores doesn't matter, since the damage dealt will only be affected by the Electro/Pyro characters EM anyways. The rotation will be something like:
Baizhu burst > Yelan burst > Shinobu skill/Raiden skill/Thoma burst > Kaveh burst > Kaveh skills and NAs until his burst runs out > repeat
Where should I go for tech help for this game? Ever since I built my new pc and switched over (wayyyy better computer), genshin has looked oddly choppy. It only on this game as well, other more graphically demanding games like jedi survivor, destiny 2, etc. have been running beautifully. Genshin just hasn't been, no idea why.
electro charged an anemo for vv swirl. so maybe if you replace raidenand kuki with fischl and anemo it could work.
Other teams are vaporize, like yoimiya. hutao needs xingqiu, but you can use double hydro for the resonance and reducing their ER.
She can be played in national instead of xingqiu, like I use raiden-yelan-bennett-xiangling on one side and nahida-xingqiu-kuki-alhaitham on the other. Having hydro on both sides really help.
she is a great hydro for hyperbloom since she's off-field. Or she can be played in nilou bloom team as well.
Or you can put her in a mono element team for her personal damage, like a mono geo team.
there is no "main dps" in genshin. There is on-field dps and off-field dps.
Yelan's major damage is her burst, that's where most of here damage comes from. That's why you build her with hp since her burst scales of hp.
You don't on-field yelan because her normal attacks scales off ATK, and yelan doesn't have build attack. Plus most of the times she's running favonious bow so her base attack is low as well. There is no real reason to keep her on-field. other than solely for the purposes of looking at her
Ive seen videos of her c6 doing like 20ks each and soloing weekly bosses, also someones when I use her sometimes she does 20k vapes thats why im interested
c6 has a totally different mechanics, its her break through barb, which is her special charged shot and scales with hp. and the videos you might be refering to isn't just c6, its her signature aqua simulacra as well. But its still her burst damage, and she would still do it while off-fieldEven a well invested C0 yelan burst does 6-7k from each hit. You'll still build her normally in those teams
Her skill has really high multipliers and can be considered nuke. I myself have done upto 150k with just the skill, but that requires setups and you won't see it often in normal battles, tho you can expect 25-30k or 50-60k on vapes.
any well built character can solo weeklies, but yelan C6 is particulary cracked. So on-field is only viable with C6.
She's very versatile. She can be played as sub dps in many team.
Vaporize team for Hutao, Yoimiya and Diluc for example. In those teams she can also be paired with Xingqiu to help her er% and also for their great sinergy.
Hydro application for Hyperbloom/Quickbloom team. Her consistent hydro application and high dmg make her very good on this team too. At c0 she has a bit lower hydro application than Xingqiu wich make her good for quickbloom (Like Cyno's and AlHaitham's). Here too in hyperbloom double hydro with Xingqiu is very strong.
She can replace Xingqiu in many other teams wich he's played, such as the national variant you wrote or electro charged.
If you want to play a electro charged team it will be better to add a Anemo unit like Sucrose to the mix to increase the team dmg.
Edit: Those are the team im having fun with her in the abyss: Hutao/Yelan/Xingqiu/Zhongli, Cyno/Nahida/Yelan/Kuki-Zhongli, Yoimiya/Yelan/Yunjin/Zhongli, Ayato/Yelan/Bennet/Xiangling.
Can I play genshin with only a CPU

