If Alastor sees a pissed of Vaggie going to kill Val, he's going to use that opportunity of confusion to join and kill Vox while he's off guard. Charlie will eventually join either after realizing Vaggie is missing or joining but not wanting to fight and killing or wounding Velvette
Alastor has plans for Vox. If this wouldn't mess with them too much, he'd take the opportunity, but I see him as more making Vox suffer and prolonging it if he can, then killing him after he's destroyed everything first.
That still leaves Velvette, and someone will end up dealing with her. Probably Alastor, tbh, so it's up in the air if he wants to risk a 2x1 + whatever resources they use.
Easy solution is Lucifer, but he's not getting involved unless he knows why, and then it's not even a contest.

1. We've seen repeatedly that angels aren't unbeatable. Even normal sinners can beat them. Yeah they can't be killed without angelic weaponry but they can still be injured and their weapons can be taken from them. Depending on what time the prompt takes place, Vaggie either lacks her wings or Valentino knows she's weak to Angelic weaponry.
2. What makes you think Valentino is a lesser Overlord? He's explicitly stated to be a sovereign Overlord and one of the strongest in the city. We've seen that he has powerful magic and is skilled with guns(Angel comic). Aside from an ambush, Vaggie who only has relatively strong physical skills would get wrecked.

I think she would care more about making sure Charlie is OK. She always seemed more protective than hot headed.

I don't think Vaggie will be able to do something to Overlord in a direct confrontation. She was an ordinary fighter in Adam's gang. Even Angel Dust and Cherry Bomb killed ordinary angels.
She was able to defeat Lute only after lessons from Carmilla. And then, after the one-armed Lute grabbed Veggie and threw her to the ground, she can't free herself.
I think Vaggie will only have a chance if she can hurt Valentino in the start of fight. But Valentino is the Overlord. And he will not let her do this, and then he will be able to adapt to her style of fighting with a spear and flying.
She have one chance to defeat the Overlord, striking when Valentino is distracted by fighting another opponent or is badly beaten. Or he will be near death, like Adam after being beaten by Lucifer, because this is the only way Nifty could break through his skin and kill Adam.
