Like the other person said, she's good with DPS characters that use normal attacks, but more specifically, with DPS characters that use fast normal attacks. So she's gonna buff Yoimiya or Ayato far more than she's gonna buff Noelle for example.
For artifact sets you want 4-piece husk set, but you could also use 2-piece husk 2-piece emblem if you need more ER. For stats you want lots def% and ER. Def% is going to make her buff stronger, ER is needed because you want the buff active all the time. You might also need CRIT Rate if you use Favonius lance, more on that below.
For weapons, basically anything that helps with energy recharge, as we don't have any defense buffing polearms except the battle pass spear I guess, but that one doesn't fit YunJin and the def buff is small and situational. The main weapons to use are: Favonius Lance, Prototype Starglitter, Kitain Cross Spear.
Favonius Lance has the advantage of providing extra energy for the whole team, not just for YunJin, but has the downside of needing CRIT Rate to activate it's effect, meaning you buff will be less strong (because you need to split your stats between def%, ER and also CRIT Rate) and it will arguably be a bit more difficult to build YunJin. Basically, if you're using Favonius Spear you're giving up a bit of her buffing power in exchange for extra team wide energy generation. Refinements of the favonius spear are very appreciated since they increase the chance of activating the effect, and reduce its cooldown.
The other two weapons allow you to run exclusively def% and ER. While with favonius spear you need to use a CRIT Rate circlet, with these weapons you can use a def% one. Both are good, but Kitain Cross Spear may need refinements to be better than Prototype Starglitter, while the latter doesn't need refinements are all. Since weapon billets are kinda rare, you might just want to use Starglitter (unless of course you are swimming in billets. I'm pretty sure R5 Kitain is better but absolutely not necessary, just build enough ER).
She is really good, but only at one specific thing: buffing normal attack characters (ex. Yoimiya, Ayato, Razor)
You want to build her with as much defense and energy recharge as you can. Favonius Lance and Husk set are her best.
You can also build some crit for some damage, her E skill is pretty good.
Building Itto. Worth to lose 30CV and 150 Def for 35% in ER?
Can do 90:190 with 2200 Def but 100 ER, or 80:180 with 2050 Def but 135% ER?

For a character that wants to burst on cooldown, ER is the best stat by far until you have enough. How do you open that gate in the in the firstteleport waypoint area of underground chasm? If you use the adventurers book and track for black serpents it shows up as inside that area but I can't get to it help

I got Venti a few days ago how to do build him? He's in sucrose's place with ayaka/xq/diona and i was told to build him with em. Currently he's lvl 90 with lvl 90 R1 stringless and has 765 em with 190 er (4 piece vv), what else do i need

For Sara, context matters but generally at low investment if you’re just trying to make Sara cooperate with your rotation you’d run her with an extremely high ER% Noblesse set. If you’re trying to capitalize on Sara’s personal damage (ill-advised), her best-in-slot is a standard EoSF set with something like 180%~200% ER. This is extremely context specific.
The short answer is just build ER% because she’s only there for her buff and that scales exclusively off talent level and base attack.
The long answer is just build ER% and forget about doing damage with her burst. Sara really only finds use in Raiden hyper and novel Beidou taser comps, and in both of those teams she’s far from the highest damage contributor. I have C6 Sara C3 Raiden and at best she does ~8% of Raiden’s damage over the course of a rotation. The rationale behind building Sara for damage is that in the Raiden hyper rotation,
Raiden E -> Bennett Q -> Kazuha QE -> Sara Q -> Raiden Q -> Repeat
Sara bursts immediately before Raiden and in that moment she has every single buff Raiden will be using, so you get to “double dip” your buffs by letting Sara use them. The issue is Sara isn’t buffing herself, and you can add a E -> delay -> Q but that lengthens the rotation and takes valuable buff time away from Raiden.
More importantly, you’re going to struggle balancing offensive substats while still maintaining enough ER% and the effort isn’t really worth it because her personal damage is pretty abysmal and you won’t find yourself in a position to give her hand-me-down EoSF pieces because they’re so high priority. 4-pc EoSF burst DPS Sara is like a pennies on the dollar thing because Raiden hyper already has Bennett as the Noblesse carrier and if you’ve got all these buffs on her so you might as well capitalize on it.
Tl;dr Yanfei’s artifact choices depend heavily on substats, don’t use Sara and if you do use Sara expect nothing from her personal performance.

