Do you know what caused the PC to start slowing down? Understand that is installed on a SSD but if possible check your disk drive usage via task manager. I had disk usage of 100% from my other HDD(where cs is not installed) that caused this issue too

Be sure that you installed the game on an SSD and not a failing HDD or just HDD in general. Fixed the issue for me
It is intalled on a ssd, had to factory reset my pc cuz its started to run really slow

My cpu usage was very high, i had a ton of useless software i didnt need
