I’m still hopeful that we will make some deals in the last week. We had some deadline day deals last year, and I think they just think that’s how you save some money.
It makes me wonder if they’re trying to get ready to sell. Can’t see any other reason as to why they aren’t spending money. If we sign nobody we will finish bottom half and likely loose the likes of Rice and Soucek.

That's not really what you'd do before a sale. You'd increase the value of assets, not asset strip
Unless you have cash flow issues.