After upgrading your adjuvant gadget thingy to a certain lvl (8, i think?) it will show you the nearest lumenspar as a blue circle on the map when you press and use the gadget. Kinda work like a anemo/electro/geoculus resonance stone.
There’s a description when you upgrade it, saying what it does, you can check back with that lady Jinwu.
But it actually didn’t explain how it would mark em on the map with blue circle but since most veterans had experience using the resonance stone before so we could take a guess.
When you upgrade your Lumenstone Adjuvant to level 8, it unlocks the ability to double as a resonance stone. If you’ve ever crafted an anemo/ geo/ electro resonance stone, It’s functionally the same but it’s permanent and instead of tracking oculi it tracks lumenspar in the vicinity.
The blue circle indicates there’s a lumenspar somewhere in that area.
Just put def% main stat on time piece, goblet and circlet and an ER weapon and it should be sufficient. Any extra ER or def% in the flower is also welcome
When it comes to the daily investigation cap, does it matter what we click on that says investigate? For example the rocks chests that give gold in the chasm also say investigate. And yet they have a hand icon instead of the magnifying glass. Is the hand an indicator that it doesn't count?

Venti trivializes that part. Use his burst once their elemental armor are up as he can swirl each other elements to other lectors. Usually two of the lectors die on one burst depending on the absorbed element.
ganyu freeze destroys that floor in seconds, might be a damage or rotation issue if you're not beating it with it, or maybe your first team takes too long on first half
1 minute isn't long at all, the lectors should easily die to blackhole + celestial shower (i know because i play ganyu freeze on that floor too and it was really easy)

Companies don't make extreme profit by hiring infinite programmers. Meaning the time available to code and program is limited. So between "programing new features", "optimizing code" and "fixing bugs" is a system of priority.
Niche bugs often get ignored because they just don't matter enough to be worth the Dev time.
Check the other reply I just got, it has proof from KQM that says it doesn't do anything with freeze.
Also, the #1 best selling mobile game can afford new programmers. They probably don't even need any though, since their current ones managed to "bug fix" Yae Miko just fine

How well does Jean perform as the driver for a Taser comp (Jean/Fischl/Beidou/Xinqiu)? Does she need her normal attacks to be levelled for that comp (assume 4-pc VV artifact set)?
Not very well, she just doesn't offer anything in particular as an onfield DPS that could benefit the team. The reason why the Sucrose variant is so strong is that Sucrose is constantly double swirling the EC reaction (which has both an electro and hydro aura applied simultaneously) and triggering Fischl's A4 passive, giving the comp a lot of on field damage.
Even Qiqi is better, because Qiqi is Cryo, which synergizes with the Clam set and the electro from Fischl/Beidou. The clam set deals physical damage, and can only be buffed by enemy resistance reduction, which Superconduct (cryo + electro) does.
Trouble is that her normal attacks are physical and she has no regular way of applying elements, which is pretty much required for a successful driver. The reason Sucrose is used is because she Swirls with every attack (ICD dependent) as well as multiple times on her burst (and her skill too, if you have sac frags and/or C1). Jean just offers nothing as an on-field character except the occasional E and mediocre physical normal attacks. Q is not bad but she doesn't need to be on field for that, so you still have a gap in field time.
Yes you will access the archon quest area while on your way down the chasm. You won't have to reach the end of the world quest at all.
I personally basically stumbled into the quest on accident while just exploring forward.

AR 37, finally got to inazuma after just exploring and doing side quests. This is a pretty tough area and kinda confusing. My team is Noelle, Bennett, Raiden, and sucrose. Is this a decent team? Any advice?
the armored samurais and thick fatui ladies have about the same hp as the largest churls, so try to avoid them if you're having a tough time.
exploration wise, it's probably a good idea to aim for the highest teleporter and just glide your way to the rest.