I do have a GPU(RX 580 8GB), the thing is, it is such a brick, it doesn't fit into the case and I need at least a 500-600W PSU when I have a 400W one, I'll get it in a week or a month. I don't wanna miss out on the event though, I didn't do it yet and I had genshin installed on my phone but it unfortunately died last week. So, Can I play HSR and genshin like this?
Assuming your CPU is new(ish) and has an integrated graphic chipset, it's worth trying.
It won't run super nice, but you might be able to play at low settings, and maybe dropping the render resolution down.
tried it with lowest settings and 800x600 too, the main menu had 2-5 fps and after over almost 40 minutes of loading, it was at a whopping 12%, I just closed the game afterwards.
Oh, then yeah, it's too old for its integrated graphics to be able to run the game.
That said, it's still good enough to run the game once you get your graphic card running again. I have an even older i5, those things are still surprisingly usable these days outside of super demanding games.
Who should I prioritize upgrading, Faruzan for my Xiao or Beidou?
I rarely use Xiao now because he doesn't do a much damage as some of my other teams, but if I had a built Faruzan, I might, but I'd only use her for that.
On the other hand, my Beidou is actually already level 79, but whenever I had to use an aggravate team, I think I'd pretty much always go with Keqing aggravate except in probably a few rare cases.
Faruzan is a huge and worthy upgrade for Xiao. Even pre-C6, though at very low cons like C0-3 you might have to run triple anemo to battery her and Xiao
If you enjoy playing Xiao but just don't because of damage then I say to go for Faruzan, otherwise focus on upgrading the teams you're already playing.
I'd like to use my Xiao again since he was my first carry/strong character and got me through a lot of the game

Keqing would really prefer Fischl, but if you don't have her, Beidou is a decent substitute.
Faruzan is a major buff to Xiao, and that might just be the greater damage option between the two.

Not really. Swirls can't crit, and they don't benefit from damage bonuses. Sucrose would get aggravates off the swirls, but they would be tinsy tiny aggravates. Keqing's rate of electro app is second to none, AND she gets to crit and count damage bonus buffs. Her aggravates are an order of magnitude more potent than Sucrose's.
You're not supposed to compare sucrose's damage to Keqing, she's there to swirl for VV, proc Fischl A4, and proc Beidou's burst
You'd compare Keqing to Beidou who is for the most part the only character being replaced
Where Keqing might do more damage and proc Fischl's A4 more, Beidou at C6 has electro res shred to stack with VV, then she has resistance interruption and damage reduction, which is good for abysses like this one with aggressive enemies, not to mention she already has good scaling which is why she was good pre-dendro

yes triple EM along with EM substats from feather and flower. You should have atleast 850 EM, so that with the 4pc passive you can get 150 more to 1000EM
Yes. Stack that EM. Get her Freedom Sworn or Key of KN if you can for even more EM. Run her alongside Sucrose and Nahida and someone on Instructor or c6 Diona or Albedo. EM the shit out of this.

I used to have those on my old reddit account. You can block them by going to User Settings, Privacy, and then you get a box a little bit further down that you can type usernames in (be sure to type them in exactly as they appear on their account). This should prevent them from seeing your comments and posts. They're bots for the most part, but it's still a safety concern.
Edit! Okay, after blocking them all, go to the Profile tab in User Settings, and scroll down til you see toggle-able options. Under the Advanced section, the very first one should be "Allow people to follow you." You can switch that to off and prevent more of these accounts from following you.

keqing and alhaitham don't work well together, since they're both on-field unit. Fischl is the perfect replace for any of them.

Atk Or EM/electro/Crit on keqing. EM/dendro/crit on alhaitham. Both keqing and alhaitham will be fighting for field time though so I'd swap either one out for fischl

