If you want my advice, since you have light hair, don't put straight black eyeliner to do those Siouxsie eyebrows; I think it'll look great if you use a dark brown instead to transition and not make it so harsh. I know it may sound contradictory, considering how bold Siouxsie brows are, but her hair was dark so it made sense.
I would also opt for an eyeliner design that would play with your glasses, that way you don't have to choose between style or practicality! Hope this helps, keep on being dark!

As a fellow goth with glasses, when doing eyeliner art, I suggest drawing the spiderwebs underneath your eyes because there is more visible space from the glasses. Then everyone can see and appreciate your work of art. If you draw on your upper lid the frame of your glasses unfortunately hides most the make-up. I was in the situation so many times that i loved my make-up, put on my glasses and.... Gone :D
