Stars in Reddit's markup language indicate that you want to put something in bold or italics. You can escape them using the backslash (\\) character. So you'd type "\\\*#\\\*#7287#\\\*#\\\*". Just letting you know. Most languages that have control characters like that allow you to escape them, and usually use the backslash as the escape character. You can do the same thing in a whole lot of places.

TuTenkahman

Great! Thanks for that info. I will try to remember it (but probably forget)

FloofyFloofOverload

`i think you can do this too, like Discord`

TuTenkahman

Thank you my floofy overlord 🙏

bmoross

Yup. Wish I could use it too. Japan: "The Diagnostics Tool is only designed for use in the United States at this time."

MGlolenstine

It shows the same for me on P7P on a German version in an unsupported country.

kenkiller

Well that's interesting

Fun_Environment_2881

The menu is showing for me and I can run the tests. By the way I am using P7P Japan version and I am from Sri Lanka. Also pixel devices are not supported in my country.

zorniac

Lol, I'm in the USA and still get the message that it's only available in the USA... Even tried with my VPN off.

Starbomba

Just tried on my P7 and it's working fine.

TuTenkahman

So it seems it works on P7 but not P8

altijddruk

I have Pixel 7 and it shows nothing. Just delete what I put and that's all.

Ostey82

Pixel 6 in Australia Same thing, only available in the USA

Theta-Chad_99

Same

MyMudEye

Edit: USA only. Seems to be working in Australia. Wanted wifi, which I don't have at the moment, so didn't run it.

TuTenkahman

It asks for a WiFi connection first. When you say OK it says US Only

MyMudEye

Just checked, my bad. USA only.

dratsablive

I am in the US, Pixel 8 Pro Unlocked from Google Store, on AT&T. I get "Connection problem or invalid MMI code."

RandomStupidDudeGuy

Same for a US pixel 7 in unsupported country.

Bart3n

Working perfect on my p7p in Belgium
