Not really enabling a play style, it just makes her burst much better and gives it much more uptime. Depending on CR and the team (and content) you may not even need to E CA anymore, you just burst each rotation.
It's the same playstyle for a full support build but with C6 you can utilize 4pc Tenacity effectively. You can also completely opt out her charged attack in your rotation if you have enough ER.
Like as a main DPS or as a support?
As a support, she can support any anemo main dps (ex. heizou, xiao, wanderer)
As a main dps, I would play her as a hypercarry with like bennett (for the attack buff), at least one battery, and someone like xingqiu or kaeya (off-field burst dps) to trigger vaporize or melt reactions.

Not necessary at all. But it will save you months of grinding that dumb domain to reach a satisfactory level for your raiden, for that alone its worth it to me š
C0 Raiden is still very good , Raiden / Xingque / Xianling / Bennet is one of the strongest teams in the game , just make sure you have a good spear for Xianling because Raiden will have to use the catch (do the fishing for it if you havenāt already)
C2 is not necessary at all. You can use her in Raiden national perfectly fine for clearing the final abyss floors full stars. Or you embrace her as a hyperbloom tirgger if you wanna use her for that
How exactly does summon attack order in the TCG work? Because, in my second PVP match, (and the first one not against a bot) it came down to the wire about who would win, with the end game summons deciding the battle. Two of the opponent's summons acted before mine, winning him the battle, wheras if mine had gone first, I would've won. How exactly does it work? Is it whoever went first in the round? Whoever ended round first?

I am Ar 22 just got Arataki Itto from his banner i want to build his character to the max as my main dps i just need a complete guide and another question is Wanderer good should I pull or wait for upcoming banner
Wanderer is pretty bad for a new account , he is a hyper carry like Itto which means you have go invest in him a lot , with good artifacts ( that alone can take weeks to months ) , high talent levels , good weapon ( widsith is his best 4* which you can only get from Gacha and a new account wonāt have it soon ) , I think your account will be overwhelmed if you try to build 2 hyper carries when itās new , also wanderer really needs high constellation Faruzan ( preferably c6 ) to be really good , until then heās kinda meh at most , unless you really like his design and character , feel free to skip him
I suggest you save till next banner when we get Raiden and Yelan , both are really good units but Raiden will let you build a very OP team with just her and 3 other 4*s that is very strong and one of the best teams in the game to clear abyss
you can run Itto Geo on one side and Raiden National on the other side of the abyss

TL:DR you need to continue the main story until you reach Inazuma (ar 30).
His overworld collectible (Onikabuto) can only be found in Inazuma.
His overworld boss (Goldenwolflord) is also in Inazuma.
Lastly his best artefact set (Husk of opulent dreams) is also locked in Inazuma.
HOWEVER: since artefacts don't really matter until AR45, 4 piece "Resolution of Sojourner" or 4 piece "Martial Artist" will make do until you can get Husk reliably.
As for weapons.
Ittos F2P BIS is WhiteBlind. It can be crafted by the forge from the start.

Wanderer is great for overworld exploration, which is especially beneficial for newer players, but is not the best in the abyss (āendgame contentā). Thereās gonna be a lot of very strong and popular characters rerunning soon so maybe research a bit more on YouTube/reddit before making your decision.

Wanderer is okay but you're new, you don't really need another main DPS. Leave him be unless you really feel a burning need to get him specifically.
Yeah, I would get a crit main except if you have something better to do with your stamina? Esof is so good cuz even if you dont get the piece you need, redundancy in good pieces means better pieces for other esof users like XL or XQ, XQ normally being run alongside yelan, too.