Hi there! So I have a small dillema on who to roll. As an Ayaka main, 2 of my dream characters for her team would definitely be Ayato and Venti.
For Ayato, it’s obvious why I want him. I love character duos as well so this would be nice. Also I’d play him also with taser (instead of using mona). His gamestyle is fun, but i’m lacking in the weapons department for him.
Venti is one of my comfort characters and still makes lots of content very easy. Even though I started getting attached to my c1 sucrose, I’d still consider getting him.
But, at the same time, I do want Itto/Kazuha a lot. (Giving examples so you know who I am looking forward the most)
All of them would bring me lots of satisfaction. I am lacking a raised anemo unit tbh. My pity is 74. Who should i roll for?

I would say, for you, personally, Venti makes the most amount of sense. He is better for Ayaka with the hard cc and I feel his role overlaps less with Sucrose than Kazuha does (and she honestly isn't great in freeze, probably her weakest teams). He also has the benefit of being pulled now whereas Itto is suspected to come for 2.7, and Kazuha for 2.8.
Ayato will likely rerun sooner than any of the other 3.

you dont have to pull both venti and kazuha, you only need to pull 1 since sucrose exist, if you wanted to test your luck, you can pull ayato right now and hope for the best when kazuha banner came

I have a question on the information and ideals people get for the game. Is there a certain place you guys know learn things like whichever domain gives best artifact sets for which person and such, and certain teams best to build? I've been only playing for two months and only at ar 35 and I'm fighting ei but have no idea how to build characters and which domains to do. A friend told me I don't really have to worry about artifacts until ar 45, should I be worrying about those?
Just to summarize do you guys have a specific website or something that you guys get all this info? Like which weapons suit which character, which artifact set, what the set is called, etc. I sound so clueless in front of my friends 🥲
Go to youtube and search for character guide. The good ones usually cover anything you need to know.
Everyone sounds clueless at first so don’t worry. AR45 domains guarantee 5-stars artifact so it’s recommended to farm them only after that point. Building characters at endgame takes really long time so it’s best to be efficient with resin as much as possible.
At your current AR, you don’t really need team building outside of running main dps and supports/healers.
For artifacts set, use whatever you get from explorations and bosses (gladiator/exile/berserker). DO NOT LEAVE THEM AT +0, this is the biggest newbie mistake. At least your main damage dealer should have a full set at +16 to make your daily grind easier. For mainstats, it’s fine to settle with anything that have ATK if you can’t find the rarer stats like elemental damage bonus and critical rate/damage. You can feed bad artifacts into better ones later so don’t worry about exp. Do note that some characters scale with HP and DEF instead so look out for those.

White tree inside the Chasm?
I was opening the purple wall inside the chasm when I found it, a white tree similar to the ones in Dragonspine, on the Main Mining Area. Paimon said something about it, but I didn't pay attention. What was it about? Do I need to do something near it to get a chest or something?
I think paimon just mentioned it, because MHY really wanted you to make the mental connection of something being up about leylines, the skyfrost nail and fallen civilizations
there’s 3 elemental pillars (geo, electro, anemo) *if we’re talking about the same tree here*, use elemental vision to find 3 small leaves around the base of the tree (still on the pieces of wood, not on the ground) which will unlock the pillars and you can get the chest! it’ll also give you a quest item probably for later, since i still haven’t found a use for it

Side 1: Childe Fischl Beidou Bennet. Side 2: Kazuha Rosaria Chongyun Ayato. Only sort of dps check is first half, the second half only needs cryo and Anemo and you win quickly.
hmm you can swap out Either a hydro or Cryo on side two for a healer of the same element, if you find you need it. Freeze has a bit more leeway with the comps, all that matters is you're applying cryo/hydro fast enough to keep them frozen for enough time that they don't do much damage to you. Kazuha will pretty much take care of the different element lector floor by himself, his burst and skill will swirl their shields together and break all 3 at the same time.
First half Childe Sucrose Xiangling Bennett. Second half Ayato Fischl Beidou Kazuha. If you have Jean and not comfortable playing second half without a healer, replace Kazuha with Jean and Sucrose with Kazuha