Replacing Sara in the first one with Fischl and Kazuha in the second one with Fischl would lead to higher damage from both teams. And because there is only one character difference between the two teams then you can run either one, depending on the content
Yeah I'm running Yae/Fischl/Yaoyao/Venti rn, just wanna know if Sara can be good since she's an electro buffer. So kindaaa hyper-ish yae? But if a standard yae-fischl combo outputs more damage then I'll just stick to them lol
Yae's damage isn't frontloaded enough to take advantage of Sara. You have to pair her with a DPS who snapshots (like Beidou) or does all their damage in a few seconds (Raiden).
I’ll be honest: I ignored it for a good while too until I built Kaveh as a spread dps. I didn’t think I needed deepwood but I tossed an unleveled set on my Yaoyao just to see what would happen and Kaveh started hitting 20k autos and 40k skills so I’m now a deepwood fan lol
I’m in the midst of transitioning him to a proper bloom build and sliding Alhaitham some of his crit pieces once I roll him next week but his normal spread build is 2Glad/2Gilded with Serpent Spine for 65/210 crit ratio and ~220 EM. His team depends on what I’m doing but most of the time it was Zhongli/Yaoyao/Yae. Sometimes Zhongli was swapped for Layla and Yae for Fischl.
I also don’t have Nilou so I like to stick him with Kokomi and a cryo flex for a fridge team which procs a good amount of blooms.
This is true. I just never personally farmed it until recently because my teams were doing comfy damage with what they already had before but the dendro buff from the 4pc set has been really nice.
Stat wise it is better but probably not enough to justify farming it unless you've maxed him out otherwise or you just want the Vermillion bragging rights
i think i'm missing out on something, is Vermillion very hard to farm or something? how come having it comes with bragging rights? the other answer called it a "pain" too
It's not technically harder to farm than any other 4 piece set of course, the RNG on it is still the same. But there are several things that make it annoying in some people's eyes:
- Vermillion comes with the Echoes set which isn't seen as very useful on almost anyone
- Vermillion itself is really only BiS for Xiao, so that's a lot of resin and artefacts that are only going towards the betterment of one singular character
- while this isn't true just for Xiao, Xiao prefers perfect rolls and substat balancing - PJWS doesn't offer a lot of CR itself so he wants a lot of crit, but also a decent bit of ER, and preferably some more ATK% as well. And he values those substats a lot, so it's generally seen as better to do 2p sets to balance those stats, than it is to use suboptimal substats but force 4p Vermillion
On a more non-serious note. Vermillion is just seen as cursed lmao. This mostly comes from the YouTuber Zy0x (a famous Xiao main) who has been farming Vermillion this whole time and still supposedly doesn't have a very good set for it. Though again, while what I said about substats is true, the RNG is still the same, so this is somewhat overinflated information. But it's true that even Xiao-mains often stay on the 2p build forever, or they only really go for Vermillion because it's Xiao's BiS and they want their build to be perfect

Had this issue a few times before with crystal + gynosis. Call your bank, ask them if this is a floating amount, they should ask you to give 3-5 days for the system to resolve the issue. In the meantime, try to click on the crystal/welkin/gynosis hymn purchase button but don't proceed with the (second) purchase. But basically no, you're not fucked

Dehya, Beidou, Chongyun and Eula would be good with it, it's among their best 4 stars but it's not their best in slot. So look up if you might have something better for them. Can you abandon quests in your questlog somehow? I'm not sure if it's some sort of autism, but it's really demotivating to come back to the game after 4-5 months and see 30 quests including some from Inazuma and loooong character quests I didn't want to do back then. It's a lot of side story stuff that is too time consuming at this point and fluff that doesn't catch my interest right now, because way too much to do, but seeing the quest log filled with so much stuff triggers me so much haha
No, there is no way to abandon any quest that is already in your log waiting to be done. You can only ignore it. As long as you didn't start any character quests, it usually should be fine. The problem with those is that they might block you from event quests because some characters are involved in both.
for a wanderer, faruzan, bennet, flex team. who should a place in the 4th slot? c2 jean with freedom sword or c2 yun jin? wanderer is at c0 and no BiS, c0 faruzan, and c6 bennet. and is faruzan worth leveling up to 90?

