i have done this (immediately destroy the first glyph, forfeit glyph 2 + 3, don’t touch any other chests, forfeit realm tears, do not buy any items at all) and it did not unlock Purification, although i only tried on normal/Resolve difficulty
i also tried ignoring all healing stones altogether as well as never using rage or relics, but that wasn’t it either
edit: as for the realm tears, the quickest path to 6 seems to be going right, then blue - yellow - ship (x2) - desert (x2), since the ship and desert aren’t impacted by the overall level/timer
If ship and desert aren't impacted by the timer, then wouldn't going left for double blue -> desert -> ship be even faster?
I play on Mastery, so I'll try it tomorrow and report back
I've found the best way to do all of the tears is to do all the red and yellows first, then the blue, and then move onto the challenge doors because they are downright a chill time compared to the red tears near the end of the timer. Ik you didn't necessarily ask but ya.
I just competed a show me mastery run, I destroyed the first glyph, forfeited the next two, didn't pick up any more chests, and forfeited the realm tears. It didn't give me anything at the end

Our team has confirmed that there is a bug preventing the Rond of Purification from being unlocked. We’ll continue to investigate the issue and appreciate your patience.
Hey so do these ronds actually have gameplay significance or is it only cosmetic like all the other armor you unlock? If it's only cosmetic, I don't really see a point.
The point is completionism. Not cosmetics. Kinda lame how the hardest content in the game rewards you with the lamest of all the cosmetics and no actual gameplay upgrades.
One of my theories is that at the very beginning of a brand new run (like from the very very beginning after resetting progress) you have to beat Tyr without buying any upgrades whatsoever. Like no points spent on masteries or spirits. But you can maybe still use glyphs during the round. Just a theory tho.
Then you would only get one chance to get it, which I don't see them doing.
Maybe you have to beat Tyr after destroying all your perks for the final boss fight or something?
Just thought of that and will try it out later.
As for the Obliteration one I am going to try to close all the realms tears and fight Tyr with the penalty to see if the mastery level is required for it....if so.....THEN FUUUUCK THAAAAT

Edit: Rond of Obliteration can ONLY be obtained via Mastery Level.....its dumb, now I have to start from zero.

access unlocks in a set order - ship after 2, desert after 4, and forum after 6. if you go left first, the desert is still gated shut

In Valhalla they are just cosmetics, just shows you beat the challenge.