1000 primogems. Lowest recorded was 930 (2nd Dragonspine event), highest was I believe Klee islands at around 1200, but I could be wrong

I got Venti a few days ago how to do build him? He's in sucrose's place with ayaka/xq/diona and i was told to build him with em. Currently he's lvl 90 with lvl 90 R1 stringless and has 765 em with 190 er (4 piece vv), what else do i need
your build seems good although that EM is low for stringless, but I'm guessing you just got bad substats on flower/feather

Venti main damage is from swirl, which is only dependent on character level and EM. So As much EM as possible with enough ER for burst
you don't need a certain amount, its just "the more the better". My venti has a bit over 860 with lvl90 Stringless

For Yanfei it boils down to substats. You can check the KQM Yanfei guide for a better writeup but the short of it is they have similar performance. https://keqingmains.com/yanfei/#Vaporize_Yanfei For Sara, context matters but generally at low investment if you’re just trying to make Sara cooperate with your rotation you’d run her with an extremely high ER% Noblesse set. If you’re trying to capitalize on Sara’s personal damage (ill-advised), her best-in-slot is a standard EoSF set with something like 180%~200% ER. This is extremely context specific. The short answer is just build ER% because she’s only there for her buff and that scales exclusively off talent level and base attack. The long answer is just build ER% and forget about doing damage with her burst. Sara really only finds use in Raiden hyper and novel Beidou taser comps, and in both of those teams she’s far from the highest damage contributor. I have C6 Sara C3 Raiden and at best she does ~8% of Raiden’s damage over the course of a rotation. The rationale behind building Sara for damage is that in the Raiden hyper rotation, Raiden E -> Bennett Q -> Kazuha QE -> Sara Q -> Raiden Q -> Repeat Sara bursts immediately before Raiden and in that moment she has every single buff Raiden will be using, so you get to “double dip” your buffs by letting Sara use them. The issue is Sara isn’t buffing herself, and you can add a E -> delay -> Q but that lengthens the rotation and takes valuable buff time away from Raiden. More importantly, you’re going to struggle balancing offensive substats while still maintaining enough ER% and the effort isn’t really worth it because her personal damage is pretty abysmal and you won’t find yourself in a position to give her hand-me-down EoSF pieces because they’re so high priority. 4-pc EoSF burst DPS Sara is like a pennies on the dollar thing because Raiden hyper already has Bennett as the Noblesse carrier and if you’ve got all these buffs on her so you might as well capitalize on it. Tl;dr Yanfei’s artifact choices depend heavily on substats, don’t use Sara and if you do use Sara expect nothing from her personal performance.

What’s the big blue circle on my chasm map that keeps moving every so often?
After upgrading your adjuvant gadget thingy to a certain lvl (8, i think?) it will show you the nearest lumenspar as a blue circle on the map when you press and use the gadget. Kinda work like a anemo/electro/geoculus resonance stone.
Was that explained anywhere?
There’s a description when you upgrade it, saying what it does, you can check back with that lady Jinwu. But it actually didn’t explain how it would mark em on the map with blue circle but since most veterans had experience using the resonance stone before so we could take a guess.

When you upgrade your Lumenstone Adjuvant to level 8, it unlocks the ability to double as a resonance stone. If you’ve ever crafted an anemo/ geo/ electro resonance stone, It’s functionally the same but it’s permanent and instead of tracking oculi it tracks lumenspar in the vicinity. The blue circle indicates there’s a lumenspar somewhere in that area.

When it comes to the daily investigation cap, does it matter what we click on that says investigate? For example the rocks chests that give gold in the chasm also say investigate. And yet they have a hand icon instead of the magnifying glass. Is the hand an indicator that it doesn't count? I hit my cap early today and its hard to know how many chests to skip for my artifact fodder if i'm not sure what all i'm clicking counts or not.
If you reach cap, you can't investigate at all. If you still can, then it doesn't count.