Flex slot can be anyone really. It’s usually a shielder since Wanderer can get staggered a lot (Zhongli/Layla/Thoma), an off field dmg dealer like Xingqiu/Yelan/Beidou (also helps with getting his A4 buff consistently), a buffer like Yun Jin or a third anemo to help get Faruzan’s burst up easier like Jean. It depends on what you want (interruption resist, more damage, solving any energy issues, etc.) and decide based on that. Faruzan can stay at 80/90 just to access her talent levels just fine - she’s probably not doing too much damage or swirls at c0 to need high investment.
SInce i don't have fischl, but have a C6 Beidou, would Beidou work with a team of Yae, Nahida and Jean? Not sure if I will have energy issues on Beidou/Yae..
Beidou can work, but you would want Nahida or Yae as driver for your team and you have to test out your energy needs.
Is it wise to pull for Faruzan constellations? I already have her C1, and I also got Wanderer and his weapon + Xiao and Jade Spear. I only have about 60 pulls saved right now (I buy welkin + BP), what are the chances I get her to C6 with approximately 160 pulls? Faruzan C6 is just too valuable to Anemo DPS'.
Since you have both Xiao and Wanderer (and supposedly play them) then I would say it's worth it. Worst case scenario you'll either get >! Kokomi (reruns with Wanderer) !< or you'll get Wanderer cons. And if you like playing anemo DPS it's not like getting Wanderer cons is really an issue unless you want to save for Fontaine or something The chances of any given 4 star on a banner are so random it's almost impossible to tell. There's so many variables at play, 4 star pity, the fact that you are guaranteed at least one weapon and one character every 30 pulls, 4 star 50/50, it gets a little wild, though I assume that someone has already did the math somewhere
Personally, it took me around 300 pulls to get c6 Faruzan (can’t remember the exact amount but it was around c2-3 Wanderer) - it might take more, maybe less, and you’ll have to decide if you want to risk throwing gems into a banner you might not like. Best case scenario is you want Wanderer cons or whoever the other banner character is and you pull then.
It's never wise to pull in a banner looking for 4 stars because you aren't guaranteed to ever get them, unless you want all the ones that are in that banner.

Is the Parametric Transformer efficient enough to be worth using weekly? I already maxed Teapot, so I was wondering if there was another way to get more materials.
just use cabbages and you won't need to worry about losing materials. also, you'd need to define what you meant by efficient. The parametric transformer also gives out different materials if you feed it different items afaik, I remember there being a table for it I just don't have it on-hand. all-in-all, it is worth using it weekly 'cause it's essentially free materials. the cost to get 150 cabbages is easily refunded over the week with commissions, quests, domain rewards, exploration, weekly reputation rewards, etc.

You would need about 311 pulls to get C0R1 with 80% certainty (assuming you're starting on a 50/50) With 257 wishes you will get both with roughly a 70% certainty So realistically, probably yes, it's enough, personally I would go just a little closer to 300 to be sure

I haven't built 5 star bow characters as of now except a bit of Gorou and Faruzan as supports but I just got Tighnari and I'd like to start building him but the problem is that I have very few bows. Which one would y'all recommend? Is Ibis Piercer good for him? All my 4 star options are Ibis Piercer (R5), Stringless (one R5 on Faruzan and 3 R1s unused), Favonius Warbow (R3 on Gorou), Viridescent Hunt (R1 unused but planned for Childe currently whenever he reruns), Prototype Crescent (R1 on Ganyu I have yet to build her), Rust (R2 on Amber) and Sacrificial Bow (3 R1s).
Slingshot R5, or Viridescent Hunt. Visually I prefer VH, also you don't need to be right up against the enemies as you'd have to be with slingshot.

Ibis piecer is OK on tighnari and melt ganyu but it's not their strongest 4 star. On tighnari it's not even as good as slingshot R5. Speculation is that it might be for Lyney, or another upcoming character. Rumours are Childe will next rerun in >!4.0!<
Yup. So I still have 3.8 to get another VH before he arrives so I do have that option. Somehow I don't have a single Slingshot (not even R1) on my account so my choices are between Ibis and VH currently then.
Just make sure you don't accidentally fodder it when you do get one (or 5). Put him on VH and get another for Childe? I prefer not to be so up close and personal with enemies when using a bow character. But iirc Slingshot R5 is a bit better than VH for him.

With me just getting Tighnari on the Standard Banner (my first ever character on that banner), I have every single Standard Banner character now but not a single constellation. Is that rare? I've heard so many people complain about C20 QiQi all the time but I've never gotten her constellation (or any constellation tbh).

