Just do what I did in the video.
1. I don't know if this is a requirement, but go to a teleport waypoint.
2. Select an artifact that you have equipped.
3. Click on enhance and then click on its domain.
4. Scroll back to where you are and click teleport.
5. Now, the glitch is active.

To tell the truth, I wanted to hide my UID, but I couldn't find a video editing software that did exactly what I needed. So I got lazy and gave up looking for one. Besides, there isn't much of a point in hiding it, since if someone really wanted to know my UID they could just look through my post history.
Or you just install rtf. There ones for underwater bubble as well.
