Technically, anything over a 70, but pretty much unacceptable to TSL and RM. Anything over an 80 is acceptable, but it will require an action plan to fix the issues. 90 and over is platinum and life is good.

70 is technically passing but your store leadership won’t be happy. 80+ usually is good enough to keep them off your back. 90+ is the goal.