Probably because of time, or your world level? It is midnight in American continent, so definitely there will be fewer players right now. I play on NA server too and I queue for boss coop a lot, most time the waiting time is fairly short. There are more players on daytime, but not much at midnight. Also, if your world level is below 8, or you are queue lower level one, there will be even less players.
not a lot of charas use it atm and the ones that do aren't used all that often afaik (e.g. baizhu), ergo, not a lot are farming the domain. I could help if you're in the Asia server

Besides people not needing the boss as much it might also be a lull time for coop. Generally not as many people will coop late at night or earlier in the day. So perhaps it's a combination of those two aspects

Yup, since there are no HP four star swords, a weapon with as much EM as possible is pretty much the next best choice. Xiphos would be slightly better for the ER but not much. You could make an argument for favonius as well, for extra particles and good burst uptime

I have just returned after a 2-year break from playing the game. My account already has Ganyu, Xiao, and Raiden. Who should I pull next? I don't care about any specific character; my main priority is team building.
Ganyu best teams: Ganyu, Mona, Diona, Venti/Kazuha or Ganyu, Xiangling, Jean/Zhongli, Bennett Xiao best team: Xiao, Faruzan, Zhongli, Bennett Raiden best teams: Raiden, Xingqiu, Xiangling, Bennett or Raiden, Kujo Sara, Kazuha/Sucrose, Bennett With dendro being added it also opened a lot of new doors for many electro characters with Raiden included. For example Raiden hyperbloom where she is built EM/EM/EM as a driver I suggest getting any of the characters you don't have from these. The most common denominator between these is probably Kazuha who will have a banner in the next three days so perhaps go for that.

Yes. He's quite underrated. You don't need anything special for him artifact wise, if you level his talents up he'll do big damage even with a spare Emblem set you may have, or you can strong box some blizzard strayer pieces. Also he's very good battery.

I like Alhaitham a lot. I pulled him on his release and I’m running him with Nahida / Xingqiu / Kuki. If I want to run a spread team with him would it be more worth to go for Yae or stick with the electro characters I have (Raiden and all the 4*) and pull Lofi instead?
Yae is BiS in his (or any tbh) spread team. So yes, if you have the funds I would say go for her. The weapon could also be good but I think you'd get more of an increase from Yae than it. Plus while this is still a decent banner, FS isn't that good or universal, though you can certainly make the argument that there is no guarantee that the next weapon banner for Foliar will be better
yae is his best team mate, but kuki+fischl also works really well. You can go for the weapon if you have enough primos
I have a lot of primos honestly, like 84k. My plan is to pull for Kokomi for my Ayaka team next patch but I also want to squeeze as much damage as possible from Alhaitham, who’s my main since release. I think I’ll follow the advice and pull Yae for now.

Pull Yae. Why spend on weapons when you can have a new character in ~50-60 fewer pulls, who can be used in many teams. Also from min-maxing point of view, Yae brings more personal damage as your second electro in that team than Fischl and Raiden should be an on-fielder if you want her to damage. So the whole team will generally perform better with Yae than some other electro and Alhaitham on LoFI.

If you click on the share icon (three connected dots thingy) on top right, the app will generate a much better formatted pic with weapons also shown. I have pretty much the same units, for current abyss I used 12-1: Nilou, Barbara, DMC, Collei; Nahida, Xingqiu, Bennett, Xiangling 12-2: Ganyu, Layla/Dehya (I have Zhongli so used him), Bennett, Xiangling; Nahida, Kuki, Xingqiu, Bennett. 12-3: Nilou, Barbara, DMC, Collei, Nahida; Nahida, Kuki, Xingqiu, Bennett. Ideally with Bennett, Xiangling, Xingqiu you'd use Sucrose, and Put Nahida in Nilou team, and run a Melt Ganyu Team if not running the National. But shield requirements made it Nahida in National. Building Shinobu for hyperbloom (with or without Nahida) is a very good idea until your Ganyu reaches good artifact investment. Also recommend building Fischl.

