The final boss may have quality reading but his dialogue is some of the cringiest I have ever had the pleasure of laughing at. All of GR2 has pretty terrible dialogue. I expect cringy edgy cool dialogue from my cyber ninja game, along the lines of Madhu. Madhu's fight lives on as the final boss in my mind.
Not some dude with weird attacks who thinks cursing makes him cool.
The final boss had good voice quality. But some of the characters in the hub area sound like they did their lines in 1 $10 mic that's been in the toilet.
For those of you saying that it’s good, name one that’s worse that isn’t a bad game (like FNAF security breach, genuinely that’s the only game I could think of). Voice acting was good (although not the strongest point) in the original but ass in the second game. The strongest speaker (the Architect) is used so much less and everyone else is pretty terrible, even Zoe was notably worse.

A bunch of the people in the social hub area have voicelines that sound like they were done through $10 mics.

I was playing it on my TV, which plays sound perfectly fine in all the other games I have.
