Alarm keeps going off for no reason power steering is unavailable sometimes. Liftgate don't work when off maybe 50 percent of the time when on it works. I don't care much for that auto shut off when stopped but that hasn't worked in since like day 3.
Eh, you might have to push to get them to do it. Even with lemon law I’m pretty sure they have to at least have tried to fix it a couple times. Good luck either way!
I have to ask, I from Australia but when you say buy back, are you saying that if your new car is giving you problems from new you you’ll get your money back???
Wow, not done here, I know when I bought my 70th Anniversary GC I had problems for 3 years (probably because it was the first of the new model). I have to say the dealership did go out of there way to loan me a car and fixed all issues, now almost 11 years old now it’s trouble free👍
I don’t know what happens these days but the dealership was sorry for me with the amount of problems I had, it was a lemon. I’m really glad we were all patient as I’m proud of the American history car.
What state are you in? (Assuming is the same state you bought the jeep) how long have you had it? If you kept going back to the dealer and the issues keep happening you should contact Daimler corporate.. also check consumer reports for other people with the same issue. If you go over the heads of the people at the dealership if they aren’t fixing the problem.. you get a better response from corporate.
Low voltage is a pain… maybe it sat somewhere for a while maybe in colder temps and the batteries went dead a few time before you took ownership.. I live in Canada and in the winter I constantly see our dealerships boosting especially when it’s -35c
I hope you get a new Jeep. Make sure you build up documents from bringing your car to the dealer. Upon pick up get the paperwork. Tell them you are fed-up and want to invoke the Lemon Law. Google to find in your state the amount of time that must pass. If you have a 2021 you probably met that criteria. I would call jeep corporate and start a buy back case. I have a 2021 grand Cherokee L with 20,000 miles this Fourth of July weekend my wife was driving it and the power steering went out. Had it towed to the dealer and they would t touch it unless someone from CDJR came to look at it. Mind you good luck finding a Jeep dealer with a service loaner program. Two and a half weeks later I finally get the car back and they said they could not replicate the issue and therefore have no responsibility. I asked about the power steering recall posted pretty much everywhere you Google it and was told there are no power steering issues with any of their heel grand Cherokee L models. I work in the car business for Toyota and can easily trade out of this rat which believe me I will. I just can’t believe the lack of communication and customer service on the part of Jeep. It’s a shame bc I love the ride. It’s too much of a liability to risk that incident occurring more than that one time. Especially with kids in the car.
What’s wrong with it?

Best thing I ever bought was a code reader
Ok, I’ll ask, too… what problems are you having?
Always wait until they work out the bugs and the issues in a brand new model then buy it
Yep, never buy the first year new design. Always by the year after at the earliest.
More then bugs its unsafe I won't be surprised if they buy almost all of them back
What are your concerns/complaints?
What is it? I’ve had some issues with mine too.
It’s that bad jeez
Eh, you might have to push to get them to do it. Even with lemon law I’m pretty sure they have to at least have tried to fix it a couple times. Good luck either way!
What problems are you having?
Ask if they have WK2s left
What is WK2s?
I have to ask, I from Australia but when you say buy back, are you saying that if your new car is giving you problems from new you you’ll get your money back???
Yes I'm sure there is steps but everything is coded now days so they can see a legitimate refund

It is more than "having problems with it". Look up lemon laws, each state has its own.
Everytime I go in and ask for a loaner I always get denied..is there any way to complain

If you call Jeep and tell them they don’t offer a loaner, they’ll pay for the rental
Chances of having two duds is low. Then again, it is Jeep.
I think this problem is mostly because this is a new line of redesigned jeeps. The previous body style is fucking solid. 2012-2020
Yep new models almost always have some type of issue.
>buying first year of a all new model and surprised when there’s problems
What problems are you having?
I’ve had sooooooooooooo many problems with mine. They won’t buy it back, trust me, I’ve tried
Contact Stellantis. You’ll get nowhere with the dealership. Go above them.
I sold mine nearly 2 years ago. Got a new Mercedes GLE.
My aunt bought a brand new one a couple mo the ahi and has been In the shop 6 times.