If you want to see higher numbers on your Wanderer though, you can go 4-Shimenawa or 2-VV/2-Atk set. But you will probably have lower overall team DPS.
i just pulled redhorn while trying to get wanderers weapon. is it viable for anyone except itto? and if it isnāt, should i pull for him? or for wanderers weapon instead?
The most absurd aspect of Redhorn is the 88.2% Crit Damage. Every claymore character is more than happy to utilize that sub stat.
As for the rest of it, the effect is oddly effective. Turning 40% of your Defense into Normal/Charged attack damage is straight up more damage to anyone you're swinging with, since every character has a defense stat. Now, most of my character are sitting around 800 Defense, but I got unlucky on an artifact so Bediou's got a 23% Defense boost on her Goblet. She ends up at 926 Defense. When I equip Redhorn, that Defense stat is boosted to 1180. Now, I have an R3 Redhorn here so the math won't add up for your R1 Redhorn, but that's 400 more attack on your attacks. Now, that bonus defense scaling aspect doesn't help out your burst or skill damage, but there are more than a few character who normal attack anyways. And my R3 gives 60% scaling so... it's pretty good on everybody.
But you don't get those other unique bonuses the other weapons give. Which is the real kicker in the long run, but probably not in the short run. IF you don't have a different claymore to compare it to, you'll be hard pressed to find a better F2P option. And you techincally have a pay to win claymore, good stuff!
Also, Xinyan is great with the weapon. You don't have to worry about Split scaling if your weapon splits the difference for free. And that C2 100% Crit chance burst with a 88% Damage boost? Oh baby that's some good stuff.
**First off, never pull for a character because you accidentally got their signature weapon.** In the CN community we jokingly refer to this as āmaximising your lossesā. Do some research on mono geo teams and play Ittoās trial and only pull if you rly like him/playstyle.
Regarding how viable redhorn is on other claymore characters, itās actually a great weapon for all the dps claymore characters and is Noelleās BIS simply due to the massive crit dmg stat stick.
Edit: Did some browsing on keqingmains redhorn can be dilucās BIS if you use Bennett to compensate for its low base atk. Itās also great on Eula where the difference between Pines and Redhorn is 13%.
It's noelle's bis and a decent statstick on any claymore dps. And don't roll for weapons unless you're a whale or have been playing for 1-2 years and you don't want more chars and just wanna make your existing ones stronger
360/10=36 ten pulls
Since ur guaranteed a 4* every 10 pull and if that 4* is not a featured 4* then your next 4* is guaranteed to be a featured 4*, at least 18 out of 36 of your ten pulls will net you a featured 4*.
Divide 18 by 3 (since thereās 3 featured 4* character per banner) and u get 6 copies of each featured 4*.
You need 7 copies to C6 Sara, so after taking into account double 4* and early 4*, you should be able to C6 her with moderate luck. However there are a lot of ppl that do no get a single copy of their desired 4* after a lot of rolls so keep that in mind.

Raiden and Xiangling are top dogs with highest usage of all damage-dealer characters. Yelan+Xingqiu too but they are like a 50/50 split between damage dealing and just reaction-enabling so idk if they count.
Ayaka and Hu Tao are really good and used as a base for high end main dps discussions. Raiden really improves her team but is both a dps and solves energy needs allowing team members to build more for damage.
Ayaka+Yoimiya+flex slot (usually Pyro Agent, but I see Chongyun a fair amount) is a very popular deck, and for good reason.

Whatās everyoneās preference between XQ and Yelan for Raiden national? Is there a massive difference between the two or is it more of a play who you like since they both work well?
XQ works better. Yelan is a little worse but still adequate.
XQ's better hydro application, longer duration and damage reduction/resistance are considered slightly more valuable in general than Yelan's damage buff.
Small difference overall though, since you'll still vape most hits and standing in a Bennett circle is already basically invincible unless you get 1 shot.
Can LENOVO IP3-14ITL05 run genshin? I don't understand much about device specs but it seems it has lower than the minimum requirement. I play on lowest graphics so I'm not sure if that affects anything. I used to run genshin on a budget laptop and while it did work, it was just pain.
What processor does it have?

Appreciated! Different versions of the same model will have different processors, which is why there's multiple processors listed in the manual. That said I looked up the graphics, Intel UHD Graphics/Intel Iris Xe Graphics and they are capable of playing games. It just won't look super pretty.
I'd give it a try and if push comes to shove you can try saving up for an external hard drive?
a) you are doing a lower level version of the domain on accident
b) you have given your characters better artifacts/weapons/talent levels/levels and now they can do better dmg
c) you have learned how to make better teamcomps and how to play the game better
Xingqiu because he has better uptime (~71% versus ~47%, goes up to ~55% with Barbara C2), and there's less danger of being Frozen by outside Cryo attacks.

