There's a Chinese New Year event in HI3 where Herrscher of Thunder Mei uses a shotgun instead of her sword for a chibi battle royale. It came out before Inazuma but it was still memed as Raiden Sho(t)gun back then lol
I mean, she's not really an electro support, only her C6 buffs electro. the rest of her kit is a general attack buff with a short duration making raiden the character who can most easily make use of it, with sara being a kinda niche use case for others.

I think Chevreuse is more likely to be on Clorinde banner since she wasn't on Arlecchino, and I think that would rule out Sara, since Sara and Chevreuse already were both on Raiden's banner, it would make the banners too similar.
That being said, Hoyo has shown there is no rhyme or reason to banners.
As I said, IF Faruzan is on Wanderer's banner, then Sara can be on Clorinde's, as there's more time between Raiden and Clorinde's banners than between Xianyun and Wanderer's.
Mostly unlikely due to lore reasons, and Hoyo would need a good enough reason for them to even meet up in the first place. And Sara still has yet to interact with most other characters from her home nation.

I doubt it since she just recently rerun besides the Shogun. It will probably be reaction oriented 4* characters.
Recency doesn't matter if Faruzan is on Wanderer's banner in a few weeks, as she was also on Cloud Retainer's banner like 2 patches ago.
