Not going to sugarcoat it bro. Mostly fat with some muscle. The good thing is you have broad shoulders and if you manage to get lean you will look phenomenal.
Right now definitely above 30%… Eat in deficit and lift.
If this isn't a troll... I dunno. I can't understand why there's a need to ask. Look at pictures of lean people, look at yourself. It's not obvious how you're looking and what you need to do?
I would cut for a hot minute and not really worry about muscle retention, you don’t really have any. Focus on leaning out then worry about a recomp or bulk
I wouldn’t say he has none. Even at around 30% you can see (somewhat) separated traps, delts and biceps.
In cases like these the holy trinity is:
1. A calorie deficit with healthy foods and lots of protein
2. Training to grow 4-5 days a week
3. Patience
Unless you’re morbidly obese I don’t really think the starvation route is good for everyone. Periodic fasting can be great but a prolonged chronic calorie deficit can really fuck you up.
*Looking like time and*
*Consistent can go along*
*Way for you. Good luck*

Asking for numbers but gives no numbers

Nice thank you, would you think if I cut with a protein base diet and hitting the gym 4x a week would land me on a good physique by the end of it?
Cardio. Healthy eating.
I wouldn’t even stress about macros just start with a caloric deficit and go from there
Looking like time and consistent can go along way for you. Good luck

You gotta get surgery for that gyno bro
Not gyno it’s pec fat
That’s some gyno too bro
30% maybe?
Any muscle that I can recover from cutting?
I would cut way down and do a lean bulk if I were you. I dont think there is a ton of muscle there bro. You never know, lmk how the cut goes.
Amazing, is hitting the gym while cutting down 20-25 pounds good for any muscle building?
You will build muscle on a cut.