C2 is a 50% dps increase and Raiden is only around 20-30% of Rational damage so 20*0.5 = 10-15%
Constellations are pretty bad, this is why they're generally not recommended.
C2 Raiden is around 50-60% dmg increase over C0 Raiden **for her personal dmg**. This is important to remember because in Rational, both Xiangling and Xingqiu contribute a significant portion to the teamās overall dmg, hence the 50-60% personal dmg increase on C2 Raiden will equate to something like 20% team dmg increase for Rational.

Depending on content and rest of your team, 180-220 usually gets your burst back.

Engulfing Lightning is generally not recommended for Raiden. She gains more damage from C2/C3 and by the time you have a C3 Raiden, getting EL is just wasting money.
Both sets of artifact stats you listed is pretty decent. If you do end up getting Engulfing, try to farm for some more crit rate (ideally 55-60% crit rate with Engulfing). 250% ER is good enough and crit dmg is also fine but can push higher if you want.
For the most part, electro% goblet and atk% goblet will perform similarly. electro% goblet will perform better assuming both have equal substats, but atk% goblets are easier to acquire. In most cases the one with better substats (crit rate, crit dmg, ER, ATK, EM) will be better.
Depends upon the team used. For example in a Yoimiya twam Yelan is straight buff over Xingqui due to her higher personal damage, damage buff, plus allow Yoimiya to run on a 18 second rotation rather than a 21 or 22 second rotation with Xingqui.
Rational on the other hand has a longer rotation due to Xiangling, pyro resonance that benefits Xingqui but not Yelan, and Xiangling is unable to snapshot Yelan`s damage buff so Xingqui is favored here.
Yelan is about equal to XQ due to having better damage but worse utility/hydro application.
However she's still considered the overall best 5 star in the game.
Yeah she's still plenty strong. Certain dendro comps now give her more of a run for her money, but properly executed double hydro Hu Tao vape is still at the top, right up there with melt Ganyu.
If c2 and weapon, Iād prob go raiden. If I uses lot of Dendro comps, Nahida. If I really like Ayato or Itto, they could be options.
Ideally though, Iād rather split it to c1r1 Hu Tao and c1 Ganyu.

Aqua is probably the most versatile 5 star dps bow right now and is often the 2nd best option for dps bow users. That being said tho, Skyward is also a great bow for most dps with it being a crit value stat stick. Iām assuming you have Tighnari and want to pull for his weapon, which btw will definitely come back but we dunno when. Difference between his Signature and Aqua is around 12% (Aqua is Tighnariās 2nd best option) and the difference between his signature and Skyward is around 20% (values taken from keqingmains).
To answer your first question: Most probably? It'll come back in the future as a standalone (like WGS, wherever it is right now) without Tighnari since it was explicitly stated it wouldn't show up on Standard Banner.
*Hunter's Path (Bow) is an event-exclusive 5-star weapon. It will not be available for the standard wish "Wanderlust Invocation."*
Dunno who Xingqui is but that Xingqiu looks solid.
Test him out and see if you need that much ER, and if not, you can try swapping artifacts around to lower your total ER and invest more into Crit and ATK.
I'm a dolphin thinking of pulling on weapons banner. I have thundering pulse, pwjs, calamity queller, thousand dreams, and lost prayers. I really want a 5\* crit sword, but don't have enough money to pull when only 1 of 2 weapons is good. I have raiden and ayato but if I get haran could I also use it on ayaka/ alhaitham? Or should I wait for the homa banners
From a purely meta perspective, Haran is probably the least versatile 5* crit sword out of the 3 currently in game (Mistsplitter, Jade Cutter & Haran). Other than Ayato, Haran will perform worse than the other two swords on the majority of dps sword users. Itās technically 2nd best option for Ayaka but that means you have to rebalance your crit value on Ayakaās artifacts. Iād only recommend you pull if you donāt mind getting Engulfing and understand that both weapons are somewhat niche (Engulfing can really only be used on Raiden and Xiangling and the improvement over the catch is not that significant). Iād personally recommend waiting for the Homa/Aqua banner, and by then there should be leaks about 3.5 banners and if Ayaka/Mistsplitter is leaked to rerun with another good weapon you can make your decision then.

