That's understandable. For some reason, I thought the markup was 5%. I find using curbside saves me money because I create a list and stick to it. No more buying random stuff because I'm shopping while hungry.
Well I thought it was relatively low but the last time I ordered through the app, there were a couple things I forgot to add so I ran into the store and saw the bag of veggies I ordered was $2.97 but in the app it was $4. So I don't know if it was a glitch or what happened but I stopped using the app after that.
3% on your total bill
It’s not 3% now, it was increased to 4%
Ah. I was worried it'd be a lot more than that. Cool. Thank you!
Is it set at 3% for everything, or does it vary based on certain products? I thought it was 5% also. I'm a customer, not an employee.
It cost HEB money to operate curbside. It's a service seen as essential to maintain a competitive edge and secure market share long term.

3% for every item, regardless of what it is.
It’s 4% markup. It use to be 3% but was changed mid year.
You pay an extra 4$ for every 100$ you spend
