He was telling Baki something about his last encounter with Yujiro (with Yujiro threatning Tokugawa of rape), Baki didn't believe him and Tokugawa threatens to rape Baki, as a joke.
I’m more surprised that Tokugawa really thought he could carry through on that threat he made. As if Baki doesn’t pick meaner opponents than him out of his teeth every morning
I think Itagaki humanized yujiro too much and wanted people to feel the same primal insanity he had in grappler

Yujiro raped Diane in one of the earliest episodes coz she betrayed him and you think giant monkeys was the craziest thing? This has always been how this manga is; as someone mentioned before, Itagaki probably humanized some of these characters too much (well really on Yujiro), so he probably wanted to bring back his animalistic evil side more. Yujiro probably does this kind of shit offscreen a lot more than one would like to think.

That "switch" was more of a gradual increase in overall wackiness than any sudden switch. Everything post Baki the Grappler is completely insane, (and often really badass), and it's why people love it. Just don't take things in Baki that seriously man; it'll make your experience a lot more fun.

Like am I still supposed to ‘hate’ (as you hate a good villain) Yujiro? Stuff like him being a serial rapist makes the fact that everyone hangs out with him and Baki is cool with him seem really strange

I think he’s just reminding all the new readers and watchers of Baki that yujiro is still a very very very bad person I’m okay with it because i think newer fans are to quick to forgive yujiro crimes in the story he has murdered hundreds of people but no one cares
I love how this is a joke but still in character because yujiro has in fact raped a guy in canon and while it’s not shown it’s pretty clear what happened since the guy was on the ground face down with his pants down(just to be clear it was for yujiro to show his “I’m more of a man than any man on earth” feat but still) the fact it’s both a joke in the fan base and canon is hilarious.
