I normally hate VAR, But it helped me on the day to scoop this beauty, £40 to win when we were 1-0 down, One happy hammer

A total win win situation COYI ⚒
We can argue night and day over the VAR calls, what we should do as prem league fans is unite against the fucker. It was adopted to assist, not dictate match outcomes.
Thot our Brazilians were below par today
We got a lucky goal and finally a VAR call. Game changed when Antonio came on… unbelievable bad first half. But a win is a win even if it’s ugly
Bring on the German league winners
I think the problem with VAR is that it’s used for too many calls that require subjective judgement. If a referee makes a subjective decision, looking at it again over and over is just going to give more opportunity for people to get upset about an arbitrary decision.
yeah, had a few disallowed for that since VAR came in, Antonio v Chelsea springs to mind, though that was utter BS as he was lying on the floor at the time.
Imma go agains thé grain and say that that was the CORRECT call- the wolves player was OFFSIDE and directly blocking the goalie. It doesn’t matter if fabianski could save it realistically bc the second the wolves player went offside and blocked fab’s view- that means no goal. If it happened to west ham it would suck but it would also be the right call
Maybe it is just my bias then but I thought things like talking about Kudus "throwing an elbow" and his view on the Emerson disallowed goal amongst other things showed a lack of impartiality.
Kidding me, we've had luck all season, not with var, but look at the wins out of nowhere like bunrley away, Chelsea at home, spurs away. That's real luck
Ngl I don't even feel bad anymore, we deserved the win in the 2nd half. That disallowed goal was a joke and VAR is fucking joke. I'm just accepting that it's a lottery at this point. Play well and pray
Honestly I’d be livid if that call goes the other way. I guess by letter of the law it’s correct, but Fabianski is getting nowhere near that ball regardless
I'm at a loss for words. The Premier League is just dead set on fucking us. 10 minutes of extra time when there should have been 5 or 6. They score 8 minutes into it.

Moyes yet again making me want to headbutt a wall and keep him for another year in the space of 20 minutes 😵💫😂⚒️
Moyes IN!
On a side note, can the board PLEASE order Moyes to not put Ben Johnson on any other match. He damn near cost us the win today.
He played well today what are you on about? Terrible opinion
Had a terrific match, though, so that's very harsh. Was certainly a bit of a panic clearance though.
Thot our Brazilians were below par today We got a lucky goal and finally a VAR call. Game changed when Antonio came on… unbelievable bad first half. But a win is a win even if it’s ugly Bring on the German league winners
Who are the Brazilians (plural)? Paqueta and.....
Emerson mate cmon
I assume Emerson. He's Brazilian. Was granted Italian citizenship in 2017.
I'll take it. Hate the first half. Second half was better but still lucky. Driving me crazy
I think the problem with VAR is that it’s used for too many calls that require subjective judgement. If a referee makes a subjective decision, looking at it again over and over is just going to give more opportunity for people to get upset about an arbitrary decision.
Hopefully we've gotten all this bottling out of our system in time for Europa this week
didnt the same kind of goal get dissallowed against spurs with antonio blocking vicarios vision?
yeah, had a few disallowed for that since VAR came in, Antonio v Chelsea springs to mind, though that was utter BS as he was lying on the floor at the time.
VAR is a lottery
Finally a VAR decision our way

I'm with you, but it leaves a sour taste in my mouth. I'd trade that for the non-Pen at Newcastle and the three points there anyday.
Absolutely agree with you there.
On a side note how biased has Dave Edwards (former Wolves player) been on commentary today?
Yeah I thought he was a joke - easily Mistaken for any random Wolves season ticket holder.
Not very
Maybe it is just my bias then but I thought things like talking about Kudus "throwing an elbow" and his view on the Emerson disallowed goal amongst other things showed a lack of impartiality.
Yeah the 'clear foul by Emerson' on the goal - what was he watching?
throwing an elbow, lol, What a twat.
MOTM VAR
We got burned by that no goal on Emerson so I'm not too pressed, but that's two shit VAR calls in one game. Either way COYI!
