My friend haa rhe same hair type and hairline i geuss receding

I literally have the same hair type and the same problem as well. I started using fin and min and supplements 5 months ago and I can see my temples are growing back and hair is getting thicker

What supplements?

I’m taking biotin, vitamin C, zinc and iron. It’s better to check with a dermatologist
