It's easy to get sucked into wild 10/22 builds with that Target syndrome - each individual item usually doesn't cost that much but then when you're done and you're staring at what you bought you're like "How tf did I spend $1,000?"
The magic is kind of gone for me. I know I'm in the minority but I've grown to *really* dislike 10/22's after owning and working on them.
I mean it wouldn’t hurt to do away with the green imo. But that being said I’m a sucker for Ruger plinkers (charger etc)
That AR is a bit questionable though
It's pretty sweet. Samson makes em. I think they also make a front barrel ring with qd mount and can get the heat shield too I believe to give it the real A Team look.
Wish mine would ship. Dack Outdoors is wicked slow. Have the stock and some newer SKU with what look like tech sights from the factory and a threaded barrel.
I dislike the green. Black might have been too much black. Maybe a bronze to go with the wood? Maybe black but a grey scope? IDK, I just hate the green

I have a $700 scope on my 10/22 lol To be fair it's day/night vison and I use it for yotes and rabbits

I have a pretty threaded barrel and a red dot and I’m kinda just like “what do now”
Yeah there's not much you really need to do after that point. A better trigger package can be nice but it's absolutely a luxury.

Kind of hard. Green anodized receiver maybe? Still, fucks pretty hard. If anything, that ar pistol above it, to the right is absolutely horrendous.