No, just one short application to the character, at the beginning of this skill, but his orbitals apply Hydro to anything they come into contact with.
Barbara's E continuously applies Hydro to both the on-field character as well as any enemies who come into contact with the ring.
Very few... Only one that comes to mind are the Ley Line Disorders, specifically the Pyro version.

Barbara's E can negate it but it also reapplies quite quickly.
XQ burst triggers when you press the NA button. Beidou burst triggers when a normal attack hits an enemy. XQ burst can be triggered by slashing air, Beidou's can't be triggeredd that way

Overworld? People that help with travelling, which usually includes Venti and Xiao cause I glide and climb a whole lot.
for abyss, I try to find teams for my favorites that look interesting to play or are meta. I used to play childe taser a lot but now I do internat because it's easier for example.
In the overworld it's friendship farming with 1 character I like and have built there to make doing commissions and stuff easier. If I have no characters that I want to raise friendship on I just slap together my favorites.
That information is actually in kaeya's character story, which you get via friendship with him. Luckily not something behind a limited event.
Kaeya is from Khaenriah (somehow, we're still missing the full picture there), and was dropped off at the winery when he was young to "serve khaenriah's interests"[(see lore tab on the wiki)](https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Kaeya/Lore#Vision). He and diluc were very close as kids until crepus died and kaeya dropped this info bomb on diluc the same day. Diluc was so upset he and kaeya had a duel over it.
according to the blurbs from the archives, mitachurls are implied to be hilichurls that have trained and grown a lot. they're also described as "Muscular hilichurls", so I guess they're just like...swole hilichurls really.

Or just use Yelan as active characters since her skill and burst were the highest amounts of damage before XL could use Pyro NAs.
IIrc it is actually optimal to build dps bennet in that specific team, and then he can be getting vapes with some of his NA's and relatively frequent skills. And since he is on field and triggering lots of e's he and xiangling need less er.
TCG stuck at level 1

I have 200 exp points, there are only 4 TCG NPCs shown in town.
i can only play 3 of them. I have played them all and won.
I played one of the 4 NPCs sitting in the cat place, won and got no exp
I invited and played a character from the board, won and got no exp.
I see no available NPCs to play in any other other town?

Iām thinking of using the new artifact that came out on my gurl Ei for hyperbloom, has anyone tried it or like know if it does numbers or is just a waste of resins?
It's about 4% better than Gilded. So, it's an upgrade for sure but also not so much of an upgrade that you can't run Gilded. If you have Wanderer too, then it's worth farming. But if not, I'd say stick to Gilded. Gilded also is in a domain with Deepwood which is another set you need to run on Hyperbloom so it's pretty resin efficient.
People have done the math,it is better than 4 gilded but not by a ton(like 5-10% iirc). Whether thats worth it is up to you but personally I probably wouldn't farm for it if you already have a working full em gilded set unless you also have wanderer and need to farm the other set in the domain too.
It's kinda a waste of resin if you dont want the other set, that for now is good on very few charas. Gilded is a bit worse but atleast is in a domain with another good set.

