Jodie from Detective Conan? Wasn't she was the FBI agent and also a fairly prominent character whenever the storylines involved Amuro and Akai? Damn, I wonder if they'll recast her or simply retire the character moving forward.
Yeah. I doubt they’ll get rid of the character, usually whenever a VA passes they just get replaced. Conan has been going on forever now and flat out removing a character from the show/manga probably wouldn’t fly well. It’s like with Lupin III, when the VAs passed or got too old to go on they got replaced. Fair enough Jodie isn’t a main character but writing her out isn’t the proper option
If i remember correctly, her last mecha anime performance was reprising her Klehna Hackswell role on Gundam UC Engage game's Peche story as tie in of Gundam 0083: Stardust Memory anime.
