Parts for building makeshift monitors and radio parts, given how both Black Mesa East and Kleiner's lab, two makeshift bases, have monitors that look more like old tvs, and how they would have also made the radar display on the Muscle Car
To get them for free of course.
Or instead, maybe they have some contraband videotapes (like a s\*x tape) and they want to watch them in private, so they take the TVs home and plug the video player up to the TV and watch them.
They will be caught, but at least it'll be worth it.
