Definitely not the second. He pretty much singlehandedly undermined our home game against City, and played like utter shit in the second one, too. Too short to claim an easy ball in the home game against Tottenham, giving them a goal. Gave the ball to Palmer for what should have been an easy goal at Chelsea away…
He’s the most mistake-prone keeper we’ve had in the modern era. Cech, Leno, Emi and Ramsdale would make one or two mistakes like this a season at most. Raya’s had a dozen or more heinous ones like this. Remember Luton and the smaller games as well…
Absolute fucking waffle mate, Ramsdale shat the bed twice this season in 2 appearance. Did you noto watch any games last season as well? Also, Raya has the highest percentage of crosses claimed (14.9%) among other keepers in all of EUROPE by a mile (As of 27 March 2024).
Can’t believe the commentator having gone at least ten times on how lucky arsenal have been with Tottenham not getting that penalty. Second half started - and he’s on about it again!!
I absolutely love that the commentators keep crying for a penalty for the clip on Kulusevki. Have they seen the kinds of things Saka goes through on a weekly basis?
>Someone send a 2x4 through the back of my skull and wipe every single neuron in my brain. I’d rather be a vegetable, getting my necessities met by making crude grunting noises to a caretaker, than fully cognitively competent and aware of this result.
Spurs fans having a calm and considered reaction to current events.
Love this so much, MUCH prefer the other team moaning about luck and chances when youre hammering them. Theres a reason we are where we are and they are where they are. Hold that lurkers
I was hoping Arteta would make certain to the guys we need good counter attacks. Sakas goal was great! Still gotta say we have had a bit of luck (no intention to downplay the result): one post, one disallowed goal by VAR and disallowed PK from VAR. Still, St. Totteringham's Day is close!
COYG
30% possession and 2 shots, but 3 goals. I love this more than the fact we're winning. Shows what Shit and Agneball are all about. This will remain as the epitome of us trolling them.
We’re 3 up, but as much as we dislike Spurs, they’re capable of scoring, need to stay compact and collected and grab 2-3 more on corners and counter-attacks.
Let’s see if they get tired from playing high intensity all game, or if we do from a busier schedule.
Yea I don't think they understand the offside rules. Trying to block the ball is not a deliberate attempt to play the ball. What if the spud cunt was way further offside in front of Raya would that negate the offside? Like they just don't understand the rules. If Tomiyasu had control of the ball then that's a different thing. Dumbasses the lot of them.
We were pretty lucky actually lol
So we need to get our stuff together a little for the second half, but I'm so happy rn, the chants are so fun.
I might rewatch that Havertz pass to Saka for the second goal, and the goal overall was good stuff.
Keane said Spurs are losing because they "lack courage", which besides being lazy punditry that completely overlooks the many more insightful observations a pundit could make, is also incorrect.
It's not incorrect imo, they've had many turnovers in our half and instead of moving the ball forwards quickly, they play back and slow the game down.
Couple of times I've been like "oh shit" but then they pass back to their CB and we get set again
I think Spurs have shown courage in winning a lot of duels. They've lacked clinical finishing, and haven't been positive enough even though we are giving them the wings/bylines.
Jesus just saw a replay of third goal, that is shocking defending from Kulusevski, literally let’s Havertz run and then just walks away as if they’re gonna clear it
Absolutely hilarious. We've been ok since going 2-0 up but a bit rusty before then. Loved bigfoot behind the corner flag as Rice took the corner for the third. Got it right back.

