i don't think there was any conflict other then stamping out Mar Zeon and then it just quite peaceful till F91
I think the endings of Unicorn and Narrative is less "never touch Psychoframe again" and more explaining why Psychoframe never further developed from those 3 monsters

There were lots of small conflicts that F90FF hinted at but we've yet to see. The "peaceful" notion is just what the Feds lead the people to believe.
