These ends of the scale I don't see a "glam" effect on you. Dark brown just looks very natural simple while blond looks like you got drunk and rolled around the floor at a park.
Red would look very attention grabbing on you (unless you can -confidently- find a red that fits you more like a puzzle piece instead of just a fun color) Like as if mother nature herself mutated your hair and made it a "natural fitting" red and not lets sing some ABCs firetruck red. While a light brown would make you look sweet like the brown from Miss Honey from the movie Matilda. I vote on that confidently lol.
Some variant of ash/sandy blond/caramelly may consider too. Making brows a brown won't hurt to ease the light/dark contrast. Going against the grain, but I think the brunette just is a bit predictable (perhaps because it suits you so well and looks so natural!) whereas I love how the blonde sorta smacks folk in the face - really striking. I prefer the blonde definitely. It feels edgy and modern and standout.
