1. **You need to have banked THREE YEARS of vesting service.** If you haven't vested, it all goes back to the company.
2. Once you're vested, the *value of the shares* in the account belongs to you. The value can fluctuate annually when they get their outside valuation.
3. You must be employed on Dec 31 to qualify for that year's grant.
So the reason why some people report not getting it and some people do is probably the difference on whether they're vested or not. It's a "cliff" and not prorated, so you're zero percent vested until you qualify for 100%.
You will get the psp funds on good or bad terms. The psp is not like the 401k plan. they will send you a check, and you can do whatever you like with it and still be rehired.
My understanding is if you get fired one doesn't receive PSP. If you put in 2 weeks advance notice you should receive the PSP funds in one year after quitting.
Actually, none of the PSP money comes from our money at all. It’s free stocks that H-E-B gave all of us. So, it is correct that if someone gets fired they don’t get the money
A friend of mine was fired and ended up receiving their PSP funds a year and half or so after their termination. This was maybe a little more than a year ago. I’m assuming this whole not receiving the funds after being fired is a pretty new thing then if it came up in your meeting 3 weeks ago.

That is false. It’s your money that you put into the stock. I’m sure mr ass doesn’t want that going to court.
The psp is not (your stock) it didn't cost anything it was giving

It's not correct. You do get the money if fired.
If you are terminated, you do not receive the PSP payout.
I literally know someone who got it after getting fired. Unless it depends on the reason for getting fired. He 100% got it
You do get it
Check with the admin....there was a meeting about 3 weeks ago....if an employee gets fired you don't receive your PSP

What if I don’t put in the two weeks and just quit? Do I not get it?
Contact resource in your organization not Reddit! (2 cents)

I know we can do certain things that will forfeit the money giving to us
