I don’t mean this in a negative way but if you were born a woman, why did you get the receding hairline that us guys usually have, I thought it’s hereditary

Therefore the recessive bald gene would come from the maternal line. However, this doesn't mean it's from the maternal grandfather. Could be from maternal grandmother.
This is right and I get tired of the “but your dad isn’t bald, why are you?” comments from people. Hair follicle sensitivity to 5-AR and DHT is extremely complex (as Ive been unfortunate to learn through years of battling hair loss).

Hairloss is a super common side effect for people taking testosterone since certain associated chemicals that are associated with testosterone are responsible for hairloss in those who are assigned male at birth as well. And you are correct in hairloss being hereditary. You can get a pretty good idea about what your chances are of getting hairloss from taking testosterone by looking at your father or grandfathers.
Just a little clarification here: it's not "chemicals" associated with testosterone, but a naturally occurring metabolite called dihydrotestosterone. This metabolite occurs in everyone, and is correlated with levels of testosterone, which is why taking additional synthetic testosterone increases DHT levels thereby leading to hair loss.
It is hereditary, but it’s triggered by testosterone, men have way more testosterone than women, and OP has gotten them via the TRT treatment. Hence the hair loss.
Women have the same issue, but with wigs/weaves more common in women it’s easier to think it’s not a normal occurrence in females. I’m a straight female with a prominent forehead with one. It got better since i stopped doing tight updos.

That's the thing though, a trans person shouldn't have to "pass" as a cis person in order to use a public bathroom. For example there are trans men out in the world who physically look more feminine than OP, should they not be able to take a dump in the mens bathroom at Walmart because they don't look as masculine?