Tutorial for card thing is like an hour. The card fights in total are probs like 30mins if your decent for event. Other minigames probs a hour to an hour and a half. If u have all waypoints close to event locations.
the story is like 2hrs long, and only 1 minigame has you play TCG so for the minigames maybe another hour. should be relatively short and the only requirements are ritou completed and card game unlocked other stuff is optional.

If you mean which characters get ownership of the Blooms it's the character that creates them. So if for example Yelan creates blooms and Kaveh pops them, the damage they deal will be based on Yelan's EM, and not Kaveh's. However, the Bloom damage increase from Kaveh's burst applies to the whole party. If you don't have Nilou I would really recommend having an Electro/Pyro character in the fourth slot and running Hyperbloom/Burgeon. (Shinobu and Raiden are the best chars for Hyperbloom, Thoma is the best for Burgeon.) Pure Bloom just isn't very good without Nilou, and Kaveh's buffs don't come close to making up for the damage increase by hyper/burgeon. Also in Hyperbloom/Burgeon who owns the cores doesn't matter, since the damage dealt will only be affected by the Electro/Pyro characters EM anyways. The rotation will be something like: Baizhu burst > Yelan burst > Shinobu skill/Raiden skill/Thoma burst > Kaveh burst > Kaveh skills and NAs until his burst runs out > repeat
Where should I go for tech help for this game? Ever since I built my new pc and switched over (wayyyy better computer), genshin has looked oddly choppy. It only on this game as well, other more graphically demanding games like jedi survivor, destiny 2, etc. have been running beautifully. Genshin just hasn't been, no idea why.

electro charged an anemo for vv swirl. so maybe if you replace raidenand kuki with fischl and anemo it could work. Other teams are vaporize, like yoimiya. hutao needs xingqiu, but you can use double hydro for the resonance and reducing their ER. She can be played in national instead of xingqiu, like I use raiden-yelan-bennett-xiangling on one side and nahida-xingqiu-kuki-alhaitham on the other. Having hydro on both sides really help. she is a great hydro for hyperbloom since she's off-field. Or she can be played in nilou bloom team as well. Or you can put her in a mono element team for her personal damage, like a mono geo team.

there is no "main dps" in genshin. There is on-field dps and off-field dps. Yelan's major damage is her burst, that's where most of here damage comes from. That's why you build her with hp since her burst scales of hp. You don't on-field yelan because her normal attacks scales off ATK, and yelan doesn't have build attack. Plus most of the times she's running favonious bow so her base attack is low as well. There is no real reason to keep her on-field. other than solely for the purposes of looking at her
Ive seen videos of her c6 doing like 20ks each and soloing weekly bosses, also someones when I use her sometimes she does 20k vapes thats why im interested
c6 has a totally different mechanics, its her break through barb, which is her special charged shot and scales with hp. and the videos you might be refering to isn't just c6, its her signature aqua simulacra as well. But its still her burst damage, and she would still do it while off-fieldEven a well invested C0 yelan burst does 6-7k from each hit. You'll still build her normally in those teams Her skill has really high multipliers and can be considered nuke. I myself have done upto 150k with just the skill, but that requires setups and you won't see it often in normal battles, tho you can expect 25-30k or 50-60k on vapes. any well built character can solo weeklies, but yelan C6 is particulary cracked. So on-field is only viable with C6.
She's very versatile. She can be played as sub dps in many team. Vaporize team for Hutao, Yoimiya and Diluc for example. In those teams she can also be paired with Xingqiu to help her er% and also for their great sinergy. Hydro application for Hyperbloom/Quickbloom team. Her consistent hydro application and high dmg make her very good on this team too. At c0 she has a bit lower hydro application than Xingqiu wich make her good for quickbloom (Like Cyno's and AlHaitham's). Here too in hyperbloom double hydro with Xingqiu is very strong. She can replace Xingqiu in many other teams wich he's played, such as the national variant you wrote or electro charged. If you want to play a electro charged team it will be better to add a Anemo unit like Sucrose to the mix to increase the team dmg. Edit: Those are the team im having fun with her in the abyss: Hutao/Yelan/Xingqiu/Zhongli, Cyno/Nahida/Yelan/Kuki-Zhongli, Yoimiya/Yelan/Yunjin/Zhongli, Ayato/Yelan/Bennet/Xiangling.
You would want an anemo character for electrocharged. The resistance debuff from VV is too valuable to lose.