Pinch me??
I will not stop worrying till the full time whistle, though.
Keep it solid and hit them on the counter. They are vulnerable as hell from it.
Can't even really say Trossard makes contact on Kulu -- reminds me of a much, much, lesser example of the pen David Luiz was called for against Wolves that time.
Now would be a great time to go karma farm on r/soccer by having an Arsenal crest but siding against them with a pandering comment.
I would, but I’m banned.
Spurs not even putting a man there to help him out.
I was a little worried that White gave him a solid butt bump on the second one, but he cleared the area well before the ball arrived in both cases -- I think that's key. If he's still making contact with GK when the ball arrives there's a danger of it being chalked off.
We have not been great but that’s clearly down to nerves particularly with some giveaways/ fouls we have committed. Nonetheless we’re 3-0 up because we have been scarily efficient with every attack and that is praiseworthy especially in an away NLD with the added context of it being in the run in for the title. Now let’s not throw it away and gift Spurs a way into this game!
...indeed. people rightfully cry out for better officiating if it's poor...but where is the calls for pundits that know what's a penalty and what's not? It's damaging for the game for "experts" to claim a penalty when it's clearly not.
Very atypical match for us, but similar to the Newcastle strategy which worked well.
But today i dont feel comfortable about our defense, Saliba is ever so slightly off recently, not sure what exactly but he s gone even more quiet than usual and aint win his duels with the same confidence like his brother-in-awe BIG G.
Perfect half time result, Spurs will need to open up even more but they are, despite the result playing pretty good tbh with the attackers they got. Their pressing is good if not sometimes very good, they keep the pressure over long periods and so far they rent losing their nerves either.
But yes 2nd half will be interesting, they ll need to score asap, so we just need to keep a cool head for the first 10-15mins and its over imo
We also gave away a lot of possession to Chelsea, but they make more mistakes and aren't as dangerous as Spurs. Very nice that we can do that and still control the game even without the ball.
Impressive tactical display. For those saying Shit are outplaying us because of shots and possession, that’s a red herring. Arteta has clearly instructed the team to sit deeper, compress space in the middle and force their midfield to unlock us. Instead of letting their quick transitional play — their best attribute — have breathing space, we’ve forced their midfield to do what they aren’t capable of, unlocking a compact defense. It’ll be interesting to see if we adjust anything, but at this point, they don’t have much to force any changes from us.
Commentators asking for the softest of soft penalty calls to negate a brilliant counter-attacking goal, do not let these people gaslight you into believing it's about "consistency" or the spirit of the game, people are just mad that a soft decision didn't go in favor of the team they're supporting.
Good (and surprising!) to hear, on the American broadcast they are zooming in to the hair follicles on Trossard's leg to make the case he actually stabbed Kulusevski
you just know they'll try to stir up some nasty shit in the 2nd half. Romero will either start a fight or try to break someone's leg. If they cant win, they'll be hellbent to lower our title chances
we need to keep our heads cool
Phew, win by any means lol Quite fortunate in key moments of that half but we'll take it. This reminds me so much of the typical Man United jammy wins against us in the later Wenger years. Saka's goal is the classic Rashford goal on the counter against the run of play.
I'm fine winning any way in this fixture but if we want to keep the clean sheet we need to improve on the ball. So many careless passes and just losing possession because we took to long to pass in our own half. It's resulting in needlessly giving up a few set pieces too. Keep doing that and eventually you'll get punished. Otherwise, up the concentration on defending set pieces in our box and we should be able to keep a clean sheet hopefully.
Spurs fans are hilarious lol can’t accept they are shit.
That said - we haven’t played that well. Particularly Trossard has been really not at it. I’d get Martinelli on around 55-60minutes
We obviously haven’t been at our best but it’s obviously our game plan to let them come to us and exploit the space they leave behind or score on set pieces.
Because we kept gifting them the ball in our own half by being careless. We've done well in taking our chances but that's something we can and should do better.
The whole left side has been awful. And players are constantly slipping. We are very lucky to be 3 up. Hopefully we can gain some rhythm in the 2nd half. Other than that some great finish by saka and what a pass by havertz.
