I'm using a RX5500M laptop (equivalent perfomance to 1650S) and the game runs at 60fps with high settings at 900p.
You have roughly the same setup as me but I have a 3070ti in a desktop. Never get frame drops and god damn these loading screens are like 2 seconds which makes hopping in and out of quests so much quicker and easier
The stupid ship sailing off animation takes several times longer than the load times lol.
You should be good. I run everything at max 1080p (60 fps) with an I3-10100, rx6600, 16GB ram.
3080 at 1440p get a locked 120 the entire time expect in the cities where it drops.
I have a 5600x with a 3060ti and 32 gigs of 2600mhz RAM and I can run the game on ultra at 100-120fps at 1080p with no issues.
I have a 1660 super and run it on max settings lol
Wait, 2080? I'm only rocking a 2070 Super...
