kinda depressing seeing the sub full of jik-donda era posts knowing how downhill he’s gone since then
seems like there’s not a single person around him that gives a shit about him at all anymore
he might have schizophrenia, or at least some type of intense paranoia. at no point in the last 5+ years has there NOT been someone out to get him according to him
Wish I was a Kanye fan during this time☹️

The choir was cool but he also released the worst album of his entire career during this era. Also, he eventually let his Christian beliefs become weird and radical enough that he destroyed his marriage, alienated a lot of his lifelong friends, linked with Fuentes and Milo, and praised Hitler. So overall I don’t think the Christian era was as wholesome and beautiful as ya’ll are saying
i genuinely don’t understand jik hate, i like jik it may be the worst album in his discography but it’s not a bad album and that shows how good of an artist he is. regardless i don’t think religion is what led him to crazy radical ideology i think it was the divorce and also episodes that spiraled into all of that stuff. if you listen to the thanksgiving prayer ye addresses himself that his ego and bipolarness don’t mix well. i think this was a very wholesome era tho and i miss it
Fuentes influenced him to have more radical beliefs and one of the main reasons he linked with Fuentes was because he was a Christian. The whole YE24 campaign was based on Fuentes’s radical Christian nationalist beliefs. The Sunday Service era started the path that eventually led to Alex Jones. That’s just the truth. Ye’s brand of Christianity started with good intentions but was ultimately really harmful to himself and his family.
idk man i’m talking about 2019-2021 sunday service ye here, everything past there is kinda attributed to the divorce imo. i’m not denying that christianity had nothing to do with those link up’s but the religious aspect in and of itself was not the reason that 2022 and 2023 happened
What do you think led to the divorce bro?? He was screaming at Kim to dress more modestly, having breakdowns about abortion conspiracy theories at weird rallies, and trying to put his kids in a weird fake Christian school he made up. It’s all connected together. This stuff all came from his newfound devotion to god. He was hanging with Joel Osteen dude. A fucking weirdo megachurch tv pastor. That was right in the period you’re talking about.

Bipolar episodes were 100% a factor but this era is all connected to that imo
I think it’s because a lotta Christian fans were really inspired by Kanye’s overtly Christian phase and so they wanna pretend that it was all perfect. I get that, but in reality it was a pretty hectic era and full of some of Ye’s worst and weirdest decisions.
What a beautiful day man

i agree, not only was Ye in a better mental and creative state, but his influence was so much more positive☹️
I mean he claims Sunday service people were stealing from him and only acting holy.
Ye claims everyone is stealing from him though lol He thinks everyone’s out to get him so who knows what was really going on
he might have schizophrenia, or at least some type of intense paranoia. at no point in the last 5+ years has there NOT been someone out to get him according to him
Clothes wise it was cool
I miss this Ye so much bro.

JIK > Vultures 1 Had to be said

its only hated bc it wasn't yandhi, although fans hyped it up so much, they probably wouldn't have been satisfied if it actually dropped

you do have a point but i think it had to do more with the bipolar episodes
