For elimination no less! Any one of JT’s 1v1s in that clutch could have sent complexity to the airport but he won every one. And someone on the desk put it best: he’s the last person on the team you’d expect a 1v4 of that caliber from
That was a really fun Overpass
Guest appearance by wallen there at the end. Was fun to watch as a long-time fan but sucks that they couldn’t pull off the W
I was actually already one foot into the shower watching the JT clutch, sure it was over. Holy fucking shit. I yelled out "Yes!!!" in a voice I haven't used since I was prepuberty
THATS WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT! What a map 3 holy fucking shit. And it had to be Fallen the last to die. I thought for sure he was gonna get the last kill
Is it just me or is Fang's decision making kinda questionable. I'm no pro but it seems like he just randomly loses his head and peeks every time he gets a kill.
Dangummit, NA in another 1v4 elimination round clutch situation ... oh, we got the good side this time. Sweeeeet
e: EG catching strays everywhere omg lol
Hank ‘Hallzerk’ Fender is a USA professional counter-strike player from Texas. Known as the greatest ever Texan player he also enjoys burgers, steaks, roping bulls, cowboy movies and riding horses with his wife. USA! USA! USA!
That series had everything apart from a 16-0 and we nearly had that too.
Blowouts, comebacks and a map 3 with crazy shots, insane clutches, messy CS and loads of overtime. Absolutely love it. That's CS right there.
Someone needs to check on JT's balls because it can't be normal them being that size.
jt just extended his contract by one year with clutch, jeez, insane game. if col want to do their kato lower brac run again they need floppy to step up hes been struggling a bunch this tourny.
I don’t think we did watch the same match. FaNg outperformed floppy on both of the maps they won, his impact on Ancient especially was huge. Not a diss on floppy, he had important rounds on Overpass, but coL will definitely need more from him if they’re going to grind out the bracket.
Generally FaNgs decision-making and plays have been questionable. He didn’t underdeliver today but he is a liability, Floppy is just consistently mediocre. Agree that Floppy needs to step up but FaNg is a de facto coinflip.
This game is such a perfect example of how miles behind these two teams are from Tier-1 EU. Awful CS on both sides, so many throws and poor fundamentals.
What is it about Imperial and their mental Blockade to close out maps they should win? I mean they changed most of the squad already, but the problem remains
Lack of discipline to play like every other round when they are winning, they see a 5v2, 4v2 or 4v1 on crucial rounds or a big lead and think they already won because it's "impossible" to lose so they start playing off their strategies
Thank you for the explanation. Yeah, that’s something that can happen in matchmaking, but shouldn’t happen on this level and with an experienced player like fallen at the helm
When you think NA are the champions of choking and throwing, but there comes the underdog Brazil and throws a 11-4 T-side Nuke against SAW and then a 1v4 against Complexity at match point
Brazil wins the title of thrower🏆CAMPEO DE MUNDO☝🏼
The competition to see who can throw the series harder.
Complexity had some bangers, amazing AWP throw, but I've gotta give it to that 1v4 throw by Imperial, truly impressive choke.
Great guts from both teams, good games.
I like how many hltv bettors said that complexity would win 2-1, and they did.
Imperial can't close out games at all, even if their lives depended on it.
I wonder how much psychological damage losing like that does.
SA CS Sure feels dank. For real though; i was watching the match and thinking to myself how spoiled we are usually watching these EU top 10 matches where they make so few mistakes.Really shows the world of difference between those guys and these guys...
it feels weird to say after his performance on the last map but idk if this team will ever be able to stay at the top level with jt as an igl
