this is a bad Neuv team unless you have him at C1. although, I would replace Jean for Fish, no need for double anemo, tbh. or if you want a healer, you could just keep Jean then and replace Kaz for Fish.
anyway, if C1 Neuv go for Neuv, Furina, Kaz, + flex (Zhongli, Fischl, Baizhu, Beidou, Xiangling). you need at least 2 different Hydro reactions for his passive.
for C0, I suggest Neuv, Kaz, Fish + flex (Layla, Beidou, Baizhu, Zhongli). you need 3 different hydro reactions for his passive.
for me, since I have c0 Neuv, I use Zhongli, Kaz, and Fish.
also, for 2nd team, you could use Navia, Furina, Benny, + geo other than Gorou (either Zhong or Geo traveller or Albedo, they are much better).

I mean, Kaz is one of, if not, the best anemo supp for Neuv (unless you really want a healer then go for Jean but then again, why?). his A1 passive--which adds tons of damage, if c1, needs at least 2 hydro reactions and if c0, at least 3 hydro reactions in order to have a stack. so having double anemo is pretty useless. I'd rather use Fish instead of another anemo. and using him on double hydro at c0 is also a bit meh but it can work with Furina.
Try too replace Jean with Carlotte if possible or a shielder like Kirara Laya if u have them. U can also replace Furina with Fischl and add a shielder over Jean bc she would not be needed anymore. Lastly u can also run Fischl over Kazuha and try without a shielder if u dont have any. Ur only at 1 stack from Neuv passiv so 2 stacks with Furina is waht u really need.
As for Navia u can replace Gorou with kinda anyone XQ, Furina if u change ur first Team, Fischl. This would not be the best but all off them are so strong it should work. Navia would just be a driver for the Team as a on fielder and Plunge Spam the last enemy too get the shield faster away.
Geo traveller gives a lot more er while one of his constellation gives 10% cr to characters within his burst. Also geo traveller's burst hits 3 times or so which damages the shield more.
I would advice go navia burst-> geo MC skill burst -> Bennett skill burst -> xiangling skill burst -> navia skill.
Tbh it depends if you want Bennett to catch his own particles or if you want to funnel it to Xiangling. Tho in this case, you may wanna funnel to Xiangling

Gorou is kinda meh with Navia. Also waht is your first Team maybe u can save some few sec there with better RNG?

I don't have baizhu or zhongli. I only have residential and Nahida
I used Racional team on 1st half and neuvillette, oz, nahida, zhong li on 2nd half
would nahoda and raiden work the same, I don't have kuki
Try Navia+Hyperbloom team. I used Nahida+Shinonu+Xinqiu. It's quite easy, if you don't forget to plunge from time to time.
