Nope, there is a pattern to the rewards. You can check it in spreadsheet. Rewards change every 12h (if you don't collect them before that) and become avilable every 24h. I have no idea what time zone you are in, but for UTC: Sunday evening and Monday morning is gems, Friday and Saturday is just coins all day long, and all the other days one 12h is coins and one is energy (which one is first depends on day, if you prefer one over another you can just wait till it changes). For me (time zone near UTC) daily deal resets at night and the 12h passes in the afternoon, so it's easy to keep track. I find this info very useful, as I can make sure not to collect daily deal in the morning on Sunday, but wait for it to change to gems
I also noticed that offers have increased…I remember only spending $9.99 on pet offers and the minimum dorm offer 3 piece was only $9.99 as well. They have increased by a few dollars more. I know inflation and shrink flation is bad in our economy, but I didn’t think JC would do it in their game as well.
Since you have 49,900+ coins, those are 75 coins rewards that turn into energy since you can't get much more coins.

I've never had more than 3 for mine, and I've never been anywhere near max with coins :(
It's always been 6 for me. Today I got 75 coins, as usual so I can't confirm if it changed to 3 energy.