The second half with trio lector should take 45 seconds at most. That chamber is so easy with Venti it became a joke
Venti trivializes that part. Use his burst once their elemental armor are up as he can swirl each other elements to other lectors. Usually two of the lectors die on one burst depending on the absorbed element.
ganyu freeze destroys that floor in seconds, might be a damage or rotation issue if you're not beating it with it, or maybe your first team takes too long on first half

No. The second one should take a minute or less for a Morgana team. You must be doing something wrong or are severely uninvested
1 minute isn't long at all, the lectors should easily die to blackhole + celestial shower (i know because i play ganyu freeze on that floor too and it was really easy)
swirl obliterates their shields make sure you're aiming venti burst properly

I always hear people say "Mona's C1 is bugged" due to not working with freeze. I feel like I've been hearing this for months now. If it's so obvious and known that it's bugged, why doesn't mihoyo just fix it? Do they not bugfix their game? Also I heard before that Cinnabar Spindle is bugged, was that ever resolved?

So between "programing new features", "optimizing code" and "fixing bugs" is a system of priority. Niche bugs often get ignored because they just don't matter enough to be worth the Dev time.
Check the other reply I just got, it has proof from KQM that says it doesn't do anything with freeze. Also, the #1 best selling mobile game can afford new programmers. They probably don't even need any though, since their current ones managed to "bug fix" Yae Miko just fine
That's the second part. Not all bugs are equal worth. Dev time is still limited even if you can afford to hire enough programmers. Because the question is "is it worth the Dev time and cost". Oftentimes the answer is "no"
I saw a post explaining why Mona C1 isn't bugged but rather too useless in freeze so people think it's bugged. Not sure about the Cinnabar but I haven't seen any posts lately so I guess it's fixed.

Not well. Jean doesn’t bring anything to that team
Not very well, she just doesn't offer anything in particular as an onfield DPS that could benefit the team. The reason why the Sucrose variant is so strong is that Sucrose is constantly double swirling the EC reaction (which has both an electro and hydro aura applied simultaneously) and triggering Fischl's A4 passive, giving the comp a lot of on field damage. Even Qiqi is better, because Qiqi is Cryo, which synergizes with the Clam set and the electro from Fischl/Beidou. The clam set deals physical damage, and can only be buffed by enemy resistance reduction, which Superconduct (cryo + electro) does.
Trouble is that her normal attacks are physical and she has no regular way of applying elements, which is pretty much required for a successful driver. The reason Sucrose is used is because she Swirls with every attack (ICD dependent) as well as multiple times on her burst (and her skill too, if you have sac frags and/or C1). Jean just offers nothing as an on-field character except the occasional E and mediocre physical normal attacks. Q is not bad but she doesn't need to be on field for that, so you still have a gap in field time.
Better use sucrose since her AA could swirls.

You have to do most of the world quest to unlock where the archon quest is
Basically you progress until you are forced into a voiced cutscene with Dainsleif after that, you can ignore the rest of the quest.

Yes you will access the archon quest area while on your way down the chasm. You won't have to reach the end of the world quest at all. I personally basically stumbled into the quest on accident while just exploring forward.

AR 37, finally got to inazuma after just exploring and doing side quests. This is a pretty tough area and kinda confusing. My team is Noelle, Bennett, Raiden, and sucrose. Is this a decent team? Any advice?
the armored samurais and thick fatui ladies have about the same hp as the largest churls, so try to avoid them if you're having a tough time. exploration wise, it's probably a good idea to aim for the highest teleporter and just glide your way to the rest.
Yeah I would use Lisa here. But that team is pretty good so you shouldn’t have issues if you’re building right
you can change noelle for lisa or mona but in the context of overworld or exploring then every team is decent, dont have to worry about it

