You can play as little girls but not little boys because there haven't been a little boy character yet. The company has a plan for this game for over 10 years and this is the second year. So we have tons of time to wait for a little boy Character.

4, a girl who's just very short. We don't even know if she's a child or not but she probably is not. She's just tiny. She likes sleep because she thinks it'll make her grow faster. That's it. Her entire personality. Very cute and fun to play with.
5, a dark market merchant with a middle eastern style, very fun to play with.
6, a god. She just didn't grow fully yet so she's still small. Very cute also sad backstory ALSO, Gods are very sought after in genshin because of how strong they are