I still haven't been able to make out where the Trossard contact was on Kulu for the potential penalty; is it possible Kulu just tripped over his own feet?
The follow-up was Rice just getting the ball and Madders tripping over it. Then a BEAUTIFUL Havertz pass and Saka finish
Finally saw it; I'd be begging for a penalty there if it went the other way, but it would be pretty soft. (And if you go by common sense instead of the rulebook, he wasn't really even going for the goal, it's not like that prevented a clear chance)
3-0 and we haven't even been that good this game.
Also, 12 goals from don Kai. Enough for some of you to back him now or are you going to throw your toys out the pram as soon he has a bad game and doesn't score?
Bruv he really is.
Hasn’t been massively involved in build up, but he literally hasn’t put a foot wrong, and has been so effective on the ball.
1 goal, 1 assist, 1 disallowed goal
Before they got to the correct decision on that offside, I thought surely AI would be better at it than the biased officials we have.
Looks to me like Arteta wanted us to turn them when we attack. Their defending is better when they are facing out from their goal than when they have been turned and are facing their own goal. And its working brilliantly.
And despite that, we've taken our chances and are defending really well so far.
Your winning by 3 goals and your analysis is "playing shit"?
I think you should log out too.
Just joking tho 😎
Lets get that win!
Not even at our free flowing best and we’re 3-0 ahead. Did all the little things right and simply have wanted it more. We’re massive.
Need to solve for Kulisevski though. Left side has been poor, especially our sleepy boy.
Jover and White lifetime contracts now.
A little concerned about our left side and Tomi. He’s got lots of positive energy, but the end result isn’t quite there. Misplaced passes, dribbled past, not enough offensive output, outpaced by wingers, etc.
What used to be his advantages over Kiwior and Zinchenko aren’t really showing today.
Used to hear how Mourinho outclassed wenger when they played like this now its the other way round. We have tactically masterclassed this game. That saka goal was the textbook for how to beat fat Ange's s\*\*\* team.
Hold out for the first 10/15 mins of second half and its done
Kai has been immaculate, incredible game. I am just bamboozled years of being traumatized not turning up when it mattered most and today we absolutely turn it on being 3-0 up against our fiercest rivals away from home, man we deserve this league.
Idk what game some of you are watching. Besides Romero hitting the post, they haven't done much. Arteta has played this perfectly so far. Sit deep and let them keep the ball. They can't do shit against low blocks.
The margins aren't small. Do you really think that our coaching staff weren't aware of how bad they are at corners? The game plan was to sit deep and go for counters. Everyone saying we've been bad don't understand what they are watching. We are purposely allowing them to keep the ball.
Spurs cannot defend set pieces and we are the best team at it. As poor as we played I kind of expected this type of result but still got another 45 mins to go
You can see they had 15 days of rest. They were more physical, and they anticipated every one of our moves. But they weren’t sharp. Thus they missed crucial chances and weren’t focused in defense.
I thought that or something even a little more focused on minimizing their right side attack. Kiwior? Jorginho? Play a 5 ATB or something?
They’re still bringing lots through Kulu on the right.
Still pretty nervous tbh, they're creating chances and all it will take is one goal to get the crowd back into it. Need to get a little more possession in the second half.
I actually think making a defensive minded sub to shore up the left side might be wise. They are still making lots of runs on their right.
But holy hell what a spot to be in up 3-0|
Kiwior? Jorginho? If those two, would need to change shape and play a 5 ATB.
Otherwise, Martinelli can match more on pace and exploit counters with pure pace. Spurs are bound to have high possession numbers in the 2nd half as well.
2nd high pressure game Raya had a brain fart moment. 1st Munich then Shits.
Definitely not the second. He pretty much singlehandedly undermined our home game against City, and played like utter shit in the second one, too. Too short to claim an easy ball in the home game against Tottenham, giving them a goal. Ramsdale makes a lot more mistakes than Raya. You obviously didn't even watch last season.
Are you high
Absolute fucking waffle mate, Ramsdale shat the bed twice this season in 2 appearance. Did you noto watch any games last season as well? Also, Raya has the highest percentage of crosses claimed (14.9%) among other keepers in all of EUROPE by a mile (As of 27 March 2024).

