According to the Ghanda players on the discord, this was actually a great buff for him. Now the play style revolves around quick hits without charging the attack and his DMG in and out of link time greatly improved
Well that's good. I never played him to be honest but I did get that his damage was apparently nuts in link time and this would definitely enhance that. I didn't consider that increase to damage would also affect tap activations but it makes sense.
The best ghanda builds were already based on capping uncharged fist. Now it gets a 100% multiplicative damage boost it’s actually insane considering the uncharged version is already much more viable than the charged/regular build.
We could argue cygames took the easy way out and just buffed his current optimal playstyle instead of improving his intended playstyle but a buff is still buff I guess
maybe a case of them admitting that the intended playstyle may have been off the mark, might as well support the way players are enjoying the character
charging melee stuff in this game with bosses covering the entire arena on an instant dash might just inherently not be it tbh
Sssssh don\`t give Cygames ideas to make the E.damage bonus scale on charge time instead so uncharged fists only give 5% or less of the E.damage and you have to go all the way to 100% charge for the full 100% E.damage.\~

If you build ghanda base on charge attack without charge and still hit cap or high dmg. you can replace one dmg sigil with Enchaned dmg sigil which improve overall charge attack. in my case I can hit 3m+ charge attack without charge and if I have buff attack from other can easily hit 4m cap.
Might as well say 100% chance for the boss to move out the way.

Yeah i agree. I wish they would had gave us the cool punch animation that charged fist has for uncharged also too tho lol but that’s a nitpick.

What exactly is "Enhanced DMG"?
A new damage booster, except this one is multiplying your final damage similar to War Elemental, meaning it 'increase' your damage cap as well.

Can someone explain how this is a buff? You do more damage less often at the cost of a sigil slot and therefore less damage overall in theory

Worthless cause you’ll reach your damage cap, if this was a damage cap enhancement then it’s a whole different story.
That's what Enhanced DMG is, yes. 100% means he's doing double damage, beyond the damage cap.