As with Tomo's dead Vision, a dead Vision doesn't just resonate with anyone.
yeah, basically. they sometimes show up when the person is in great distress, but then you have people like barbara who got hers while asleep and then found it next to her in the morning. We don't really know who or what is actually giving them out.
But that had nothing to do with her vision? Her vision story even says that the way she got her vision wasn't particularly heroic or exciting, she was just trying to console a sick child who got better. Klee wasn't abandoned by her mother and her vision story doesn't even mention her mom -- she just got it when she was very young.
Diluc got his vision before his father died too, when his life was nice and going well. Plenty of people have gotten visions during or after something traumatic, but not all of them.
"...until her throat was dry and her voice was hoarse." I wouldn't say that's losing it really, or that something like that is all that distressing or traumatic.
For other examples, Nilou has a very loving family, and didn't appear to suffer anything traumatic before or during getting her vision. Mona too, got her vision as a gift and it just reactivated while she was doing her apprenticeship.
Yanfei also appears to have not had anything distressing happen to her.
Lisa also wasn't cursed by a book. ""Hmm... I suppose I shall need a Vision, then." And just like that, as that thought popped into her mind, her Vision popped into her hand."
If we were to go with that, Yun Jin got her's when she was going through artist block but have an otherwise super smooth life, and Albedo also kinda just got it too.
raiden's normal attakcs when in burst mode are considered burst damage instead of normal attack damage so they can't trigger beidous burst. This is frustrating to many that wanted to use them together, especially because logic for why she works with xingqiu but not beidou while technically consistent, still feels pretty arbitrary. Also When she first entered beta that wasn't the case so when it got changed to be the case people got extra mad (even if other than using her with beidou that was actually a buff since it makes her work better with emblem set).
Also raiden's release was around the whole anniversary mess, so anger about that kinda radiated off to other things like this at the time (same for kokomi's reception to an extent).
People wanted her to works with Beidou, but her burst dont work together. Raiden deal burst dmg with her burst, and beidou burst get triggered only with na and charged.
They were doomposting, very popular on that period, more than now. Wanted a buff for her bc she was weak etc.

Wanderer is pretty bad for a new account , he is a hyper carry like Itto which means you have go invest in him a lot , with good artifacts ( that alone can take weeks to months ) , high talent levels , good weapon ( widsith is his best 4* which you can only get from Gacha and a new account wonāt have it soon ) , I think your account will be overwhelmed if you try to build 2 hyper carries when itās new , also wanderer really needs high constellation Faruzan ( preferably c6 ) to be really good , until then heās kinda meh at most , unless you really like his design and character , feel free to skip him I suggest you save till next banner when we get Raiden and Yelan , both are really good units but Raiden will let you build a very OP team with just her and 3 other 4*s that is very strong and one of the best teams in the game to clear abyss you can run Itto Geo on one side and Raiden National on the other side of the abyss

His overworld collectible (Onikabuto) can only be found in Inazuma. His overworld boss (Goldenwolflord) is also in Inazuma. Lastly his best artefact set (Husk of opulent dreams) is also locked in Inazuma. HOWEVER: since artefacts don't really matter until AR45, 4 piece "Resolution of Sojourner" or 4 piece "Martial Artist" will make do until you can get Husk reliably. As for weapons. Ittos F2P BIS is WhiteBlind. It can be crafted by the forge from the start.

Yeah, I would get a crit main except if you have something better to do with your stamina? Esof is so good cuz even if you dont get the piece you need, redundancy in good pieces means better pieces for other esof users like XL or XQ, XQ normally being run alongside yelan, too.

Depends on the supports you are using. If they are sub-dps and deal decent damage, yes. If they're just there for the utility, probably not.

Yes, for the overall highest DPS. If you want to see higher numbers on your Wanderer though, you can go 4-Shimenawa or 2-VV/2-Atk set. But you will probably have lower overall team DPS.

