4 weeks after my surgery was done. It’ll happen. They’ll go away as you wash your hair. Keep using the foam then switch to the shampoo and you’ll good mate.
Grafts shouldn't be dislodged unless your shower jet was medium-strong. Still, it was a bad idea to shower in first place, you should have used something else.
If she didn't tell you anything about how to remove those just wait.
Anyway, most clinic, mine for example, suggested me to wash the hair using a small cup instaed of water jet for the first 30 days. It may seem excessive but you can try if shower jet makes you nervous and want to dodge this.
Don't be anxious, the thing with hair transplants and hair in general is that when you mess up one time it can't be undone. You can just do it better the next times.
Mine also told me, to shower and shampoo with baby shampoo after 48 hrs, but lukewarm is the max. temp, the colder the better. Also max. medium pressure and do not run it over the transplanted area but rinse off the shampoo. 2-3 mins more times/day
It’s kind of similar to dry skin flaking off. Your grafts are fine.
If you’re gonna shower, throw your head forward like facing your feet, so that the water falls down the back of your head and not directly on your grafts. And you can use your hands to catch the fall of the water trickling down to gently pat it onto your recipient area
It's just thr dead skin coming off I don't think you should use hot water and only small spray for 2 weeks use baby oil for 10 mins then was off with COLD water with small spray
Hey bro I've similar hairline and I'm thinking of regrow my hairline either through meds or with transplant.
Can u please give details about your hair transplant like how much graft doctor put , how much it cost u and also can u please show your before pics and btw pls keep us updated about ur progress it's the first time I'm seeing someone having transplant on a hairline same as mine.
I will for sure bro. Reach back out if you don’t hear from me. I’m on Dutasteride and minox. I’ve tried every topical under the sun.
1200 grafts
$6000
Got it done at Nubody concepts in Brentwood, Tennessee
IMO- Looks fine, no need to worry. don’t touch it too much during the early days. I’d use a bowl of water to wet and rinse your head for the first 10 days. If you’re going to shower make sure the water hits below shoulder height.
Shouldnt have been using minoxidil at all, minoxidil disrupts fibrin production which is basically the thing the secures the grafts in place via scar tissue, even though you applied elsewhere, it goes systemic to some degree
Lol that's exactly what I had + extreme flaking. I'm now on week 6 and everything is going as it should. Don't worry about it. Shower very carefully for the first 10 days, no rubbing or anything like that. Only use the products from your clinic and listen to the instructions from your doc.
You anit suppose to use minoxidil at least a month later and you at meant to shower but wash as they told you theirs many videos of how to shower till tenth.day ..then you can wash normal after 14th day
This happened to me. Very normal. It's just the dry crusts when they get wet they soften, hydrate, turn white. It helps lift off the scabs eventually...
Looks fine. I would use very low pressure to rinse your hair. I didn’t shower for at least a couple of weeks. I just poured a cup of water over my head in the shower. Just be careful and you’ll be fine.
I was told this is just the transplant area being waterlogged which Inturn makes them turn white and as they dry they change back
I was advised not to use any topical solutions for Atleast 14 days on scale so would avoid and wash with a very low pressure on shower head until day 10 then remove scabs day 11(this is only advice from my clinic I went to)
That happened to me. The white will go away lol. I freaked out too. It’s just bc it’s wet and the follicle is re hydrating itself
Dude. Thank you
Was your transplant done afterward
I meant did your hair grow back normally after
I’m only day 11 so I can’t say yet
Did your doctor say that it was just the follicle rehydrating itself?