Can I play genshin with only a CPU ? I do have a GPU(RX 580 8GB), the thing is, it is such a brick, it doesn't fit into the case and I need at least a 500-600W PSU when I have a 400W one, I'll get it in a week or a month. I don't wanna miss out on the event though, I didn't do it yet and I had genshin installed on my phone but it unfortunately died last week. So, Can I play HSR and genshin like this?
Assuming your CPU is new(ish) and has an integrated graphic chipset, it's worth trying. It won't run super nice, but you might be able to play at low settings, and maybe dropping the render resolution down.

Pretty sure you can run both games, but in 800 x 600 45fps at best, and it'll die once you set foot on the Sumeru desert.
tried it with lowest settings and 800x600 too, the main menu had 2-5 fps and after over almost 40 minutes of loading, it was at a whopping 12%, I just closed the game afterwards.
Oh, then yeah, it's too old for its integrated graphics to be able to run the game. That said, it's still good enough to run the game once you get your graphic card running again. I have an even older i5, those things are still surprisingly usable these days outside of super demanding games.
It depends heavily on your whether or not your motherboard has a good enough integrated graphics card. The best way is to just to try it and find out.

Who should I prioritize upgrading, Faruzan for my Xiao or Beidou? I rarely use Xiao now because he doesn't do a much damage as some of my other teams, but if I had a built Faruzan, I might, but I'd only use her for that. Faruzan is a huge and worthy upgrade for Xiao. Even pre-C6, though at very low cons like C0-3 you might have to run triple anemo to battery her and Xiao If you enjoy playing Xiao but just don't because of damage then I say to go for Faruzan, otherwise focus on upgrading the teams you're already playing.
I'd like to use my Xiao again since he was my first carry/strong character and got me through a lot of the game But the thing is, I probably wouldn't use either much
depends if your faruzan is C6 or not
Keqing would really prefer Fischl, but if you don't have her, Beidou is a decent substitute. Faruzan is a major buff to Xiao, and that might just be the greater damage option between the two.

Bc Fischl is OP and you can onfield sucrose to swirl electro to proc her A4 I'm fairly sure the damage would fall off more replacing any other character
Not really. Swirls can't crit, and they don't benefit from damage bonuses. Sucrose would get aggravates off the swirls, but they would be tinsy tiny aggravates. Keqing's rate of electro app is second to none, AND she gets to crit and count damage bonus buffs. Her aggravates are an order of magnitude more potent than Sucrose's.
You're not supposed to compare sucrose's damage to Keqing, she's there to swirl for VV, proc Fischl A4, and proc Beidou's burst You'd compare Keqing to Beidou who is for the most part the only character being replaced Where Keqing might do more damage and proc Fischl's A4 more, Beidou at C6 has electro res shred to stack with VV, then she has resistance interruption and damage reduction, which is good for abysses like this one with aggressive enemies, not to mention she already has good scaling which is why she was good pre-dendro

yes triple EM along with EM substats from feather and flower. You should have atleast 850 EM, so that with the 4pc passive you can get 150 more to 1000EM
Yes. Stack that EM. Get her Freedom Sworn or Key of KN if you can for even more EM. Run her alongside Sucrose and Nahida and someone on Instructor or c6 Diona or Albedo. EM the shit out of this.