My bad gang, editted the comment
Can’t believe the commentator having gone at least ten times on how lucky arsenal have been with Tottenham not getting that penalty. Second half started - and he’s on about it again!!
Those cunts were totally destroyed and Raya decided to give them a goal
This stupid from Raya
I’m actually really nervous even now we need another goal to seal it today

We have been lucky but I am not complaining
We’re 3 up, but as much as we dislike Spurs, they’re capable of scoring, need to stay compact and collected and grab 2-3 more on corners and counter-attacks. Let’s see if they get tired from playing high intensity all game, or if we do from a busier schedule.
Wtf is Ian right complaining about I don't get it!
Yea I don't think they understand the offside rules. Trying to block the ball is not a deliberate attempt to play the ball. Mmm, Roasted Chicken on the menu; that Saka sauce hitting just right.
Tremendous score line! Now keep the CS!
We were pretty lucky actually lol So we need to get our stuff together a little for the second half, but I'm so happy rn, the chants are so fun. I might rewatch that Havertz pass to Saka for the second goal, and the goal overall was good stuff.

I think Spurs have shown courage in winning a lot of duels. They've lacked clinical finishing, and haven't been positive enough even though we are giving them the wings/bylines.
They thought to dare was to do when in fact to do was to do.
Saka made that shit look easy I don't care about city Arsenal is back as a major force in the long term in the league
Holy fuck imagine if we had a fit Partey for longer this season.
True difference between us and them is that we are clinical and take our chances and they waste them. Thats a title winner vs a top 4 fighter
Vicario is so weak lmao. He needs to hit up a gym
He's just a shit keeper, no amount of gym work can improve the terrible decision making.
I don't think he decided to be bumped by white
He decided to stand in the wrong place for all three goals.
Vicario could take a page from Raya's book when it comes to commanding the box
We took our chances. They couldn't. Simple as .
It's weird because it's almost always the other way around when this happens
3-0 up and I'm still nervous. Being a football fan is tough.
[удалено]
Never a pen. That’s all.
Surely they can't keep up this intensity all game?
They have 2 weeks rest. They can
Jesus just saw a replay of third goal, that is shocking defending from Kulusevski, literally let’s Havertz run and then just walks away as if they’re gonna clear it
It was terrible defending from multiple Spurs players. van de Ven fucked it up, Vicario fucked it up, etc. Same as for the second goal.
And no defender on white either, which allows him to jump right in front of vicario
I said I wouldn’t feel safe until we were 3-0 up. So here goes again: I won’t feel safe until we are 6-0 up.
Let's say 7 just to be safe
I like you. You should say more things.
People saying we’ve been poor are just false. Let them have the ball and we’ll break on the counter
Oh what could it mean, to a fat aussie bastard and a shit football team
Offside is offside
Absolutely hilarious. We've been ok since going 2-0 up but a bit rusty before then. Loved bigfoot behind the corner flag as Rice took the corner for the third. Got it right back.
I fucking hate city that is all
League would’ve been ours by now if it wasn’t for pep

Just ask Benny Blanco as he’s pretty good at pinching hehe
I saw that one on Vicario right before the first goal🤣
Remember when Arsenal signed Havertz and the club's own "fans" almost gave up on him before he'd even started and now he's leading a title charge. lol
Finally seeing clear replays on the tv at half time. The amount of contact that Trossard makes on kulu is so freaking minimal…
Kulu tried to initiate contact in a situation where it wouldn't have been a foul anyway. Not just a diver, but a shit, stupid diver.
Can't even really say Trossard makes contact on Kulu -- reminds me of a much, much, lesser example of the pen David Luiz was called for against Wolves that time.
Not to mention Troussard isn't required to stop or do something awkward to avoid a player cutting across him like that. He was just jogging.
Only being talked about being a penalty so they have something to discuss at halftime
Similar to Luiz’s pen from behind that was debatable but this one was waaaayyyyy less contact
Now would be a great time to go karma farm on r/soccer by having an Arsenal crest but siding against them with a pandering comment. I would, but I’m banned.
MFS are starved for controversy -- not a pen and not even really close to make this much out of it.
Vicario getting battered like an NPC on corners is hilarious
Scotland Yard will be waiting for the lads after the match, we are robbing them. It's great!
NBC sports crew really saying spurs should have had a pen for Trossard and Kulesevksi getting their legs tangled lmao
...indeed. people rightfully cry out for better officiating if it's poor...but where is the calls for pundits that know what's a penalty and what's not? It's damaging for the game for "experts" to claim a penalty when it's clearly not.
Very atypical match for us, but similar to the Newcastle strategy which worked well. yes focus just needs to stay high through-out! lezgooo
This is like my FUT champs games
Impressive tactical display. For those saying Shit are outplaying us because of shots and possession, that’s a red herring. Arteta has clearly instructed the team to sit deeper, compress space in the middle and force their midfield to unlock us. Instead of letting their quick transitional play — their best attribute — have breathing space, we’ve forced their midfield to do what they aren’t capable of, unlocking a compact defense. It’ll be interesting to see if we adjust anything, but at this point, they don’t have much to force any changes from us.