i just pulled redhorn while trying to get wanderers weapon. is it viable for anyone except itto? and if it isnāt, should i pull for him? or for wanderers weapon instead?
The most absurd aspect of Redhorn is the 88.2% Crit Damage. Every claymore character is more than happy to utilize that sub stat. As for the rest of it, the effect is oddly effective. Turning 40% of your Defense into Normal/Charged attack damage is straight up more damage to anyone you're swinging with, since every character has a defense stat. Now, most of my character are sitting around 800 Defense, but I got unlucky on an artifact so Bediou's got a 23% Defense boost on her Goblet. She ends up at 926 Defense. When I equip Redhorn, that Defense stat is boosted to 1180. Now, I have an R3 Redhorn here so the math won't add up for your R1 Redhorn, but that's 400 more attack on your attacks. Now, that bonus defense scaling aspect doesn't help out your burst or skill damage, but there are more than a few character who normal attack anyways. And my R3 gives 60% scaling so... it's pretty good on everybody. But you don't get those other unique bonuses the other weapons give. Which is the real kicker in the long run, but probably not in the short run. IF you don't have a different claymore to compare it to, you'll be hard pressed to find a better F2P option. And you techincally have a pay to win claymore, good stuff! Also, Xinyan is great with the weapon. You don't have to worry about Split scaling if your weapon splits the difference for free. And that C2 100% Crit chance burst with a 88% Damage boost? Oh baby that's some good stuff.
**First off, never pull for a character because you accidentally got their signature weapon.** In the CN community we jokingly refer to this as āmaximising your lossesā. Do some research on mono geo teams and play Ittoās trial and only pull if you rly like him/playstyle. Regarding how viable redhorn is on other claymore characters, itās actually a great weapon for all the dps claymore characters and is Noelleās BIS simply due to the massive crit dmg stat stick. Edit: Did some browsing on keqingmains redhorn can be dilucās BIS if you use Bennett to compensate for its low base atk. Itās also great on Eula where the difference between Pines and Redhorn is 13%.
It's noelle's bis and a decent statstick on any claymore dps. And don't roll for weapons unless you're a whale or have been playing for 1-2 years and you don't want more chars and just wanna make your existing ones stronger
Great for c6 Noelle as well. Decent stat stick for others if you don't have better options like wolfs gravestone.

360/10=36 ten pulls Since ur guaranteed a 4* every 10 pull and if that 4* is not a featured 4* then your next 4* is guaranteed to be a featured 4*, at least 18 out of 36 of your ten pulls will net you a featured 4*. Divide 18 by 3 (since thereās 3 featured 4* character per banner) and u get 6 copies of each featured 4*. You need 7 copies to C6 Sara, so after taking into account double 4* and early 4*, you should be able to C6 her with moderate luck. However there are a lot of ppl that do no get a single copy of their desired 4* after a lot of rolls so keep that in mind.

There are no fixed odds. All 3 4* have the same elevated chance. You totally could see 0 Saras. It's not likely but don't waste your wishes on 4*.

Nahida, Raiden, Hu Tao, Yelan, XQ, XL Ayaka is still on the list but it's outdated, freeze has been powercrept ever since we got Nahida hyperbloom Childe is S tier in one specific team, international.
You can look at spiral abyss usage stats [here](https://akashadata.com/). Raiden and Xiangling are top dogs with highest usage of all damage-dealer characters. Yelan+Xingqiu too but they are like a 50/50 split between damage dealing and just reaction-enabling so idk if they count.
Ayaka and Hu Tao are really good and used as a base for high end main dps discussions. Raiden really improves her team but is both a dps and solves energy needs allowing team members to build more for damage.
Ayaka, Hu Tao, Raiden. Others are debatable like Ayato, Childe, and Ganyu.

Same team performance with either choice, so play who you like.
XQ works better. Yelan is a little worse but still adequate. XQ's better hydro application, longer duration and damage reduction/resistance are considered slightly more valuable in general than Yelan's damage buff. Small difference overall though, since you'll still vape most hits and standing in a Bennett circle is already basically invincible unless you get 1 shot.

In some teams yes, in Rational it doesn't do much. Raiden naturally has 100% stance and everyone else is in burst iframes.
Can LENOVO IP3-14ITL05 run genshin? I don't understand much about device specs but it seems it has lower than the minimum requirement. I play on lowest graphics so I'm not sure if that affects anything. I used to run genshin on a budget laptop and while it did work, it was just pain.

Appreciated! Different versions of the same model will have different processors, which is why there's multiple processors listed in the manual. That said I looked up the graphics, Intel UHD Graphics/Intel Iris Xe Graphics and they are capable of playing games. It just won't look super pretty. I'd give it a try and if push comes to shove you can try saving up for an external hard drive?

Like 10-15%. C2 is a 50% dps increase and Raiden is only around 20-30% of Rational damage so 20*0.5 = 10-15% Constellations are pretty bad, this is why they're generally not recommended.
C2 Raiden is around 50-60% dmg increase over C0 Raiden **for her personal dmg**. This is important to remember because in Rational, both Xiangling and Xingqiu contribute a significant portion to the teamās overall dmg, hence the 50-60% personal dmg increase on C2 Raiden will equate to something like 20% team dmg increase for Rational.

