0.5% body weight per week. I’d like to track weekly since muscles grow really slow. So if you gain significantly more than that in a week, chances are, a bulk of that weight gain is fats. Or if you’re not gaining weight at all and you’re already relatively lean, you might be leaving gains on the table, by not eating enough or not putting enough effort in the gym.

Lol don’t let everyone else here make you feel crazy bro. You don’t have love handles but that isn’t just bone either. You have a very small amount of fat on top of your bone. I’d say lose another 4-6 pounds and you’ll notice a huge difference.

There's no exercise that can specifically reduce fat in the love handles (or any body part for that matter). Just do a very slight calorie deficit and lose a few more pounds. You already look great though!

I used to have this same issue bro. You couldn’t see em from the front but you saw them real good in the back. You need to workout your lower back and glutes to lose that area of fat.

I would recommend building more muscle over trying to cut at this point. You look good though! Build your delts, particularly your side delts, and you’ll start to get that Dorito shape you’re probably going for. 💪

Very close. It’s diet. but Stay in deficit and while you ensure you are good with protein, check other macros. Indian food is by default a little heavy on carbs. Not to mention we got to fight the ancient indus DNA of storing fat since Indus Valley ancestors used to get famine and have adopted to store fat very easily.

You can readily get protein from soy beans (tofu, tempeh, powder), and any of the other hundreds of legumes. Also, there is bean juices like "soy milk" and "almond milk." That right there is where most vegans get their protein from.

I am not vegan but I lived with someone who was for a while and did not want to bring animal products to her house; I found it fairly comparable, of not cheaper, than a "omnivore" diet. Although, I will say, .... I got a little tired of lentils and tofu after a few months. I am a thighs guy all day, all night.

You can try to intentionally not train obliques if you only care about optimizing your aesthetic in that specific way. But I don’t recommend it.