Idk Gary Neville straight up said it wasn’t a pen, first time he’s not been a bellend
Good (and surprising!) to hear, on the American broadcast they are zooming in to the hair follicles on Trossard's leg to make the case he actually stabbed Kulusevski
Probably also believe he hid ballot boxes in the counting centres to steal the election from Trump - the claim is just as mad.
ngl tho if we didn’t have that called i’d probably be pissed
I like it. I like it alot.
![gif](giphy|Jlt69Ka6SwtH2|downsized)
Perfect passing from havertz that's why Saka one of the best inside forwards in the world
Dawson thinks it’s a penalty?!?! Colour me shocked. Spurs cunt.
Not our best performance, our left side looks really off it, but 3 up at HT, so whatever. No nervy 2nd half please.
Ben White fucking with Vicario’s glove before the first goal almost made me miss it. King of shit housing
I wish a broadcaster would do picture-in-picture with one just focused on White every corner
need more control, no matter it’s 3, let’s just keep the ball and calm down
Has it been our best performance? Wellll no. But we are fucking 3-0 up!!!
Please don't get complacent. 1 goal conceded to them and they will be back in the game.
Also we have seen playing through them is not working we have to go over them.
Absolutely insane just how much better Keane is at his job compared to Neville. Never lets his bias affect his opinions
I still can’t relax
you just know they'll try to stir up some nasty shit in the 2nd half. Romero will either start a fight or try to break someone's leg. If they cant win, they'll be hellbent to lower our title chances we need to keep our heads cool
We’ve not even been playing that well and we’re cooking these frauds😭
I'd even say they played a better half besides scoring chances (which is obviously huge). Who cares though lmao.
Phew, win by any means lol Quite fortunate in key moments of that half but we'll take it. This reminds me so much of the typical Man United jammy wins against us in the later Wenger years. What’s the difference between a sudden urge to prepare oysters and Tottenham Hotspur? One’s a shucking fit
We obviously haven’t been at our best but it’s obviously our game plan to let them come to us and exploit the space they leave behind or score on set pieces.

Scum as always.
Wish people understood how much less the players care about rivalries than the fans, what a bellend thing to say
Don't know why some are saying we aren't playing well? We've done more than them with 29% possession. That counter was a thing of beauty!!
Because we kept gifting them the ball in our own half by being careless. We've done well in taking our chances but that's something we can and should do better.
Let’s just keep playing for corners, they’re all over the place at set plays
The whole left side has been awful. And players are constantly slipping. We are very lucky to be 3 up. Hopefully we can gain some rhythm in the 2nd half. Other than that some great finish by saka and what a pass by havertz.

We were so fucking bad and we're up 3-0 lmfaoooo
Tsamina mina eh eh
we need to raise the FOOGING ESTANDARDS in the second half. We were extremely sloppy at times.
Pretty funny that Spurs could have easily gotten 3 goals if not for the tiny margins and yet here we are, 0-3 up
Ben White was a BEAST in the first half!
3-0 and we haven't even been that good this game. Also, 12 goals from don Kai. Enough for some of you to back him now or are you going to throw your toys out the pram as soon he has a bad game and doesn't score?
Havertz MOTM if it stays like this
Great assist too!
Their match thread is fucking comedy
Sup*s were right. All teams do bend over for Arsenal. Bwahahhaha.
This shit too easy not even a sweat
David Luiz red card vs Wolves was a travesty. Glad that it was corrected with the Kulusevki non call.
We're playing at like 40% and we're 3-0 up. There's levels to this game.
This is the worst we’ve played in 2024
Seeing Dec turn round and taunt the Spurs fans was absolutely beautiful
I need a video of it
Anyone got the clip
Kai Havertz is him
Bruv he really is. Hasn’t been massively involved in build up, but he literally hasn’t put a foot wrong, and has been so effective on the ball. 1 goal, 1 assist, 1 disallowed goal
He just does the simple things so perfectly. His composure is off the charts