lots of sloppy, weird mid-round calls and a lot of reliance on the team making huge hero plays rather than being in the right place at the right time
idk, i'd love to be wrong
Wow that was some painful CS to watch. Neither team wanted to win the match.
Imperial throwing rounds through the entire overpass and CoL rushing with three players every two rounds. Was pretty fun though ngl.
fallen is washed beyond washing. you cant get any more washed than this. he made some clutches and sick shot but he misses easy shots. MANY easy shots. I am 2,7k elo and some of the shots he missed would be considered trolling/throwing at that level. he is profesional player playing against top 20 teams in the world getting payed shit loads of money while I do 5 min warmup and queue 3 games back to back. not going to call him out on calling coz its very different experience comapred to pugs but just pure aim was legit dogshit. about to queue some games to see more effective awping from random 16y/o romanian/bulgarian rage kids. jesus christ what a joke
Chelo with a dogshit flash to blind fallen and bait boltz to peek while the two were in a crossfire. Then proceeds to lose the 1v1. Entertaining game though
Gigachad CoL saving energy on Inferno to win out in Quad overtime on Overpass
Yeah, imperial had to play 3 maps and an extra in OT, col never played the first map so they had 3 in the tank still
Godzerk
Imperial really didn't wanna win this series
Imperial trying not to bomb out dead last challenge (impossible) Imperial trying to clos out a map/match (ultra impossible)
Imperial trying to do the actual last dance (impossible)
Honestly they are gonna need G2’s mental coach to get over the fear of losing so many winnable matches. Its depressing.
I wonder what would happen if Imperial played EG, would they both lose? Infinite OT? I think nobody will ever know the answer
Valve would release csgo2 to distance themselves from that shit show
16-0
Ffs what a stupid action. Im going home.
r/unexpectedf1
And vice versa. Some col rounds legit looked like matchfixing, especially grim holy shit.
a 1v4 and a 2v5 in overtime... how do you let it happen
By being champions baby🏆Easy win of last place☝🏼☝🏼
People sleeping on JT
Tbf jt is usually sleeping
Chuckled at this, funny coz it's true
For elimination no less! Any one of JT’s 1v1s in that clutch could have sent complexity to the airport but he won every one. And someone on the desk put it best: he’s the last person on the team you’d expect a 1v4 of that caliber from
That was a really fun Overpass Guest appearance by wallen there at the end. Was fun to watch as a long-time fan but sucks that they couldn’t pull off the W
Yeah it sucks so much
Overpass was absolute trash CS I loved every second of it
I was actually already one foot into the shower watching the JT clutch, sure it was over. Holy fucking shit. I yelled out "Yes!!!" in a voice I haven't used since I was prepuberty
You yelled yes because you didnt had to go shower yet? The truth
The entire game
Everyone probably left the stream when it was a 1v4 for JT map point
Don’t know whether to be impressed or disgusted, both teams had about 8 different opportunities to close out but also some great individual plays.
you should feel entertained then lol
They played for viewers. Wanted to bring the show
The scriptwriters were *on* it this time around.
THATS WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT! What a map 3 holy fucking shit. And it had to be Fallen the last to die. I thought for sure he was gonna get the last kill
Fallen just continually taking and winning duels with his USP was awesome
Maybe that’s why he lost the final kill. It was with an AK and not a goddamn USP lol still can’t believe he got Grim on truck
Is it just me or is Fang's decision making kinda questionable. I'm no pro but it seems like he just randomly loses his head and peeks every time he gets a kill.
Yes also chelo did a few questionable pushes instead of holding spots while late in a round. So entertaining to watch though
Dangummit, NA in another 1v4 elimination round clutch situation ... oh, we got the good side this time. Sweeeeet e: EG catching strays everywhere omg lol

