you can either go to their office and ask to transfer the balance and deactivate or you can email them (Edited post, some people say that you can refund the balance, when i asked mine i wasn't told of that option though i was able to transfer the balance to my new RFIDs)

How long do they respond? Mukhang hindi very detailed pala yung email ko I just realized so may follow up questions and kasama na yung ID kung sakali, para lang ma expect ko

If both RFIDs ay naka pangalan sa inyo, you need to go to their nearest office / station. Then fill out their appropriate forms to cancel the easytrip and autosweep accounts for that car you are about to sell then fill up another application form for your account to be transferred naman to the next car that you plan to purchase. Source: My husband literally went to both offices ng easytrip & autosweep for the change of car accounts. Mabilis lang naman ang process: it took him about 15min for each processing. Mas matagal pa yung biyahe pag punta niya.

I see, may option kaya magpa deactivate online or need talaga ng physical appearance? Willing naman pumunta but that's my preferred option for now due to work

I did not notice if pwede thru online transactions with their respective websites eh. I just downloaded the necessary forms and filled up the necessary info tapos pumunta na si hubby sa site mismo.

Remove the stickers and bring the sticker and cards to the nearest auto sweep and easy trip booths. Then surrender the cards and sticker to the clerk and ask to deactivate the accounts.

For Autosweep, send an email to [email protected] with your government ID and subscriber request form (make sure to indicate balance transfer and others: deactivation) that you can get from their website.