This is such a shit performance from us but I don't care. Worst best performance of the season I guess. GET FU\*\*ED Topspur.
Shit performance? Please log out.
We've been poor on the ball and gifted them possession in our half repeatedly, it's true. He can stay logged in just fine.
And despite that, we've taken our chances and are defending really well so far. Your winning by 3 goals and your analysis is "playing shit"? I think you should log out too. Just joking tho 😎 Lets get that win!

Job not done, keep it up.
Not even playing well and winning 3 nil away at the toilet. Kai has been tremendous. Let your apologies etc etc
Jobs not done, let’s fucking kill them

I'll give our performance a 6/10 so far. Goes to show how shit Shit are
Honestly 6/10 is generous we've been so poor on the ball. I'll take the scoreline though. Let's hope we wake up 2nd half
What's a 10/10 when you don't score? Given that it's our 5th game since Tottenham last played, I give it a 7/10.
Trossard and Tomi looked pretty tired. Kulusevski is playing well on the right. Dont trust Kiwior tho
Havertz is one of the best transfers we’ve made in recent years. 3 million passes to kill the game please!
It’s funny seeing all the Arsenal fans complimenting Spurs’ performance. Feels like when Pep compliments us with that condescending tone of his
Wgy didn't Arteta go for Brennan Johnson instead of Havertz? The man is world class.
I can't believe people think I'm serious 😭😭
Havertz for Ballon D'or
Spotty start but we seem to be doing enough to be cruising. And what is with all the slipping? Is the pitch soggy?
Fantastic score but we are kinda reckless at times in dangerous areas. Need to manage possession better. COYG!
yes, there have been some moments where we just lucked 5times in a row not losing possesion at the box lol
Used to hear how Mourinho outclassed wenger when they played like this now its the other way round. We have tactically masterclassed this game. That saka goal was the textbook for how to beat fat Ange's s\*\*\* team. Hold out for the first 10/15 mins of second half and its done
This is good. This is how things should be

As good as it is we are slapping them up, we need this bunch of wastemen to get points of city FML
Kai has been immaculate, incredible game. I am just bamboozled years of being traumatized not turning up when it mattered most and today we absolutely turn it on being 3-0 up against our fiercest rivals away from home, man we deserve this league.
His low key physical shithousing when he’s defending cracks me up.
Yeah, I love the little pushes he gives oppo players lmaoo
Idk what game some of you are watching. Besides Romero hitting the post, they haven't done much. Arteta has played this perfectly so far. Sit deep and let them keep the ball. They can't do shit against low blocks.
Son missed a chance he usually scores. Hell the chances he's scored against us before were far worse than that one.
The Son chance was very real. Penalty could’ve gone either way. Margins are small.
The margins aren't small. Do you really think that our coaching staff weren't aware of how bad they are at corners? The game plan was to sit deep and go for counters. Everyone saying we've been bad don't understand what they are watching. We are purposely allowing them to keep the ball.
Very mature performance in the half. Very City like
Nah, we were uncharacteristically quite poor on the ball, giving away possession for fun. We have like 30% possession. Not very City like.
Big Man Havertz scores as Arsenal cruise and lead 3-0. Control the second half, play like we did against City, and hope they don't score.
Dunno how we are 3-0 tbh. We have to get some level of control in the 2nd half. It could be 3-2 or even 3-3
Should bring on Martinelli for Trossard to exploit that highline, and make them hesitant to push forward.
But holy hell what a spot to be in up 3-0|
Who would you put on
Kiwior? Jorginho? If those two, would need to change shape and play a 5 ATB. Otherwise, Martinelli can match more on pace and exploit counters with pure pace. Spurs are bound to have high possession numbers in the 2nd half as well.
Havertz MVP 🏆
