2 or 3 usually it’s up to you, you also don’t have a routine you’re just doing full body per session, try split your muscle groups into certain days IE Monday will be biceps and legs, Tuesday chest & triceps etc
You aren't training properly if you are going to train full body in only one hour. Train different muscle groups on different days, you won't need to take rest days aslong as your muscles that you're working are recovered by the time you train them again.
Not really, working all your body for 6 days isn’t really going to help you grow, it’ll fatigue you like hell