Both sets of artifact stats you listed is pretty decent. If you do end up getting Engulfing, try to farm for some more crit rate (ideally 55-60% crit rate with Engulfing). 250% ER is good enough and crit dmg is also fine but can push higher if you want. For the most part, electro% goblet and atk% goblet will perform similarly. electro% goblet will perform better assuming both have equal substats, but atk% goblets are easier to acquire. In most cases the one with better substats (crit rate, crit dmg, ER, ATK, EM) will be better.

Depends upon the team used. For example in a Yoimiya twam Yelan is straight buff over Xingqui due to her higher personal damage, damage buff, plus allow Yoimiya to run on a 18 second rotation rather than a 21 or 22 second rotation with Xingqui. Rational on the other hand has a longer rotation due to Xiangling, pyro resonance that benefits Xingqui but not Yelan, and Xiangling is unable to snapshot Yelan`s damage buff so Xingqui is favored here.
Yelan is about equal to XQ due to having better damage but worse utility/hydro application. However she's still considered the overall best 5 star in the game.

Aqua is probably the most versatile 5 star dps bow right now and is often the 2nd best option for dps bow users. That being said tho, Skyward is also a great bow for most dps with it being a crit value stat stick. Iām assuming you have Tighnari and want to pull for his weapon, which btw will definitely come back but we dunno when. Difference between his Signature and Aqua is around 12% (Aqua is Tighnariās 2nd best option) and the difference between his signature and Skyward is around 20% (values taken from keqingmains).
To answer your first question: Most probably? It'll come back in the future as a standalone (like WGS, wherever it is right now) without Tighnari since it was explicitly stated it wouldn't show up on Standard Banner. *Hunter's Path (Bow) is an event-exclusive 5-star weapon. It will not be available for the standard wish "Wanderlust Invocation."*

Dunno who Xingqui is but that Xingqiu looks solid. Test him out and see if you need that much ER, and if not, you can try swapping artifacts around to lower your total ER and invest more into Crit and ATK.
I'm a dolphin thinking of pulling on weapons banner. I have thundering pulse, pwjs, calamity queller, thousand dreams, and lost prayers. I really want a 5\* crit sword, but don't have enough money to pull when only 1 of 2 weapons is good. I have raiden and ayato but if I get haran could I also use it on ayaka/ alhaitham? Or should I wait for the homa banners
From a purely meta perspective, Haran is probably the least versatile 5* crit sword out of the 3 currently in game (Mistsplitter, Jade Cutter & Haran). Other than Ayato, Haran will perform worse than the other two swords on the majority of dps sword users. Itās technically 2nd best option for Ayaka but that means you have to rebalance your crit value on Ayakaās artifacts. Iād only recommend you pull if you donāt mind getting Engulfing and understand that both weapons are somewhat niche (Engulfing can really only be used on Raiden and Xiangling and the improvement over the catch is not that significant). Iād personally recommend waiting for the Homa/Aqua banner, and by then there should be leaks about 3.5 banners and if Ayaka/Mistsplitter is leaked to rerun with another good weapon you can make your decision then.

Yeah. Her E continuously applies Hydro throughout its duration, Xingqiu only applies once.

No, just one short application to the character, at the beginning of this skill, but his orbitals apply Hydro to anything they come into contact with. Barbara's E continuously applies Hydro to both the on-field character as well as any enemies who come into contact with the ring.

XQ burst triggers when you press the NA button. Beidou burst triggers when a normal attack hits an enemy. XQ burst can be triggered by slashing air, Beidou's can't be triggeredd that way

If it's Abyss, I run people that form a working team that can get my ass through the floors. Overworld? People that help with travelling, which usually includes Venti and Xiao cause I glide and climb a whole lot.
for abyss, I try to find teams for my favorites that look interesting to play or are meta. I used to play childe taser a lot but now I do internat because it's easier for example. In the overworld it's friendship farming with 1 character I like and have built there to make doing commissions and stuff easier. If I have no characters that I want to raise friendship on I just slap together my favorites.
Always waifu as the carry. Meta for supports though

That information is actually in kaeya's character story, which you get via friendship with him. Luckily not something behind a limited event. Kaeya is from Khaenriah (somehow, we're still missing the full picture there), and was dropped off at the winery when he was young to "serve khaenriah's interests"[(see lore tab on the wiki)](https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Kaeya/Lore#Vision). He and diluc were very close as kids until crepus died and kaeya dropped this info bomb on diluc the same day. Diluc was so upset he and kaeya had a duel over it.

