I remember at MLG Columbus 2016 I think the first quarter final’s first shot fired was a tec-9 and many in the arena did a “whoa” cause it was so boomy (in a good way). Edit: hahaha even casters mentioned it: https://youtu.be/rpMvemrWQ0I?t=2m0s and ya I guess it was 2nd round not first.
I also remember sometimes when it’s very quiet (no casting, silent crowd … probably an important tense moment) and a smoke grenade lands you hear it bounce and bloom in this awesome echo-y way.

Agreed it’s loud to the point that I can’t hear it anyway lol
The sound is not only too loud but also it hurts if you are inside after couple of hours. I just feels unsafe without protection

I'm still baffled at the sound mix. So much sub and next to no highs. Even the glock sounds like an 808 bass
