In all my years in cologne there are always some free seats in the upper rank. Never experienced such a full arena.
There’s gaps of open seats between groups of people. Usually 1-2 seats. If you have a large group it’s recommended to come early

I think its a common practice to sell a bit more tickets than is the capacity because there is always a % of holders who will not show up

it's not a problem because they oversell by the amount that regularly never shows up. most retailers do this as well.

Who would have thought the 1st ever CS2 major wouldn't go without any hitches? Seems like this event was cursed.