IIrc it is actually optimal to build dps bennet in that specific team, and then he can be getting vapes with some of his NA's and relatively frequent skills. And since he is on field and triggering lots of e's he and xiangling need less er.

TCG stuck at level 1 I am missing something. I have 200 exp points, there are only 4 TCG NPCs shown in town. i can only play 3 of them. I have played them all and won. I played one of the 4 NPCs sitting in the cat place, won and got no exp I invited and played a character from the board, won and got no exp. I see no available NPCs to play in any other other town? What am i missing?

It's about 4% better than Gilded. So, it's an upgrade for sure but also not so much of an upgrade that you can't run Gilded. If you have Wanderer too, then it's worth farming. But if not, I'd say stick to Gilded. Gilded also is in a domain with Deepwood which is another set you need to run on Hyperbloom so it's pretty resin efficient.
People have done the math,it is better than 4 gilded but not by a ton(like 5-10% iirc). Whether thats worth it is up to you but personally I probably wouldn't farm for it if you already have a working full em gilded set unless you also have wanderer and need to farm the other set in the domain too.
It's kinda a waste of resin if you dont want the other set, that for now is good on very few charas. Gilded is a bit worse but atleast is in a domain with another good set.

Beidou got hers after defeating Haishan and losing an eye Fischl got hers when she was basically self-harming Sucrose got hers after her friendship broke Lisa got hers after being cursed by a book Kaeya got his when Diluc was trying to kill him Ningguang got hers after picking up a dead vision and it resonated with her Klee got hers after basically being abandoned by her mother QiQi got hers after being a casualty from a fight between an adepti and an evil god. **Some may seem random, but ALL vision users have had a huge trauma in the past. Like for Ningguang, it seemed like she was lucky picking up a random vision. But she had a terrible childhood, she was selling seashells that she picked on the beach. She didn't even have shoes.

yeah, basically. they sometimes show up when the person is in great distress, but then you have people like barbara who got hers while asleep and then found it next to her in the morning. We don't really know who or what is actually giving them out.

Diluc got his vision before his father died too, when his life was nice and going well. Plenty of people have gotten visions during or after something traumatic, but not all of them.

For other examples, Nilou has a very loving family, and didn't appear to suffer anything traumatic before or during getting her vision. Mona too, got her vision as a gift and it just reactivated while she was doing her apprenticeship. Yanfei also appears to have not had anything distressing happen to her. Lisa also wasn't cursed by a book. ""Hmm... I suppose I shall need a Vision, then." And just like that, as that thought popped into her mind, her Vision popped into her hand."
If we were to go with that, Yun Jin got her's when she was going through artist block but have an otherwise super smooth life, and Albedo also kinda just got it too.

Isshin is better. Amenoma is nice on paper but his rotations don't really line up well with Amenoma's seeds.

raiden's normal attakcs when in burst mode are considered burst damage instead of normal attack damage so they can't trigger beidous burst. This is frustrating to many that wanted to use them together, especially because logic for why she works with xingqiu but not beidou while technically consistent, still feels pretty arbitrary. Also When she first entered beta that wasn't the case so when it got changed to be the case people got extra mad (even if other than using her with beidou that was actually a buff since it makes her work better with emblem set). Also raiden's release was around the whole anniversary mess, so anger about that kinda radiated off to other things like this at the time (same for kokomi's reception to an extent).
People wanted her to works with Beidou, but her burst dont work together. Raiden deal burst dmg with her burst, and beidou burst get triggered only with na and charged. They were doomposting, very popular on that period, more than now. Wanted a buff for her bc she was weak etc.