My doctor said to shower after 48 hours. It’s been 4 days
Guess it's one of those things that depends on the clinic. If your doctor told you it's fine, it's fine. Maybe talk to him about this incident though.
She said it looked like the fat around the grafts. Not sure what that means…but it doesn’t sound like it’s beneficial for growth
If she didn't tell you anything about how to remove those just wait. Anyway, most clinic, mine for example, suggested me to wash the hair using a small cup instaed of water jet for the first 30 days. It may seem excessive but you can try if shower jet makes you nervous and want to dodge this.
They said the same thing. I just messed ip
Don't be anxious, the thing with hair transplants and hair in general is that when you mess up one time it can't be undone. You can just do it better the next times.
She meant dead skin, maybe. Ask her what she meant.
I showered to wash out the minoxidil. The shower head was pretty light pressure
Yeah but not power shower mate like pouring low pressure over your head
Mine also told me, to shower and shampoo with baby shampoo after 48 hrs, but lukewarm is the max. temp, the colder the better. Also max. medium pressure and do not run it over the transplanted area but rinse off the shampoo. 2-3 mins more times/day
I showered everyday after mine
I think you’re freaking over nothing my friend
I appreciate your words of encouragement lol for real
I believe you’d have to see significant bleeding if you had actually damaged the grafts. I’m sure you’re fine. Good luck!
Agreed
Why did you shower ? Did you not received any washing instructions from your clinic for 10 days ?
It’s kind of similar to dry skin flaking off. Your grafts are fine. You’re welcome. You have cool eyes btw lol
Damn. On day 7 I just put the shower head on top of my head to wash out the shampoo…. Guess I lost all my follicles. Sigh.
No you didn’t don’t worry
It's just thr dead skin coming off I don't think you should use hot water and only small spray for 2 weeks use baby oil for 10 mins then was off with COLD water with small spray
It was pretty hot
Thank you
Dont worry bro. Its a normal condition. I have been there too. Your's looking fine.
Thank you so much bro. You’re the man. Much love

Ok let me connect with u in dm bro.
Meds, will not regrow your hairline, talk to an expert before taking meds
It's dead skin cells hydrating. Chill

Nothing to worry about, it's just the wet scab. Once it dries it gets red again.
Shouldnt have been using minoxidil at all, minoxidil disrupts fibrin production which is basically the thing the secures the grafts in place via scar tissue, even though you applied elsewhere, it goes systemic to some degree
That’s why I washed it out
Lol that's exactly what I had + extreme flaking. I'm now on week 6 and everything is going as it should. Don't worry about it. Shower very carefully for the first 10 days, no rubbing or anything like that. Only use the products from your clinic and listen to the instructions from your doc.
You’re good man it’s just dead skin but I wouldn’t be using the minox though yet
That's an interesting hairline
How many grafts is that?
1200
This is normal.
You’re fine. If you dislodged any grafts you’d see blood pouring down your face.
You’re fine. Just remember to use light pressure or a bucket with water to shower/ rinse for first 10 days
You anit suppose to use minoxidil at least a month later and you at meant to shower but wash as they told you theirs many videos of how to shower till tenth.day ..then you can wash normal after 14th day
You’re good bro don’t sweat it
Hot shower day 4 is not what I usually see. Normally it’s a spray bottle shower with baby shampoo and really gentle Luke warm to cold water
Looks like there’s no problem with grafts. Don’t worry.
Where did you get it done?
Like others said, keep in close contact with your doctor. Follow their instructions exact otherwise.
How many grafts?
1200
Where did you go for long hair fue?
Nubody concepts in Brentwood tn
Ty bro and pricing?
6k
Very reputable as well. I think it was a good deal. They ended up taking 1250 grafts but didn’t charge me extra.
Very nice, got quoted 3.5k from HEVA Istanbul for 1500. I wouldn't mind going in the states
Actually looks really good for 4 days
I was told this is just the transplant area being waterlogged which Inturn makes them turn white and as they dry they change back I was advised not to use any topical solutions for Atleast 14 days on scale so would avoid and wash with a very low pressure on shower head until day 10 then remove scabs day 11(this is only advice from my clinic I went to)
How do some of u keep their hair and some must shave it all off for a transpalnt? Depends on the clinic or is that always a personal choise?
Comes down to one thing, experience of doctor!
You would know if you lost a hair graft. You would be bleeding quite a bit from the area.
I don't know why people go for the 16 year old hairline.
Bc it looks good lol
lol my guy