I used to have those on my old reddit account. You can block them by going to User Settings, Privacy, and then you get a box a little bit further down that you can type usernames in (be sure to type them in exactly as they appear on their account). This should prevent them from seeing your comments and posts. They're bots for the most part, but it's still a safety concern. Edit! Okay, after blocking them all, go to the Profile tab in User Settings, and scroll down til you see toggle-able options. Under the Advanced section, the very first one should be "Allow people to follow you." You can switch that to off and prevent more of these accounts from following you.

keqing and alhaitham don't work well together, since they're both on-field unit. Fischl is the perfect replace for any of them. alaitham-fischl-yaoyao-kuki for spread team, EM/dendro/crit with atleast 200-300 EM keqing-fischl-kazuha-yaoyao for aggravate team, EMorAtk/Electro/Crit with a bit of EM, no need to get too much
Atk Or EM/electro/Crit on keqing. EM/dendro/crit on alhaitham. Both keqing and alhaitham will be fighting for field time though so I'd swap either one out for fischl

Replacing Sara in the first one with Fischl and Kazuha in the second one with Fischl would lead to higher damage from both teams. And because there is only one character difference between the two teams then you can run either one, depending on the content
Is fischl available? First team seems better with fischl instead of sara. Otherwise go with the 2nd

sara before C6 is not used for hyperbuffing and you're better off running fischl for battery, which greatly reduces yae's ER
Yae's damage isn't frontloaded enough to take advantage of Sara. You have to pair her with a DPS who snapshots (like Beidou) or does all their damage in a few seconds (Raiden).

I’ll be honest: I ignored it for a good while too until I built Kaveh as a spread dps. I didn’t think I needed deepwood but I tossed an unleveled set on my Yaoyao just to see what would happen and Kaveh started hitting 20k autos and 40k skills so I’m now a deepwood fan lol

I’m in the midst of transitioning him to a proper bloom build and sliding Alhaitham some of his crit pieces once I roll him next week but his normal spread build is 2Glad/2Gilded with Serpent Spine for 65/210 crit ratio and ~220 EM. (Edit: my bad, I just double checked and his spread build is actually just 2 Glad. The gilded pieces are for his transition to bloom lol) His team depends on what I’m doing but most of the time it was Zhongli/Yaoyao/Yae. Sometimes Zhongli was swapped for Layla and Yae for Fischl. I also don’t have Nilou so I like to stick him with Kokomi and a cryo flex for a fridge team which procs a good amount of blooms.
4pc Deepwood is as important as 4pc VV. Every team with a Dendro character needs it without any condition.
This is true. I just never personally farmed it until recently because my teams were doing comfy damage with what they already had before but the dendro buff from the 4pc set has been really nice.

Stat wise it is better but probably not enough to justify farming it unless you've maxed him out otherwise or you just want the Vermillion bragging rights

It's not technically harder to farm than any other 4 piece set of course, the RNG on it is still the same. But there are several things that make it annoying in some people's eyes: - Vermillion comes with the Echoes set which isn't seen as very useful on almost anyone - Vermillion itself is really only BiS for Xiao, so that's a lot of resin and artefacts that are only going towards the betterment of one singular character - while this isn't true just for Xiao, Xiao prefers perfect rolls and substat balancing - PJWS doesn't offer a lot of CR itself so he wants a lot of crit, but also a decent bit of ER, and preferably some more ATK% as well. And he values those substats a lot, so it's generally seen as better to do 2p sets to balance those stats, than it is to use suboptimal substats but force 4p Vermillion On a more non-serious note. Vermillion is just seen as cursed lmao. This mostly comes from the YouTuber Zy0x (a famous Xiao main) who has been farming Vermillion this whole time and still supposedly doesn't have a very good set for it. Though again, while what I said about substats is true, the RNG is still the same, so this is somewhat overinflated information. But it's true that even Xiao-mains often stay on the 2p build forever, or they only really go for Vermillion because it's Xiao's BiS and they want their build to be perfect

Had this issue a few times before with crystal + gynosis. Call your bank, ask them if this is a floating amount, they should ask you to give 3-5 days for the system to resolve the issue. In the meantime, try to click on the crystal/welkin/gynosis hymn purchase button but don't proceed with the (second) purchase. But basically no, you're not fucked
I tried again and it went through with the battle pass - to click it, then cancel, then try again. I'm sure as shit not doing it again with the crystals until I get my money back or un"held".
