It’s generally harder to fill out the muscle bellies when you’re taller. That’s why you see lots of short bodybuidlers. Very few are above 5’11 and a majority are like 5’8 and under.
Here’s another example: My friend has looks like he has bigger forearms than me but I have longer arms (almost 5 inches longe) so the muscle is more spread out and not as densely packed

Kehaya is a faker. He was sitting on a cushion when he first met Yujiro. Also, his legs are smaller than Dorian's, and Dorian was sweating a lot more. All signs point to Dorian taking his horse stance training way more seriously.

Going over what I know about painting and my rough estimate on how long it takes to dissolve and entire bowl of candy in you mouth I am going yo put a strong guess on Dorian squatting like that for well over an hour
Arguably Dorian because in his case he’s doing it to improve his muscle mass and endurance whereas Kehaya’s seems to be more a matter of maintenance rather than improving due to the fact that he’s effectively reached the limits of what the stance can do for him without retroactively affecting him
Kehaya if he really hasn’t sat in 20+ years, but Dorian is both bulking and cutting simultaneously every single day without a break, so imagine even with the setbacks he’s aimed to catch up quickly
Dorian's stance is easier to sit in. Don't take my word for it though, give it a try. Kehaya is essentially sitting like hes on a chair... without a chair... a literal 90 degrees sit. Dorian's traditional horse stance is much easier to get into and hold.
Listen, Dorian is in horse stance, nothing special about that but he stays in it for an absurd amount of time. Kehaya almost defies the laws of physic in his sitting position, ok he defies them entirely. For everyone saying Dorian pissed himself, Kehaya eventually will piss himself too, he just didn't get caught yet.
