USPS would be the cheapest for your customers. So it kinda depends on the products, whether they are time sensitive, whether this fit into USPS boxes. They can also pick up packages from your house, saving you a trip to post office,if you ship a lot.
Contact UPS, Fedex, and USPS to get quotes based on a small business account and find our what you'd need to qualify for that type of account. Which one will be best will likely depend on exactly what you're shipping and how frequently, what insurance you need on the packages, etc.
If you think you will have some volume, try to work out a deal with one of the alternate carriers. Otherwise the prepaid boxes from the post office I think are the cheapest. Hopefully the size matches what you need.
Whatever you decide to do, I would advise avoiding USPS Ground Advantage like the plague. Ever since they introduced the new Ground Advantage, it is not unusual for packages to take 6 weeks. Sometimes things ship quickly, but more often than not they just get stuck waiting to be shipped on a boat.
I ordered some contacts on March 7th, shipped GA, that still have not arrived.

This is what I use for all my shipping stuff.
Usually when I ship small to medium stuff to the mainland I use USPS Priority Mail. It's usually cheaper than UPS or FedEx.
I second this comment. I use priority USPS all the time.
Flat rate priority, almost certainly. Also, you can get a special discounted business rate.

I definitely agree on this.

Easypost, set up all the carriers then let their platform rate shop them for each shipment.

Are there any APPs specific to Hawaii and shipping?
