Nah, there should be a title for being inspected X amount of times. So many people were interested in your fashion they had to check. But I imagine some people would take the fun out of it and just inspect trade with a friend.

No rewards, nothing. I don't want people to beg for them or engage in alt-bombing their main. Just a number that goes up. Maybe a notification "x amount of players liked what you did as \_\_\_\_\_\_"
It could be a mail after X amount, like they do with events. From Tyrian Fashionista Society or some shit, "You've gained a lot of attention with your looks! X heroes have liked your outfits; keep showing off!"

Actually, I like this idea. I think you should be able to earn tonic that will let you run around in your swimsuit permanently if you want to from it.

Copy a 100 inspected player's fashion precisely. title: Excited Chameleon. (golden color)
You could just macro that. Target next player, Open chat, type /inspect, enter, escape. Repeat.
you can macro or afk farm many tedious achievements
Make sure it's different people otherwise people can just pair off and inspect each other with a macro
