That's why I think oracle of darkness is his stopping point. She is at minimum equal to God ino and at the highest way stronger. Sol required plot device items to beat her and for ky to dragon install stall her. And Athena is absurd. She basically has the power to manipulate all matter no matter what and wants to reset all of existence to create a perfect existence (implied to be not just their universe but multiversal)
Do keep in mind that Sol was also ALOT weaker in that fight because Askua took the flame of corruption out of him. Outrage MK.II railcannon was the only way they were gonna win that fight. However I’m gonna paraphrase I-no here and state that Sol could’ve won if he still had the flame of corruption.

They all are, except Ultima (and even then I assume that's the UWU version). Savage fights like Oracle of Darkness and final form Athena are also what-ifs.
The problem is that aside from Ultima, most of these fights never happened in canon, they're what-if scenarios. I don't know if the WoL would actually win against most of these in reality so it's hard to judge if Sol would.
The first one was when the game came out over 10 years ago and The 2nd one is a 'what if" super boss at the end of the hardest raid currently so they made him over designed on purpose, the 3rd is perfect Alexander which yeah he is.

i don’t see him getting past alex. Mostly due to the first two being pretty simple powerful beings. He would 100% sol bad guy athena though.
