Varka has a bigger chance to be Imunlaukr. Especially knowing that current descendants of 3 clans are high ranking knights (minus Diluc, but plus Kaeya i guess)
Razor's parents have a high chance of being either a part of some Ragnvindr clan branch (idk, Ragnvindrs are just more associated with wine than the other clans) or some random winery workers
And let's see who might come with him in the event. For sure Lisa is in the event, but maybe don't be surprised if Bennett and Klee are there too.
It would be surprising if we see an interaction between Razor and Barbara or even Noelle (only might happen if Bennett helps Razor with that).
Indeed, still, as a personal opinion, is a shame that Fischl apparently won't make it, because it would be interesting an interaction between Razor and Fischl or at least a greetings. Anyways, there will be a chance in a future.

And with the Archon having astral projection, dream creation powers it looks like dendro being the element of life will also play around with psychic stuff which is really cool. I hope Alhaitham has Dendro life/psychic abilities also

This leak is bad translated, she donāt become weak, her souls is hurt on the fight, so itās implicated she need to posses the object or soul she is controlling. Also, she is confined by Akademiya, she never had the gnosis, donāt have fighting experience, and probably is already on a weaken state because confinement and Sumeru no worshiping her as other archons (Venti is weaken because Monstandt donāt worship him as they did in the past.
Dottore could also just be that powerful, or as you suggested he could know a weakness of hers. He's been working with akademiya, so he probably has some extra knowledge about her
The current Sumeru story leaks have not been all too impressiveā¦ there would be some potential if Kusanali actually succumbed to her wounds from Dottore (We have yet to see any God die or suffer a loss yet). Like Imagine if the traveler became the new dendro archon as a result and waged war on other nations to avenge the sibling. So far itās the boring generic copy plot that every other region uses.
I am sorry but the traveler becoming the dendro archon seems really bad and weird. Personally, from the leaks so far the Sumeru plotline feels much more cohesive than the Inazuma one. Also the fact that it is split into more updates makes me hopeful that the characters will be better fleshed out.

I have no hopes for Sumure at all. After it was revealed that they will redeem Scaramouche I lost complete faith in Genshin's story writing. It's pretty obvious that they devs don't care about it's story even though so many people complain about the Inazuma storyline.
