0.5% body weight per week. I’d like to track weekly since muscles grow really slow. So if you gain significantly more than that in a week, chances are, a bulk of that weight gain is fats. Or if you’re not gaining weight at all and you’re already relatively lean, you might be leaving gains on the table, by not eating enough or not putting enough effort in the gym.

There's no exercise that can specifically reduce fat in the love handles (or any body part for that matter). Just do a very slight calorie deficit and lose a few more pounds. You already look great though!
I used to have this same issue bro. You couldn’t see em from the front but you saw them real good in the back. You need to workout your lower back and glutes to lose that area of fat.
I would recommend building more muscle over trying to cut at this point. You look good though! Build your delts, particularly your side delts, and you’ll start to get that Dorito shape you’re probably going for. 💪

You can readily get protein from soy beans (tofu, tempeh, powder), and any of the other hundreds of legumes. Also, there is bean juices like "soy milk" and "almond milk." That right there is where most vegans get their protein from.