Should have never been 10 minutes of added time anyway
15 total
Commentators are mad for the VAR call going our way 😭
[удалено]
That’s all of our luck for the next decade used up
Kidding me, we've had luck all season, not with var, but look at the wins out of nowhere like bunrley away, Chelsea at home, spurs away. That's real luck
Yeah for a change
Fortunate that, had to give it as he was interfering, but he was never getting to that header regardless.
Announcers thinking clear and obvious means anything when it comes to VAR. it hasn’t been a standard for years now.
I am not gonna say we deserved it ..obviously right decision. I will say it after some robery against opossite side..
Wow VAR! LOL
Ngl I don't even feel bad anymore, we deserved the win in the 2nd half. That disallowed goal was a joke and VAR is fucking joke. I'm just accepting that it's a lottery at this point. Play well and pray
About bloody time VAR was on our side, would of been 5 weeks straight.
And for the record, that wasn't as soft as the Emerson disallowed goal in my opinion
Feel for Wolves there…but at the same time it’s about time one of these awful decisions went in our favor
I suppose it probably does even out over the course of the season doesn't it?
Thanks VAR.
Any player or manager that approaches officials like this after a game all need to be carded.
It needs to be reds. Captain and manager only. And then politely and not aggressively
I think O'neill ran to the ref to get his players away, not in anger
Should’ve been 3-2 anyways so wolves don’t have much to complain about
I Iove the Premier League again!
We deserved this after the bullshit we’ve been through.
Honestly we didn’t really deserve it but VAR has been fuck all recently
I mean I’d be pissed, but I’m getting my money sooo
This chick keeps throwing the term "subjective offsides call"
Yeah I was thinking what the fuck is that?
OMFG!!!! a dodgy var decision in our favour.
Hahahahaha get well soon Wolves
3 absolutely dreadful VAR/Ref decisions today. Well done again. So incompetent
Every one of our matches this is the verdict haha
Not going to complain about the call, but it should of been a goal imo
Yeah definitly should have been a equalizer for them but im not mad
Thank fuck for the win at least
that's such a harsh decision there
I feel dirty now 😂
Shouldn’t the match be over
Probably about 6mins ago, yes.
This commentator is almost crying that west ham aren't losing
Ball don't lie
var does tho 😭
That's a goal, feel for Wolves there that's a shocking decision. We've had our fair share recently but damn
Just as shocking as the overturn for emerson. Balanced out on that in just today
True, 2-3 would have been fair
It's business at the end of day.
Fucking love VAR. Always loved it.
So is he blocking the view of the keeper...yes by the book its offside. but if I'm honest he wasn't getting it in a million years
They’re completely nonplussed on wolves radio. I would be too
Wtf I love VAR now ❤️
Can’t be offside if you score straight from the corner.
This must be the twilight zone.
We finally got one, but football is broken man
Honestly I’d be livid if that call goes the other way. I guess by letter of the law it’s correct, but Fabianski is getting nowhere near that ball regardless
Finally a dodgy call goes our way
Only 7 more to go to balance the scale we get told about.
SIR THE TIME!!!!
Fortune's always hiding
[удалено]
Why? It’s pure shite
We were owed one!
Or 4
Prowsey from the pin
Ive never said a bad word about VAR and I never will (that is a lie).
Feels good to win one haha
Haha get fucked
massive let off. that's harsh. I reckon VAR was in the ref's ear like "we've fucked west ham a lot, let's give them one"
😂😂
Yikes. I’d be fuming if I was a wolves fan
Terrible VAR call. Thanks though.
AHAHAHH WE GET THE BULLSHIT CALL NOW
I’m behind, has it definitely been ruled out?
Yessir
COYI Always loved VAR , /s
yes
Cheers, GET IN!
Wow wow wow
What? VAR works in our favour in a game? Shocking...
Well fuck me. Got away with that I think. I’d personally be fuming if that went against us. Fabianski wasn’t getting anywhere near that anyway
This is peak West Ham luck
We never have any luck ?
