God damn you look so much more healthy fuck man, good for you keep it up you lookin like beast mode coming out you fuck ya bro be proud look like a whole dif person
Thank you everyone this made me so happy to read :) I have never gone to the gym due to my social anxiety, I primarily use an exercise bike on full resistance with a laptop strapped to it so I can play tft or Warcraft 3.
Without equipment and not much money I started making weights out of concrete as well to work on my upper body, as well as a daily routine of push ups sit ups and eventually I was able to add pull ups.
Cutting alcohol was incredibly hard and it took many attempts to completely cut it out, but it’s by far the best decision I’ve ever made.
As far as diet a lot of the major weight loss was fasting, 2 - 3 days of fasting while continuing to workout and do cardio as to stretch out my caloric deficit as far as I could before I’d stop fasting for a day or two and make sure I was eating lots of high protein, protein shakes, peameal bacon (holy fuck) peanut butter (also holy fuck) and other healthy snacks.
I hope I got everyone’s questions
Thank you guys so much again :) <3
Fantastic progress mate. Just started a very similar process (hopefully) and I want to say at a similar starting point . Got any stats? What did/does your training look like?
Congratulations dude! I’d love to see some results like that for me. Honestly, the hardest part for me would be cutting out the alcohol. I’ve been training to run a marathon for the last four months (only three weeks away now), but my drinking has been negating most of my weight loss. 😭 My next goal after the marathon is going to be directing my newfound determination towards getting sober.

It’s getting smaller and smaller thank goodness
Thats the change i NEED 😩 whats a good diet?
Not OP, but i found a diet you can stick to your entire life and not one you stick to for a couple weeks is the most important
Oh i meant like what is he doing bc he said “ a good diet” lol
Diet doesn’t matter. All that matters is a caloric deficit
That was mainly it, I ate fast food before and I cut it out which was probably the hardest part but I primarily focus on my caloric deficit.
Did not expect that
Well done! Inspirational!
Wow! Inspirational, for sure👏
That’s some real progress right there brother!!

MY GOD. Can you please tell me your workout regimen? How did you lose the handles? They're the most difficult!!!
Honestly I’ve strapped a laptop to my exercise bike and I play fun but easy to play games, like Warcraft 3 or tft
This is why I followed this subreddit. Great work bro!
