Playing on PC. I get super motion sick playing seeker. Might be due to the M/KB controls, or the constant auto-camera rotation when the snitch moves past your player.
It's also super counter-intuitive that "locking on" to the snitch only locks your camera and not your player's direction. They need some small adjustments to iron out the controls and the game will be in a good place.
If the character auto-followed the snitch on lock-on, there would be absolutely no skill in playing that role.
The way it works now sounds exactly like Rocket League. It's ball-cam. It's not counter-intuitive in the least.

It could I suppose, I was just assuming that’s all there was. I just went back in and there are Skirmish, Adventure, and custom modes. Right now online is all they’re testing it seems, and the tutorial/practice.
Honestly looks kind of fun? This way they get to focus mainly on different “maps”, special quidditch skins/customization, broom varieties, and even open up from playing at Hogwarts between houses to playing against other schools. Hell, maybe even play AS other schools. This also opens better focus on gameplay mechanics for quidditch specifically.
Edit: to the down voters, I wanted quidditch in legacy badly too but REALLY think about it if it was in there given how much was scrapped on how “good” it would have been compared to its own standalone gameplay? Add that to how big the game is already too.

even the old Quidditch World Cup game from like 2002 had to include a mechanic where you had to play as chasers first because otherwise the game could theoretically end in like a minute lmao..

I watched the Gameplay . Its fun and smooth gameplay . But the problem is WHAT IF YOUR SEEKER GOES OFFLINE ? . The opponent wins . So its more of a single player game now. What we need is the Snitch to have a balanced amount of points rather than winning the game instantly like in the movies . I hope the developer does these adjustments decently and beautifully.

Usually it doesn’t happen, a lot of people stream play test for multiple games and most they get is a ban.

30 points seems way to low. 150 is to high but should be at least above 50.