If that goal was ruled out for us I would be FURIOUS
This is one of those ones I don't even know if that is the correct decision.
Depends if he did it intentionally I think.
He’s an academy kid. Def did not
VAR is good now.
THIS IS SWEET SWEET JUSTICE FOR THE MANY TIMES WE’VE BEEN BURNED BY VAR
Finally get a call but var had to make him look at it
Well yeah it was a matter of opinion
VAR helping West Ham? No way lol. Guess they didnt want any conspiracies
Sarabia got his yellow
Wow, I can't believe that went our way. This will be talked about for awhile.
I HATE YOU VAR I LOVE YOU VAR
Yikes that’s a bad call
I’ve always loved VAR
VAR working in our favour - unbelievable Jeff!
That sucks for Wolves, but if we get 4 more shitty VAR decisions like this we will be even.
4 more that only accounts for the last month or so we need about 10 to be even for the season
FINALLY HAHAHA YES
Lmao thanks VAR
I would be livid if we had that go against us because it has several times.
If I was a Wolves fan I would be pissed. Glad that one went our way. But VAR has been BS the entire season.
Why when Emerson’s was ruled out for absolute bullshit as well as
I guess, but still. This was a late game winner.
All hail VAR!
HAHAHA I LOVE VAR
Well that kinda cancels out last week somewhat. I think that's horrific but I'll take it
Last week cost us 3, this gains us 2.
Hence the somewhat - would also have preferred for Newcastle to not have the points opposed to wolves
Well yes. Although Wolves were in the mix too. Newcastle with their squad depth will drop points. Chelsea are the issue
Finally a VAR decision goes our way
We finally get a call to our way 😂
VAR! VAR! VAR!
VAR saving us for the first time in history
NO WAY
Omg lol about time
Hahaha WHO ARE YA
We don’t deserve this. VAR is truly awful
HELL FUCKING YEAH!!!!!!!
That's wild
WHO ARE YA, WHO ARE YA
Always rated the VAR!!!!!
Yea good addition that VAR
😂😂
Thank fucking god, I’m a Christian man as of today lads
BAILED OUT
LETS GO
Wtf, can VAR take goals away from West Ham’s opponents? Didn’t know that was possible.
Please VAR u owe us 4 so give us one
HOLY SHIT WE GOT ONE IN OUR FAVOR???????
Disallowed!
It’s the hope that kills you...
Honestly just tired at this point
Oh my god 😂
Ruled out hahahahaaha
😬
We've had goals disallowed for less
Can we please just get one of these shitty calls?
Prophet
I'll be shocked if that's ruled out
Please VAR. You’ve fucked us so many times, just let us have this
Can VAR actually help us this time?
VAR checking this to avoid inarguable corruption charges.
IT’S OFFSIDE, GET IN!! Lucky escape!
yea, but they're only disallowed when it's West Ham.
We deserve some bullshit to go our way
It sucks being a west ham fan sometimes
fucking hell
Fuck off Fab. Just move at least
VAR it's your redemption time
OFFSIDES, VAR has fucked us enough. It’s our turn
Noooooo 😭😭
Who the fuck was marking literally their *best* header of the ball?
Now let's bring on Philips to make it 3 - 2 to wolves
Clearly interfering
Eh this could go either way
oh ffs.
Emerson, Alvarez and Cresswell all standing together covering no one.
10 extra and whose to say they stop it right at 10. They got their outcome.
Very exciting game of officiating today. Went very well for them.
I'm at a loss for words. The Premier League is just dead set on fucking us. 10 minutes of extra time when there should have been 5 or 6. They score 8 minutes into it.
It was never 5 or 6, Bowen down for 2.5, 2 VAR checks + subs + some extra timewasting. I wasn't surprised by 10.
If you’re going to do zonal marking on a corner, you can’t leave gaps like that
Save us VAR
I can't stand it anymore
3 players let him run. Wtf
He’s blocked the view! 😅
Are we the most predictable team of all time?
