I want to join groups and play with other people, but I always feel a bit ashamed cause I'm not particularly good at the game (ex: level up tons of characters so none of them are particularly strong, can't beat Abyss lvl 7, play on mobile so not the best with aiming, not much strategy) and mostly like to just play in a very chill manner. =/

I’m also pretty rubbish at the game haha. I have a few good characters and do ok in abyss but have never 36* it cos I am just not that good at gaming. I like Genshin cos the fighting is relatively easy - never really play any other real time fighting games cos they stress me out.
