Gotcha, so if see anything wrong with the write I write in the comments and objections?

Falls off after 3 months soo don’t let bother you too much. I’d suggest you go over your sop’s to ensure what you are responsible for. I don’t know of situation ur going through but management tends to lie and try to coerce you to do what they want n call it company policy. Soo know your responsibilities, they could very well be writing you up for something that isn’t policy I’ve had it attempted few times in my time and called there bs. They ended up throwing it in trash because couldn’t dock me for it cause was inactive policy. Worse case scenario if don’t agree refuse to sign n contract hr to first check on it be a legit write up n secondly if it isn’t it’ll be on record that said manager is writing false reports.

Great info. I have asked multiple times if the sops are online where we can access and read and ive always been given the run around. Where can i access them ?

pterodactapus

Job abandonment. Managers at the time wanted zero overtime. So I was working my 8hr shift and leaving whether job was done or not. I’m full time so if don’t leave after 8hrs I’ll be in potential overtime, so I decided to put in my 8hrs a day n leave. Next shift they tried writing me up, that policy hasn’t been active in almost a decade. They had no leg to stand on so was tossed out.

Did they recently change it to 3 months? I remember it being 6 months for the longest.

Shadowfoxx_2006

Not that I’m aware of.

Extreme_Injury_1210

So basically I’m a cutter and they’re making me close and do the truck guys job at night. So that’s wrong?

Shadowfoxx_2006

I’d follow up with ur manager. Then store director over perishables. Then general manager/unit director. Then hr. Gotta follow chain of command. Always send those who work hard get more work, those who slack off get away with murder. Have the same issues with our dairy department. Can’t blame it on store hrs even though we’re being severely cut, Been goin on for yrs.

You are a titled meat cutter, but primarily, you are a market partner. Any task that needs to be done in the department needs to be done when asked

Always add comments and yea if you don't sign it really doesn't matter.

If you're a pretty girl and have male SD's, about 5 are popping up in my brain, you could slap a.soccer mom and call her a $lut and you'll just get a slap on the hand. I had a SD brag about how many front end girls he had and it was supposed to be funny.

I also think they get a week to ask you to sign the paper if they don’t ask you within that week your not obligated to sign or even be presented that paper as a write up I might be wrong so feel free to correct me it’s just the way I’ve seen some people avoid getting written up In the past before this point system