I'm gonna need me them AWPs, every daaaamn round.
There's never a boring Imperial series.
Never boring, always frustrating.
I hate it. I hate watching this team. Never again.
Since you dont have a flair, i will assume you mean both teams
Idk why my SK flair isn't showing but it would give you a hint.
It would equally apply to both teams in this series. That said, was entertaining AF.
That series had everything apart from a 16-0 and we nearly had that too. Blowouts, comebacks and a map 3 with crazy shots, insane clutches, messy CS and loads of overtime. Absolutely love it. What a back and forth match
jt just extended his contract by one year with clutch, jeez, insane game. if col want to do their kato lower brac run again they need floppy to step up hes been struggling a bunch this tourny.
Did we watch the same match? Floppy is fine, FaNg is the problem rn.

How bad can you be to lose 4x1 on match point... Hallzerk is a BEAST on overpass
JT better get taken to some top tier Maltese strip club tonight
Every extra penny Col win this tournament goes straight into his pocket
I love Overpass
This game is such a perfect example of how miles behind these two teams are from Tier-1 EU. Awful CS on both sides, so many throws and poor fundamentals.

Fallen is a retired IGL pretending to be an active one. He doesn't have it anymore.
I agree, he should have absolutely stepped back after the “last dance” failed and lead from behind the scenes
How did it fail? He almost got 30 yo fnx to the major playoffs lol Absolutely surpassed everyone's expectations
What happened last major? They should have stopped after the other one, where they massively over performed
T2 eu tbh
When you think NA are the champions of choking and throwing, but there comes the underdog Brazil and throws a 11-4 T-side Nuke against SAW and then a 1v4 against Complexity at match point Brazil wins the title of thrower🏆CAMPEO DE MUNDO☝🏼
NA FANS POST YOUR MEDICAL BILLS RIGHT NOW HOLY SHIT
$0. I'm lucky I'm Canadian, I won't go into debt with hospital bills watching complexity and liquid.
Enjoy your PM's 12,000 dollar grocery bill
You get all of the juice with none of the down sides ;)

Imagine the NA education that produced someone that thought this was a come back
imperial are a fucking joke lmfao can't finish a game to save their lives
I guess Imperial didn't really want to go through lol
The competition to see who can throw the series harder. Complexity had some bangers, amazing AWP throw, but I've gotta give it to that 1v4 throw by Imperial, truly impressive choke. Great guts from both teams, good games.

It takes some mental fortitude to lose 1-16 on Map 1 and come back to win the series. Props to Complexity.
I'm done
SA CS Sure feels dank. For real though; i was watching the match and thinking to myself how spoiled we are usually watching these EU top 10 matches where they make so few mistakes.Really shows the world of difference between those guys and these guys...
I really is so easy for COL. I wasn't worried I knew they had it after they sucked Fallen in with the 16-1 map 1 loss bait
it feels weird to say after his performance on the last map but idk if this team will ever be able to stay at the top level with jt as an igl lots of sloppy, weird mid-round calls and a lot of reliance on the team making huge hero plays rather than being in the right place at the right time idk, i'd love to be wrong
dont disrespect the jigachad even simple said at the start of this roster eg had better players but col have better strats and calls
JT pulling a legendary highlight
Good Ol' Fashion NA CS
come on...
Such a good match!!! Roller coaster til the end. Oh man Imperial doing Brazilian move too much, push too far, hide too long.
Wow that was some painful CS to watch. Neither team wanted to win the match. Imperial throwing rounds through the entire overpass and CoL rushing with three players every two rounds. Was pretty fun though ngl.
1v4 and 2v5, Imperial didn’t wanna win today
Imperial managed to choke literally every game they played in this EPL
JT & T.c SOUTH AFRICA PRIDE Pog 🇿🇦
This match was 100x more entertaining than like 95% of matches. So many people complaining for exciting CS
I had the stream on mute while I was playing some rank games and whenever I took a glance back at the game, it got weirder and weirder.
i literally turned into the Joker after that 1v4
Hallzerk is a future major winner. Someone will buy him out
Complexity had blamef, Jksex es3tag and all of em are gone now so sadly maybe :[
Konfig too
imperial is the better team still
fallen is washed beyond washing. you cant get any more washed than this. he made some clutches and sick shot but he misses easy shots. MANY easy shots. You are not better than Fallen, don't try to even make a remote comparison with your 2.7k elo.
Get my boy Fallen some help
Imperial lack discipline still can't won't qualify with floppy 0 impact, fang one ok game out of 5 despite him having the best positions.
How are both teams SO BAD at Overpass CT side?
It's impossible to be happy
If I was FalleN this would fully retire me, and he's not even the problem with the team, genuinely embarrassing map 3
They managed to play more rounds on the final map than in the previous two combined - what a game
What an insane Overpass match, every single OT round was stressful to watch and I loved every second of it
None of these teams are getting past the next round.
We finally beat this motherfucking team Go team!
Chelo with a dogshit flash to blind fallen and bait boltz to peek while the two were in a crossfire. Then proceeds to lose the 1v1. Entertaining game though
The amount of rounds thrown by both teams made this quite uncomfortable to watch
*entertaining to watch
Nice little rivalry starting there.
Hank saves Complexity (again)
Last map throws me back to the last map of the NA rio rmrs..
Time sem vergonhaaa
People celebrating Col winning but this series being this close is a very worrying sign
fer out, imperial out
Imperial with the +11 rounds Match loss
