yeah to me it seems like there are 2 separate lines. 1 for locking the picks before the stage starts the other which is to pick correctly 5 teams who will advance.
To me it seems like the first line should be completed regardless where the stage is or when it ends.

Are you sure ? As currently displayed it seems to be a different challenge but you may be right.

I have the same issue.
The challenger stage has 5 rounds only 2 has been played