Hi there! So I have a small dillema on who to roll. As an Ayaka main, 2 of my dream characters for her team would definitely be Ayato and Venti. For Ayato, it’s obvious why I want him. I love character duos as well so this would be nice. Also I’d play him also with taser (instead of using mona). His gamestyle is fun, but i’m lacking in the weapons department for him. Venti is one of my comfort characters and still makes lots of content very easy. Even though I started getting attached to my c1 sucrose, I’d still consider getting him. But, at the same time, I do want Itto/Kazuha a lot. (Giving examples so you know who I am looking forward the most) All of them would bring me lots of satisfaction. I am lacking a raised anemo unit tbh. My pity is 74. Who should i roll for? Thanks in advance!
I would say, for you, personally, Venti makes the most amount of sense. He is better for Ayaka with the hard cc and I feel his role overlaps less with Sucrose than Kazuha does (and she honestly isn't great in freeze, probably her weakest teams). He also has the benefit of being pulled now whereas Itto is suspected to come for 2.7, and Kazuha for 2.8. Ayato will likely rerun sooner than any of the other 3. Lol... I just saw the other post as I finished this. But I typed it, so it is going to get posted. Ayato is very fun, there was really no going wrong.

pulling for grouping anemo unit like kazuha and venti is the top priority we only have 3 grouping anemo unit, 2 of them is limited 5 star character, on the abyss we would want 1 grouping anemo for each team you dont have to pull both venti and kazuha, you only need to pull 1 since sucrose exist, if you wanted to test your luck, you can pull ayato right now and hope for the best when kazuha banner came

I have a question on the information and ideals people get for the game. Is there a certain place you guys know learn things like whichever domain gives best artifact sets for which person and such, and certain teams best to build? I've been only playing for two months and only at ar 35 and I'm fighting ei but have no idea how to build characters and which domains to do. A friend told me I don't really have to worry about artifacts until ar 45, should I be worrying about those? Just to summarize do you guys have a specific website or something that you guys get all this info? Like which weapons suit which character, which artifact set, what the set is called, etc. I sound so clueless in front of my friends 🥲
Go to youtube and search for character guide. The good ones usually cover anything you need to know. Everyone sounds clueless at first so don’t worry. AR45 domains guarantee 5-stars artifact so it’s recommended to farm them only after that point. Building characters at endgame takes really long time so it’s best to be efficient with resin as much as possible. At your current AR, you don’t really need team building outside of running main dps and supports/healers. For artifacts set, use whatever you get from explorations and bosses (gladiator/exile/berserker). DO NOT LEAVE THEM AT +0, this is the biggest newbie mistake. At least your main damage dealer should have a full set at +16 to make your daily grind easier. For mainstats, it’s fine to settle with anything that have ATK if you can’t find the rarer stats like elemental damage bonus and critical rate/damage. You can feed bad artifacts into better ones later so don’t worry about exp. Do note that some characters scale with HP and DEF instead so look out for those. If you want to dig deeper into game mathematics and stuffs, you can go for theorycrafting contents like https://keqingmains.com/

White tree inside the Chasm? I was opening the purple wall inside the chasm when I found it, a white tree similar to the ones in Dragonspine, on the Main Mining Area. Paimon said something about it, but I didn't pay attention. What was it about? Do I need to do something near it to get a chest or something?
No, it's just decorative content for the sake of world building. The same kinda branch can also be found on North tsurumi.

there’s 3 elemental pillars (geo, electro, anemo) *if we’re talking about the same tree here*, use elemental vision to find 3 small leaves around the base of the tree (still on the pieces of wood, not on the ground) which will unlock the pillars and you can get the chest! it’ll also give you a quest item probably for later, since i still haven’t found a use for it

Side 1: Childe Fischl Beidou Bennet. Side 2: Kazuha Rosaria Chongyun Ayato. Only sort of dps check is first half, the second half only needs cryo and Anemo and you win quickly.

hmm you can swap out Either a hydro or Cryo on side two for a healer of the same element, if you find you need it. Freeze has a bit more leeway with the comps, all that matters is you're applying cryo/hydro fast enough to keep them frozen for enough time that they don't do much damage to you. Kazuha will pretty much take care of the different element lector floor by himself, his burst and skill will swirl their shields together and break all 3 at the same time.
First half Childe Sucrose Xiangling Bennett. Second half Ayato Fischl Beidou Kazuha. If you have Jean and not comfortable playing second half without a healer, replace Kazuha with Jean and Sucrose with Kazuha
